Jerry was very accommodating and easy to work with prior to our big day. The reason I am giving his service 2 stars was because of the lack of professionalism that came to light on our wedding day-- and these two stars feel generous.
The repr...esentative that was sent to work the photo booth was extremely aloof and on his phone for the majority of the time. I felt it odd that I had to introduce myself, as the bride, while waiting in line for the photo booth. He did not give any direction in helping the guests with our photo book that we wanted to be filled with photo strips and notes from our family and friends-- something we had discussed with Jerry in depth through email before our wedding day. Additionally, there was a typo on the physical copies of the photo strips that were being printed out throughout the night. We had an extremely difficult time getting into touch with Jerry to see if we could get this mistake fixed and new prints sent to us. I was finally able to get into touch with Jerry and he said he would send these to us in the mail- which we never received. He also informed me that he was too busy to check and answer his emails. He must be super busy as we still have NOT heard back after three follow up attempts.
It is a shame that this is the only negative that comes to mind when thinking of our wedding day. For the amount paid as well as the generous tip we gave- it was absolutely not worth our while.
