Jeramie is a phenomenal photographer and truly takes pride in what he does! He is full of upbeat energy and goes above and beyond in capturing each and every special moment. Jeramie has done all our family photos over the years, most recently senior photos as well. He is fabulous with my kids and so patient. He has creative locations to offer if you don't have ideas of where to have pictures taken. Jeramie has multiple awards and acclamations, his work is proven in our family photos. We are not always the easiest most relaxed folks to photograph. He has unique ways of getting us all to relax, and feel like we are the only ones there, laugh, and have fun, which results in very natural photos. I highly recommend him for any professional photos. Along with his talent, I really respect his work ethic, keeping my photos private and out of the hands of others not authorized to view my photos.

Jeramie & his team are absolutely amazing. My little sister hired him for her wedding because she had loved the graduation pictures he took of her from a Groupon I gifted her years ago. She never forgot how great he was and knew that he was the only person she wanted to document her wedding. Jeramie went above and beyond in every aspect. Jeramie helped us capture the heart of our school in a commercial shoot. He was available quickly and had a very fast turnaround on proofs. More importantly, he was great to work with. I've known Jeramie for so long, I can't even count the years. Jeramie is absolutely amazing! He has been a great support and full of information and recommendations along the crazy path of wedding planning. One of the small touches he had at our wedding, that everyone loved, was a digital picture frame on the bar with photos he’d already taken throughout the wedding day. Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? If you need a professional photographer in the Reno area, this is your guy. First of all the price was exceptional, considering his work. I was assuming I would have to shell out hundreds or thousands of dollars but was pleasantly surprised what I had paid for my daughter's HS graduation pictures at UNR. The whole process was super easy and all done through email, online or phone/text. He was very accommodating. We even had to reschedule a couple of times for weather. The photo shoot took about an hour. Maybe a little less and we got awesome pictures. Even though the photo proofs weren't due for a few days after shoot, he was able to get them out to me right away and at no extra charge. He also was able to get edits done right away with no extra charge. Purchasing was a breeze through his website, very easy and very reasonable prices. Jeramie Lu has been shooting my family photos for years. It wasn’t until I got engaged and hired a photographer in the state I live in to take my engagement photos instead of Jeramie.. she did okay but there is no comparison to Jeramie Lu. My Fiancé at the time didn’t understand my frustration with the other photographer, until we hired Jeramie to shoot our wedding. My husband now says we will never go to any other photographer. There are too many good things to say about Jeramie and his photography! First, Jeramie (the person) is incredible. He’s gracious, patient, organized, kind, and hilarious. We hired him for engagement photos after meeting him at a company holiday party where he stole the show. The pictures turned out amazing and Jeramie made the process easy and enjoyable! We then promptly hired him for our wedding. Throughout both processes, Jeramie was communicative and patient with us. He was also very generous, trickling in little personal gifts and surprises along the way, making everything exciting and adding a very human touch to our stress-filled wedding planning. He was also willing to travel to our wedding venue in Monterey (through a snowstorm as it turns out) in order to make our day perfect. We truly couldn’t appreciate him more! As a photographer, Jeramie is professional, detail oriented, highly skilled, and has an important and uncanny knack for making the subject of the shot feel at ease and natural. As people who don’t love getting our photos taken, this was really critical for us, and something that we didn’t ever really consider. He has a natural ability to make things fun and relaxed, which comes through in his shots. He also captures the unique style of his subjects–we were completely blown away by how perfectly and uniquely “us” our photos turned out. Jeramie was integral in helping us carve out our wedding timeline (beyond just the photo shoots) and he coordinated behind the scenes with our day-of coordinator and other vendors to ensure that things went off as smoothly as possible (which they did!). Both our day-of coordinator and hair and makeup team went out of their way to tell us how amazing Jeramie was as a photographer and to work with–both industry professionals expressed that they had never had a photographer be so engaged with the entire vendor team, reaching out to sync with everyone ahead of time and seeing what they needed so that they day would be seamless. He also worked with us to create a custom photo package that fit our budget, and was very helpful and flexible every step of the way! Most importantly, the photos look incredible! We couldn’t be happier with the way he captured our unique style and the sweet, intimate and special moments of our wedding. He does a hugely impressive job of blending staged photos that look like something out of a beautiful film, with candid photos of speeches, dancing, drinking, and laughing throughout the event, always with the perfect lighting, and making the subject look like a model. Jeramie photographed our wedding in 2015 and has been our family photographer since, but it wasn’t until this year that we realized how treasured his work would be. This summer, my husband’s best friend took his life and we were left scrambling for every memory and memento to remember his smile and his laugh and his huge part in my husband’s life for over twenty years. I have never done photo sessions with a professional photographer before so this whole experience is new to me. I picked Jeramie out of all of the different options I had strictly because of his work. His photos are beautiful and artistic, but not overly edited looking. The package I did with him for my wedding included an engagement photo shoot as well. This was my first interaction with him in person and he is simply amazing at what he does. My husband is not photogenic at all and has a hard time “fake smiling” for photos. Jeramie made us both feel so comfortable and he had us laughing so much that my husband didn’t have to fake the smile. I will tell you this right now, if you want a photographer that is attentive and makes sure everything is done the way it needs to be and has amazing work, then you are going to want to hire Jeramie. My wedding day was a whirl wind and just flew by, but the one person that was constantly checking on me, making sure I had a drink if I wanted one, and was constantly photographing the best moments of the day was Jeramie. He and his helpers had a game plan and know exactly how to work together to get the best shots naturally and staged. I do not live in the area as I had a destination wedding, but I would travel the distance just to have Jeramie photograph us in the future!

Jeramie is amazing! From the moment I saw his work, I knew I wanted him to be my photographer. I was fortunate that he was a available for my wedding date and had a package that fit my budget. If I could give Jeramie 10 stars I would! Where to begin, well Jeramie has been doing some family photos for me, for a couple of years and I fell in love with the amount of fun he generates during a photoshoot, it becomes an experience! So naturally when I got engaged, and began planning my wedding, he was the first person I called! I booked my wedding out of town at a venue that Jeramie had never been to before, and all I can say is WOW !! I would have never known he had never shot at this venue before his true talent and being able to adapt to any environment he is in is amazing. The morning of my wedding, Jeramie arrived at the house the bridal party was getting ready in and he immediately walked up stairs gave me a hug and asked me what I needed, he then preceded to go down stairs and get me a glass of champagne. He genuinely cares about his clients, and he immediately sets the tone for the day! Instantly I steadied and my nerves faded, I felt so relieved he was there, and I could take a backseat and trust him, because I knew he had it all under control. Jeramie was so much more than the photographer he worked closely with my wedding coordinator and videographer to make everything flow smoothly. He has a true gift at bringing joy, love, and laughter to everyone he encounters! The whole day he told me when and where I needed to be, I never had to tell him Jeramie I need a picture of that, he just knew and did it. THIS MAN IS TRULY THE WHOLE PACKAGE AND SO MUCH MORE!!!! Even my husband who hates taking photos, and always does that "fake smile" had a truly genuine smile in every photo, because Jeramie just made him feel so comfortable and at easy. He also does a pretty amazing surprise at the wedding, and I don't want to ruin it, but let me tell you my guests were amazed and would not stop singing his praises because of it!!!!! He is worth every fricken penny, being able to hand this stress over to someone you can trust, to do the job right should be your top priority! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Jeramie through the entire process of hiring him for our wedding! He made planning my own wedding so much easier and fun to do. It was a no brainer for us to go with him as our photographer from our very first phone call with him.
