n the church and venue for our April 2026 wedding. We confirmed the addresses with the management MULTIPLE times, but they do not have written contracts. Due to the lack of contracts, they sent the driver to the wrong location to pick me (the bride) up and because of this we arrived at the church 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. This obviously caused a huge disruption in the day, but the biggest disruption truly occurred after the fact. - [ ] When we/my family went to complain to the management about this after the fact (3 different phone calls), we were told “the owner would get back to us”. It wasn’t until we approached them on social media that we finally received a call from the owner’s son. The man who spoke to my mother was the most misogynistic, ill-mannered, and disrespectful man. He proceeded to gaslight us and tell us this whole entire situation was our fault and that if we wanted to any money back we would need to contact the driver ourselves because it would come out of his check. He additionally told us that if we really had a problem, we should’ve yelled at the driver the day off (even though our lives were in the driver’s hands). Please save yourself the headache and find another company. We had a beautiful wedding filled with vendors we absolutely adored, so it is so disappointing that this company’s “management” left us feeling so repulsed.
