Hi, I'm Jess, a documentary photographer from NJ. I have a talent for making people feel comfy enough to be their authentic selves and the ability to turn that into art. My hope is that these photos make you feel seen, and like your most authentic selves. I will never take you out of the moment or stop you mid aisle to make you pose for a photo. I will, however, encourage you to live in the moment with your partner and guests. And I will document all of it.
If you're looking for a photographer to customize your whole experience, I'm her. I will always take YOU into consideration before anything else. I take the time to learn about you and the result is a wedding gallery full of candids and art. A unique blend of documentary style photographs with artistic flare. push our wedding back twice due to COVID and Jess was so flexible and understanding until we finally tied the knot in 2022. Our entire experience with Jess was clear, easy to understand, and full of open and clear communication.
Her photo style was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted someone who understood our vision and was an expert at capturing candid moments.
She worked hard throughout the day, capturing so many moments of our wedding that you'd think she was entire team and not one person. And while we both were most excited about capturing those candid moments, she also did a great job swiftly capturing all of our group and family shots.
Additionally, and this might be a small detail - but one I grew to appreciate - she was so professional and quiet during the ceremony. She was able to capture every intimate moment of our ceremony in a way that she never got in front of the videographer or family, and no one heard shutters going off through out speeches.
All around, from our complimentary engagement shoot to the timely turnaround in receiving our photos - Jess is everything you're looking for - and for an absolutely unbeatable price. Hire this photographer!
