hotographer from our first engagement session that I won, however after my wedding I felt the wedding pictures did not compare to previous portraits. I would highly recommend her for couple only photos (with 2 people), because when we added 8 more people (4 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen) the pictures did not come out like previous and guests commented on how "stressed out our photographer seemed" as they felt she was a "new photographer", which she never seemed stressed before and she's done several weddings. My husband and I had several complaints, which we addressed and Jess did try to right the wrong, but handled the situation very poorly; taking it as a personal attack instead of handling like a professional. We felt she took it this way, because of the friendship over the last year we developed with her and her boyfriend and she did not appreciate us complaining; even though we paid a good amount for our photos and felt we were in the right to get them fixed to our liking. After expressing our concerns, she replied very upset with what felt like attitude and updated some of the photos, but did not let us tell her exact photos we wanted reedited. She has since blocked us and will not provide 6 colored photos that she edited in black and white, because she is able to "edit however she wants", because her contract states it, which she threw in our faces, when we asked for colored copies. Now I am stuck with black and white and washed out backgrounds of family members, because that's what she wanted. It's sad when someone can do what they "want", when it's your memories. I also wanted to include that her second shooter was not experienced enough for a wedding and they missed important shots (my girls, mother of the groom, and grandmother of the groom walking down aisle, because they were both inside shooting the reception room for detailed shots). Our venue did start a tad early, which isn't their fault, however we still feel with 2 shooters this should not have happened. This has now made me think twice about making "friends" and entrusting them with such a precious day and now I have photos I don't even want to share with loved ones. I wish this was a nightmare I could wake up from, but sadly it's reality.

then it can to our wedding. OMG!! She was early and ready to work. She made sure to get every photo we discussed, we got and then some. She had sneak peaks to us in days, then all our photos to you within 2 weeks. She even made a point to meet up with us to help pick out photos to be printed. Let me tell you how hard it is to pick favorites when you love them all. Her natural green and light style is breath taking. She is very open to hearing and wants to hear your ideas and makes them happen. She will be our life time photographer. I can’t say enough kind things about Jess. I highly recommend her to everyone!

session and she blew us away at that and even MORE so at our wedding. She captured moments I couldn’t even remember and made me feel so beautiful and looked after. She made sure that I was comfortable and when I was about to pass out (super hot weather) she took my health as the first concern over what anybody else said. She was in constant communication so everything was covered AND we enjoyed our wedding AND we got a ton of amazing portraits with the most GORGEOUS golden hour glow. 10/10 would recommend that EVERYONE check out her work because you will not be disappointed!!!

he story between my boyfriend and I, capturing our love but more importantly our silliness together. She made us feel so comfortable, and like I said, I’m not friends with the camera, haha. The process was easy and she actually made getting my photo taken fun! Jess is truly talented and captured everything I could possibly want in a photograph and we will treasure these forever.
