Jersey City Ballroom is a perfect place for learning your first dance. We had 6 wonderful lessons with Ema and Karol. They are very helpful and experienced in designing first dance accomodating the couples dancing experience and dancing floor space.

Jersey City Ballroom played a pivotal role in making our wedding dance a beautiful memory! Our instructor, Karol, was not only skilled but also patient, tailoring lessons to our abilities and style. The studio's welcoming atmosphere made each session enjoyable, turning what could have been nerve-wracking into a fun and memorable experience. We signed up for lessons with Jaren and Anton. Both were extremely attentive to us and helped us execute an elaborate, beautiful first dance routine at our wedding reception that included two different songs and three lifts! We had fun and felt super confident going into our wedding first dance and all of our guests were impressed. Highly recommend signing up for classes if you're looking to learn ballroom dancing.

We booked 10 private dance lessons at Jersey City Ballroom to choreograph a simple first dance for our wedding reception in August 2023. Shimkiri and all the staff at JC Ballroom are wonderful and we are so glad we opted to book our lessons here. We were paired with Ema as our instructor, and not only was she tremendously knowledgeable and talented in ballroom dancing, but she was so kind, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Neither of us were dancers to begin with and were quite nervous to pull off something like this, but after our series of lessons, Ema helped us pull together a beautiful first dance that we were so proud to perform in front of all our family and friends. The entire experience is one we will never forget thanks to JC Ballroom! Highly recommend their services to any couples looking to perfect their first dance, wow their guests, and have fun doing it!

We can't tell enough people how much fun we had preparing for our first dance with the Jersey City Ballroom team! My husband and I took 8 dance lessons at Jersey City Ballroom for our wedding dance. We were both so happy we did this as we had a great experience at JC Ballroom - they are super responsive and it was easy to schedule classes despite my husband and I having tricky work schedules. We highly recommend taking private dance lessons with Jersey City Ballroom and fully trusting their process! From our free consultation to our twentieth private dance lesson, we enjoyed each lesson with our talented instructor (Ema)! For background, we reached out to Jersey City Ballroom in April/May with our first dance song in mind, and Ema was able to choreograph a Vietnamese waltz to our song based on our availability for lessons, improving skill sets, and the overall look and feel of our wedding. With that being said, Jersey City Ballroom’s process is extremely unique and tailored to each wedding couple even for novice dancers like my spouse and I! In addition, Jersey City Ballroom hosts Open Houses where wedding couples can showcase their first dance to this new community before the wedding day and shake off the wedding day nerves! By our wedding day, we felt confident and comfortable with our first dance, and we agreed the lessons were more beneficial for us and our relationship than premarital counseling and the most fun part of wedding planning! Although private dance lessons are not a part of every couple’s budget, this is a great alternative to traditional date nights leading up to your wedding and will ensure quality time with your future spouse amidst busy schedules! We cannot recommend it enough!

My wife and I learned our first dance of the wedding in Jersey city ballroom. It was an amazing experience! We really appreciate this choice! Our instructor Samantha was so dedicated to creating the choreography only for us! And we love it! All the guests loved it! We also appreciate that the administrators inviting us to the social events where we had chance to learn from other couples and practice our dancing! Definitely a strong recommendation!

We are so happy that we chose JC Ballroom for our wedding dance. I wasn’t sure I wanted a first dance, but when we decided we were going to do it, I insisted on lessons so we didn’t look silly. Neither my husband nor I are great dancers, but Paz was super patient with us and did a great job of choreographing a dance. We ended up having fun - both in the lessons and the day of. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Dylan to create our perfect first dance! I was nervous because dancing doesn't typically come naturally for me, but Dylan made it so easy and memorable - and our guests were so impressed! My husband and I also took a salsa class offered at Jersey City Ballroom just for fun and found that all of the instructors and staff are equally wonderful. 10/10 would recommend for all your dancing goals!

I always wanted to have a choreographed first dance. My husband was worried if he could pull it off, having no dance experience himself. We heard great things about Jersey City Ballroom and now we know why. Our instructor Dylan was fun to work with and really helped us nail everything. Jersey City Ballroom is an excellent place to learn a choreographed first dance for your wedding and spend time with your future spouse ahead of your big day. Their process makes the dance easy and fun to learn with basic steps for beginners like we were and we had such a nice time meeting everyone there. While wedding planning can bring lots of challenges it was so nice to get away for an hour each week and spend time together without any other distractions making learning the dance worthwhile for any couples wedding plans. They even helped us learn additional moves for our private first dance during the room reveal that made it even more special. We highly recommend Jersey City Ballroom for any couple for any and all of these reasons as they make the process of getting married even more fun!

What a wonderful and exciting experience we had with Meaghan! I’m not going to lie, I was extremely nervous going into it, but after our consultation I was so excited & confident to DANCE! Adding a dance routine to our wedding initially felt stressful…especially for someone with two left feet. However, take it from someone who has never danced before; if I can do it, YOU can too! The experience of learning a custom dance will be something my wife and I will never forget. We had such a blast and everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop talking about it! It was the cherry on top and I’m so happy we went forward with it. Here I come dancing with the stars;)

We recently did dance lessons for our wedding with Meaghan and they did not disappoint! We had such a fun time doing it and our first dance ended up being an incredible moment at our wedding. highly recommend going here - even if you're beginners!

Jersey City Ballroom and Dylan were THE BEST. Our dance blew our guests out of the water and it is all because of their amazing staff. Dylan worked with us and our song and choreographed us a totally unique and showstopping dance. Paying for their wedding package of dance lessons was one of the best parts of our wedding because it was also 10 date nights leading up to our big day- I would highly recommend every couple do it, and nowhere does it better than JCB!

Our guests absolutely loved our first dance and said it was the best they’ve ever seen. Neither of us have much of a dancing background- but Dylan was able to take our lead feet and make something memorable. We spent 10 classes learning the basics which set us up for some more difficult steps! Combining this with Dylan’s curated a perfect first dance that fit our skill level and went perfectly with our song. Carla was also so helpful in finding times that fit our (and Dylan’s) busy schedule. And the team was flexible and understanding when we’d have to reschedule at times. We also found this to be the least stressful part of our wedding planning process. For 45 minutes per week we got to put our phones down and take direction from the expert. The time would always fly by and Dylan’s personality had us laughing and enjoying every moment. If you're dreaming of a choregraphed first dance, Jersey City Ballroom is the place to go! Scheduling was a breeze with the help of the lovely Carla and our choreographer Dylan was an absolute joy to work with. His magnetic personality and amazing sense of humor made us look forward to our lessons every week. He created a fun routine that allowed us to dazzle our guests, making our wedding that much more epic. I was actually quite bummed at the end of our last lesson as I didn't want them to end. Hopefully I can convince my new hubby to return for some group lessons in the future =)

Jersey City Ballroom was great! My husband and I decided to purchase the intro + 5 private classes for our first dance on our wedding day as I'm not the best dancer. Dennis was so great to work with and he was very friendly and patient as we learned our our first dance step-by-step. Taking these classes really helped us feel more comfortable during our first dance and it was also just a great date night activity to spend more time with my husband. Jersey City Ballroom is AMAZING!! My husband and I decided to do their 10-class package leading up to our wedding and it was one of the best things we did! Dennis was our instructor and put together a wonderful choreographed first dance for us and was very patient with us as we learned the dance step-by-step. We are long overdue in writing a review for JC Ballroom. Prior to our wedding we had been taking casual dance lessons for a couple years and have been having the best time. Dylan has been great in teaching us for a long time a variety of different dances. We had a mix of two songs and Dylan was great in choreography our first wedding dance to make it extra special since we have been working with him for such a long time. We really love his personality and humor while instructing. Carla is amazing at the front desk in helping us to schedule and answer all of our questions and Shmkri and Werner run a great studio. We are so happy we found them a few years prior to our wedding so we had a lot of great fundamentals to really impress people with our first dance at the wedding.

Perhaps the best hit of our wedding was the first dance! Paz was an absolute mastermind when it came to choreographing our first dance and we had so much fun while learning it too! JC Ballroom is the absolute BEST!!! My husband and I had never danced before but wanted to do a cute First Dance for our wedding reception. Werner was SO incredibly patient with us and taught us the routine step by step. After 10 lessons, we were so comfortable and confident in our performance! Our wedding guests LOVED the dance routine and thought we were professionals LOL! Werner and the JC Ballroom team are so encouraging and kind. Werner totally understood our dance level and made sure our routine would be challenging and exciting, but also super do-able for beginners! We loved every lesson that we took with Werner. We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. The team was also so wonderful. Carla helped us schedule every lesson and worked around our busy schedule. Shimkiri was so encouraging and cheered us on during our lessons. We 100% recommend any couple in the area to take lessons with JC Ballroom for their wedding dances (First Dance, Father/Daughter or Mother/Son etc)!! You will not regret it!! JC ballroom is the best! My husband and I took dance lessons here to prepare for our first dance at our wedding - and I am so glad we did! We danced to a Sinatra song and our guests cheered and clapped the whole time. Dylan was our instructor and choreographed the dance for us in a way that was approachable to beginners while also engaging and energetic. We had a great time during our private lessons - Dylan was professional, patient, and his sense of humor instantly put us at ease. He took two people who didn't know what they were doing and translated that into a beautiful first dance that was the cherry on top of a perfect celebration. Less than two months before our wedding this fall, my husband and I decided we would 1) actually do a first dance and 2) given that choice, definitely needed help to make the dance more than a sway. We contacted Jersey City Ballroom and within a week had our first session with Werner. He is a fantastic teacher--patient, kind, extremely clear with his instructions, and very responsive to our desires and abilities. We chose the five-session package and were thrilled with the result. Can't recommend Jersey City Ballroom and especially Werner enough! Looking forward to coming back to take more lessons just for fun.

We had an incredible experience working with Dylan and the Jersey City Ballroom team. We originally started working with them in the fall of 2020 in lead up to our January 2021 wedding. The goal originally was to learn a fun first dance, with a potential entrance add-on. When we pushed our wedding back to November 2021 due to COVID concerns, we were having so much FUN working with Dylan that we opted to extend our sessions to run up to our new date! Dylan was a great teacher - patient, insightful, and very prepared. He helped us craft a beautifully unique first dance that everyone loved on our wedding day, while also finding time to work in an entrance dance that was a major crowd pleaser and set an excellent tone for the entire wedding. For anyone looking for a great outlet to connect with your partner, learn a new skill, and have fun leading up to your wedding day, I'd highly recommend Jersey City Ballroom!

OK PEOPLE - Jersey City Ballroom is THE BEST. Our first dance was 100% the best part of our wedding - people were cheering and SO impressed with our moves. We also had a crazy mash up request [Dave Matthews into Thriller...!] and JCB didn't bat an eye. Dylan was so excited to teach us to dance and came up with the best routine ever. Both my husband and I had never danced before and I believe we would have gotten 10's had our wedding guests gotten scorecards. My husband and I both have two left feet. We aren’t very coordinated dancers. When someone suggested we take dance lessons so we don’t embarrass ourselves during the first dance at our wedding, we agreed it would be a good idea. Not only was Evan very patient with us – he helped choreograph a dance that we could actually remember and perform. Not falling was our first goal – but the routine was easy enough to follow and we felt confident when our Big Day came. We are so excited by how all the videos came out! The best part – taking dance lessons was a really memorable part of our planning process. As everyone knows, wedding planning can be very stressful! We both giggle thinking back on how much fun we had working with Evan. Even if you’re on the fence, contact Jersey City Ballroom for an introductory session – you will be glad you did it!

We signed up for dance lessons 2 months before our wedding day. Carla was super helpful and kind when answering all my questions. Plus totally nice in person. Our instructor was Paz. She is amazing. I literally have two left feet and it's hard for me to get down the moves. My feet just does whatever it wants. I was probably confused most of the time because my brain just doesn't connect with my feet and arms. But she took the time and patience to go over all the steps with me any my husband over and over again until we got it. She'll give you feedback and takes in consideration of the way your ballroom is set up so you are dancing in the direction facing your guest. We are both not dancers at all, but all the classes we took were fun. We really enjoyed our time there and our all our guest loved our dance. Was totally worth taking lessons for our first dance.

Jersey City Ballroom was fantastic, for a couple who never took professional dance lessons, Paz, our instructor gave us great feedback and direction as well as catering the dance style to something we felt comfortable with! We absolutely loved working with Jersey City Ballroom. Additionally the facility is very clean and they keep the space well air conditioned which was great as we were practicing in the summer months.

Anthony and I were paired with Dennis as our dance teacher. We absolutely loved going to our classes. Dennis gets right to the point to make sure we are comfortable and focused he also has the best tips for couples that are new to dance he is just amazing. My husband and I had the BEST experience with Jersey City Ballroom. Werner was an amazing coach. Neither of us had any dance experience and our first dance to "Shallow" turned out beautiful. This was the most memorable and fun part of the wedding planning process! We highly recommend!

My wife and I , as inexperienced dancers, did 10 classes for our wedding dance and we blew everyone away with our customized, choreographed routine to Billy Joel's "Just The Way You Are." The classes were low stress and extremely accommodating. We had a lot of fun doing them and we would highly recommend JCB to other couples looking to wow their wedding guests.

The entire team at Jersey City Ballroom is wonderful. The instructors are so incredibly talented, but what's more, they are just kind, good people. When we started, we did not know how to do a simple box step - by the end we were able to spin and dip like we had been dancing for years. Dylan was so incredibly patient with us and had a great sense of humor! Jersey City Ballroom was also unbelievably helpful when we had to pause our dance lessons when the studio shut down. My husband and I had the best time learning our wedding dance with Jersey City Ballroom! They made for very fun date nights leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day our guests were so surprised we did an actual dance rather than just swaying. We actually started lessons pre-pandemic, moved further away during the pandemic and it was difficult to finish up our lessons but everyone worked with us to get us where we needed to be for our big day. We had so much fun working with Dylan and the Jersey City Ballroom team for our first dance for our June 2021 wedding! Being new to the area, this was a great way to connect with a local business and learn something new. My wife and I recently purchased a 10-pack of dance lessons through Jersey City Ballroom to prepare for our first dance in our upcoming wedding and we couldn't be happier with the purchase! We were always able to find appointments that fit into our schedule and classes started and ended on-time. The first dance came out great (our guests told us so!) and we think the instruction was worth every penny. Plus we now have a great foundation for slow-dances and semi-formal occasions the rest of our lives! In addition to the great overall value of the dance lessons - we were very thankful to have Dylan as our instructor and choreographer - he really did a fantastic job! My husband and I were the essential robot + shy/awkward duo before meeting Paz at Jersey City Ballroom. We had no idea what to expect nor any idea what we were capable of. We simply had a song and let Paz run with it. Her ability to instill confidence and her sharp eye for how to make things look smoother or easier for us was paramount to making our dance look natural. We took 11 classes because we appreciated Paz's constructive feedback so much. Our friends and family were completely impressed by the dance and since we had forgotten to share that we had gotten lessons, many of them felt it was the biggest surprise of the night! Highly recommend this team. Carla is always warm and helpful with administrative things and we have also had dance lessons with Dylan before who has incredible energy and spirit. You can't go wrong with anyone from the group!

Of all our wedding vendors, this one is going to be the longest relationship. JC Ballroom feels like home. Every instructor and staff member here is genuinely kind and welcoming. If you're looking for the best part of wedding planning, Jersey City Ballroom is the place to be. My now-husband and I started here with the goal of having a fun couple's activity to enjoy during wedding planning instead of just a wedding dance package. Through two postponements and an elopement, the team here has been through it all. We'll still be dancing here together long after our wedding!

Jersey City Ballroom started out as a fun way for my fiancé and I to not embarrass ourselves during our first dance. It quickly became so much more. It became a place where we were able to forget about the stresses of planning a wedding and got to remember all of the joy of getting married. It became a way to make new, unexpected memories with each other, a way to see each other in a new light, complete with fumbling feet and accidental elbows to the face. The staff of Jersey City Ballroom never let us forget how much they supported our effort to show our friends and family a new side of ourselves and our relationship, and even when COVID cost us all of our precious wedding planning, JCB stuck with us and became another lifeline that we could not only rely on, but find happiness in, when a lot of happiness went missing. JCB gave us the most precious wedding experience, because they never let us forget the joy....and because they proved that my husband can do a 3-step turn when he really, really wants to.

Our wedding was postponed due to covid, but we still decided to start our dance classes, hoping that by the new date (postponed from June to September 2020) things would be back to normal. Our teacher was Werner, and he is just fabulous, he has a lot of experience and great ideas for wedding choreographies. He literally created the choreography on the spot, just listening at the waltz song that we chose, even though it was a kind of an unknown song. We started the classes via video zoom (dancing at home), and if you have any doubts about video dance classes from Jersey City Ballroom, they are as good as in studio ones. We started from zero, having no knowledge about waltz, also our song was a pretty fast song, yet Werner managed to teach us a full choreography and the result was a beautiful and perfect dance! Once the studio reopened we were doing our classes in the studio. 3 days before our wedding we learned that some family members had direct contact with a coworker who tested positive for covid the day before, and so we had to cancel the celebration as our party was a very small number of family members, and we preferred to avoid putting anyone at risk. We still decided to get married without guests, and hired a live streaming company to record our church ceremony, so our family could see it live. We went to our dance class that night to release the stress of the situation, and when we told Werner that we wouldn’t be having a celebration hence no dance, he said “It’s ok, tomorrow you come nicely dressed up for your last class, and we will video record your dance, and you’ll tell the videographer to add the video at the end of the live streaming”. And so we did it! Werner set up few cameras around the room to have different angles, and recorded the choreography, which later we mixed into one, and was added to the end of the live streaming of our church ceremony, and about 500 friends and families around the world who were following the live streaming, were able to see it and enjoyed it. We had so so so much fun with our dance classes from beginning to end. We laughed and enjoyed so much with Werner and had a blast learning to dance with Jersey City Ballroom. I was touched by Werner’s attitude and his great heart when he saw how overwhelmed we were not having a celebration, he was able to lift up our feelings proposing to still record the dance and share it live with the people that was supposed to be with us. We can’t thank enough Werner and Jersey City Ballroom for the amazing experience. I recommend anyone looking for a dance school, from choreographies to regular dance classes, Jersey City Ballroom is just amazing. We started bachata and salsa group classes yesterday (very small groups due to the actual situation), and can’t wait to start again working on a choreography with Jersey City Ballroom for our next year vows renewal, hoping that all our guests will be able this time to see our “second” dance in person 😊 Once Again, Werner thank you so very much for the amazing time and beautiful dance you prepared for us, Shimkiri thank you so much for sharing Werner’s family time with us and for your kindness and always quick response, and Carla thank you so much for the organization, the coordination, the follow up, thank you guys for everything, you guys are just great ❤

My fiance (now she's my wife) and I thought it would be nice to have a great 1st dance at our wedding. The only problem with that was that at the time I totally disliked dancing. Shimkiri changed all of that. She took our song and choreographed every single step and move. She was extremely patient, fun to be around and you can tell she is genuinely into her job and has a passion for dance that I have never seen before. I went from dreading our 1st lesson to looking forward to them! How crazy is that? We can't wait to go back to Jersey City Ballroom!

My fiancée and I signed up for wedding dance lessons on a whim, and it ended up being the best decision. Lessons were the most fun date night! Our instructor, Dylan, was hilarious, patient, and such a great teacher - he created an elegant, fun dance routine that wow-ed our guests. I’m so grateful for this memory - thank you JCB!! Jersey City Ballroom is great! My husband and I really wanted to do something special for our first dance, and Dylan put together a great routine for us. We had such a good time working with him and learning some extra moves from the group classes, and our guests loved our first dance! It was such a fun surprise for everyone, and we had an amazing time. Jersey City Ballroom is a welcoming studio. They make you feel comfortable when learning to dance. Each lesson is custom made to you as a couple. When learning the steps all the instructors are patient, informative and filled with laughter. My fiance and I are loving the lessons and it has been our favorite part of planning our wedding. Dylan and everyone at Jersey City Ballroom did an outstanding job getting myself and my husband ready for our first dance. We came in as two non dancers and left with a first dance that was perfect for us and looked beautiful, effortless and amazing. We were so happy with the whole experience.

We started going to dance lessons because we didn’t want to do the 5th grade sway for our first dance. We were paired up with our instructor Dylan who is so funny and such a good time! We thought we didn’t want a choreographed dance as they can come off quite cheesy but the more dance lessons we took, the more fun we had together and the more we had fun nailing our choreographed dance together! We ended up buying more classes than we originally did and day of didn’t even care if it looks good, bad or cheesy because we were so proud to have accomplished such a random thing together. We’d usually dread leaving the house after work to go to our lessons (because we’re lazy) but every single time we left laughing and in such a great mood. Dylan was a blast! Everyone there was so friendly and they make you feel like family.

The best experience for wedding dance lessons. My husband and I had so much fun at every lesson and will truly be an amazing memory to look back on. Everyone loved our dance and it made for incredible photos! Dylan is the BEST and we can not recommend him enough.

My husband and I just got married in October and we used Jersey City Ballroom to learn our first dance. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. All the instructors and staff are great. We learned a choreographed first dance that our wedding guests loved. Our instructor Dylan was incredible. He was very patient with us and really made sure our dance was perfect before our wedding day. I would highly recommend Jersey City Ballroom to any couple looking to get dance lessons prior to their wedding.

We had such a great experience at Jersey City Ballroom- everyone there is so helpful and nice! Our teacher, Dakota, choreographed a wedding first dance for us. We felt comfortable doing it, and it fit our personalities. We had so much fun, and the dance was a success! Don’t hesitate to check them out!

Jersey City Ballroom is amazing! Fiancé and I decided to take a dance lesson on a whim to see how we liked it. After the first lesson, we were HOOKED and booked 5 more to prepare for our first dance at our wedding. We only had a week and a half to prepare (we procrastinated a little) but we booked as many lessons as we could leading up to our day. Dylan was our instructor and I’m truly sincere when I say he’s the reason we kept coming back. His positive and encouraging energy is infectious and even though my fiancé and I are not dancers, he broke down each step so that we could understand in our own way. I love Jersey City Ballroom! So glad we found them. We are taking both group and private lessons there for our upcoming wedding in February 2020. Dylan our dance instructor is awesome. He is a great instructor, has a positive attitude and is patient with us as we learn the basics. My fiance and I look forward to each class and can't wait to perform our first dance in front of our family and friends. We would be lost without Dylan!

We had the most incredible experience creating our perfect wedding dance with Dylan at Jersey City Ballroom. Our weekly dance lessons were something we looked forward to because we knew we would have a ton of fun and laugh A LOT. Dylan is a very talented dancer and was very patient while teaching us. He challenged us to be better dancers and choreographed a fantastic first dance filled with twirls, spins, dips and even a lift. He made us feel so confident and our dance was in such great shape that we didn't even have to think twice while we danced at our wedding. Afterwards so many of our guest came over and told us this was the best wedding dance they had ever seen. We loved JC Ballroom so much, we know we will back. It will be so much fun to keep our dance lessons as a fun date night treat!! The whole team is wonderful and Carla (at reception) is fantastic, she always responds to our emails quickly and greets us with a smile. They are really a great team!

My fiance and I have very, I mean very, little prior dance experience. We didn't want our first dance to be swaying back and forth, awkwardly, so we decided to go to Jersey City Ballroom. Shimkiri met with us and wanted to know what we wanted and what we felt comfortable doing. She not only choreographed our dance but also made us look good doing it. We are amazed at how much Shimkiri and the rest of the team were able to teach us during our classes both privately and in groups! Shimkiri, thank you so much for all your help, we truly appreciate all that you have done.

Dylan and team were so fun to work with and so supportive throughout the whole process! Our first dance was a hit and we're so appreciative of Dylan's patience as we learned the moves. He was really open to our feedback and pushed us to add moves to dazzle our guests. The first dance was one of our favorite memories of the day and we can't stop watching videos of it! Also, Carla is the nicest person in the world and it was always nice walking into the studio to her welcoming warm smile. :)

My husband and I have very little dance experience and weren't sure what to expect when we went for our first lesson at Jersey City Ballroom. In retrospect, we're so glad we decided to go. Dakota was our instructor, and she was really great. We had chosen a non-traditional first dance song, and she choreographed a great routine for us, which was both appropriate for our skill level but also had some great crowd-pleasing moments in it. She was patient and gave us really helpful guidance when we struggled with any part of the routine. On our wedding day, we had such a blast doing the dance. Our guests loved it, too, and we are so grateful to Dakota and JC Ballroom for helping us create such a memorable part of our wedding day!

We had a great experience with the Jersey City Ballroom team. We were learning a dance for our wedding and Dylan our instructor couldn't have been better. I was a complete novice and Dylan was patient, encouraging and fun, despite my lack of aptitude. The team were all so welcoming and as someone who was reticent to have dance lessons I couldn't be happier with JCB.

I felt that Dylan was super fun, patient and creative for our first dance. He incorporated many different dance styles that made it be very special to us. Everyone loved the choreography.

She is super talented and had great ideas for different types of dance and fun flourishes to include. She took time to understand what we were comfortable with and got excited about, and helped us refine the movements and routine. On our day of the wedding, we not only nailed the routine and impressed our guests, but we felt super confident and relaxed while doing so. We had such a great time at Jersey City Ballroom! I love to dance but my partner was a bit more reluctant. He felt really comfortable with the instructors Dylan and Shimkiri who guided us through and helped create a really wonderful routine. We look forward to going back there for lessons after the wedding. We've been inspired to continue dancing!

They were the perfect fit for us...Dylan make this whole process so much fun and easy. He helped us escape wedding planning every week and enjoy learning something new.
