Jensen Jewelers did an outstanding job not only with our daughters and son-in-laws wedding rings, but in designing and using my daughter's grandmothers diamonds in "sisters" rings ...
that will be keepsakes for all 3 of my daughters (and I had one made for me too:) They worked with us, and beat our deadline with plenty of time for adjustments. My daughters and I love our custom designed rings!
Where do I start? This place is amazing! When my now fiance and I started talking about marriage I started to show him rings I liked and ended up finding the ring of my dreams. Wel...
l, that ring was way out of our price range. That's when his mom told us about Jensen's and how they can custom make me my ring. So we took a trip in and that's when we met Kaitlin, she's the one who has worked with us through this whole process by telling us about how the ring is made and having the designer show us each stage the ring goes through in the back. We showed her some pictures and we sent her several to her email and they gave me an estimated quote right away. We didn't have to put any money down and they began the process. Kaitlin updated him every step of the process and would send him pictures of the steps. After they were done, they mailed it out to him, since we live in Tennessee, for him to propose the weekend to follow. To tell you I am in love with my ring is an understatement. We now just got done making my wedding band and we received it last week and it is gorgeous. My unique engagement and wedding band fit perfectly together and is better than I could have ever expected or dreamed of with great customer service, great quality, and great prices. My ring cost us 60% less than what it would have cost us to buy from this other company and I even got to add and take away things I wanted to the ring!
Jensen Jewelers was a phenomenal business to work with when designing my wedding ring. I walked in feeling sentimental bringing my mothers wedding ring from my late father and when...
telling them what I wanted they turned my dream ring into a reality. They were so patient when talking to me and my family when making such an important decision. The ring I took in was made at the same shop and was now getting a new make over and I never felt nervous about handing over such a sentimental possession to the fabulous staff. For both my engagement ring and wedding band they took about one week each to receive back. When I walked in the staff was so friendly and seemed as equally excited to show us what they had created. It is a beautifully ran family business and I felt so happy to shop local at their store knowing that is was to support such an amazing staff.
Don't waste your time at a box store, Jensen's are the best!

I love my unique, custom engagement ring from Jensen's. My fiancé had a design and they made it a reality!

mmended Jensens to me and I have only one regret ...I wish I'd have known them sooner.
Thanks for making me and my ring special.
Jim and his staff are the most helpful, welcoming and creative people I have encountered; customer service is NOT a thing of the past with this company. I have had the pleasure of...
working with Jensen Jewelers for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They custom made my engagement ring and wedding band and ordered my husbands ring specifically to fit his active lifestyle. While my ring is classic, strong and can withstand my daily abuse, my sister had one made that looks like a pice of modern art from a museum. Check out all of the pictures on their website. I can't speak highly enough of them..... 10 stars!
If I could give Jensen Jewelers 10 stars I would!! From the very start we have had the most amazing experiences with Jensen. My now husband went to Jensen to have my engagement ri...
ng custom designed. He was walked through every step of the process and involved in every decision. That makes my ring that much more special! It is absolutely gorgeous!
We both had our wedding bands also custom made there. They had an unbelievable selection of beautiful jewelry, we just wanted to make everything special and have them truly be ours. We had the pleasure of working with Jim for everything and let me tell the knowledge he has on everything is out of this world. I will speak highly of Jensen's and recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing Jewelry store. We will definitely be back for future items! Thank you for playing such a huge role in this once in a lifetime event for us! I still cannot stop staring at my ring!
Jensen Jewelers is the only place to go if you're in... even a 2-hour drive from Toledo. When there were elements that I liked from a few different rings, they were able to incorpo...
rate all of them into one AMAZING ring. They made my fairy tale ring for me and I couldn't be happier. They will sit with you through every single step of the process, and have amazing design software where they can show you what the finished product will be. If there is anything you don't like about the ring at any step they can change it for you.
It is worth making the trip to Jensen's. You will be so overjoyed with the results. I know I am!
They custom made my engagement ring and wedding band… but don’t let “custom” scare you! They did an incredible job, and I couldn’t possibly be happier!!!
