Drew makes you feel totally relaxed and even makes the whole ordeal really enjoyable! He is creative and we relied pretty heavily on him to choose locations, shots, and other ideas. But by no means does he call ALL the shots, he is constantly checking for your feedback and ideas. He treats the whole process as a partnership between the two of you with the same end goal--to create beautiful photography that you love. We used him for our engagement photos and they were BREATHTAKING. I have never been complimented more than I was with those photos. They are a perfect balance between some really classic engagement shots and some over-the-top works of art. He uses his vast knowledge to play with composition, lighting, color etc. to create photos that are really special (and all crazy different from each other!). We had no choice but to book him for our wedding day too! When the day of the wedding came, Drew did so much more than take pictures. The day is CRAZY and he remains a source of comfort, assuring me that everything was going as it should be and that my one job was to enjoy it. He knows when to be a fly on the wall, when to step in and offer some guidance to the group, and when to take full control of a situation. He also not afraid to say something silly to get people laughing for a natural photo, or pull a nervous bride aside and calm her down--the man does it all, folks.
