Those pictures are what we never would have thought of, but they mean the most. We left with a scrapbook of all the pictures which was so fun to look through the next day! opies DURING the event. This event has been over 2 1/2 years ago, when this Company was under previous ownership and management. Let it go Brian. You’ve received 90% of the services hired. Your previous comments are false and misleading. Your reviews have been removed by the website host because of that reason. We’ve explained to you how and why the photos were accidentally lost. Unfortunately, sometimes, we are at the mercy of technology and it’s malfunctions. This was not human error. Please focus this energy on spending Thanksgiving morning with your loved ones, instead of waking up and writing another review. There are SO many other important things to focus on during the morning of a Holiday. We offered you a FULL refund to make up for the loss and you declined the offer. Please let us know how else we can better help you get through all this anger that you seem to be carrying with you 2 1/2 years later?? Happy Holidays to you and your family!
