Jess is amazing! Our engagement photos are gorgeous- a year later and we’re still obsessed! She recently did photography for my best friend’s wedding and the photos are amazing. I cannot wait for our big day to be captured by her!

Jess was absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning she was so responsive, and made us feel incredibly comfortable during our engagement session. She was detail oriented & created a comprehensive photo timeline for us on our wedding day. Jess was always readily available during the entire wedding planning process if we had questions or concerns. I can't imagine our wedding day running as smoothly as it did without her. Jess was there to wrangle in our family members and bridal party for all of our requested portraits. She even helped fix the bustle of my dress when it broke mid reception. Having Jess as our photographer truly felt like having a friend take our pictures. Jess and her team also collaborated amazingly with our videographer and venue coordinators. I am beyond grateful that we chose Jess to work with for our special day!

Finding the perfect photographer topped my wedding planning priorities list. Vetting numerous candidates was challenging, but Jess stood out immediately as the ideal choice. Our initial meeting for engagement photos in NYC felt as if we'd known each other for ages. Jess's approach was phenomenal, ensuring we were at ease and joyful throughout the day. Jess is an incredibly talented photographer and it feels like we won the lottery having her capture our most precious moments! Jess shot our engagement and wedding photos and my jaw still isn't off the floor! Every photo she takes is absolutely breathtaking and she truly knows how to capture the essence of any moment! We adored working with Jess - from the moment we first spoke on the phone, she made us feel comfortable and excited for the process. We used Jess for our wedding a few weeks ago and I cannot honestly say enough good things about her and Lexi. I owe Jess my life, not much more to it. My husband and I are not photogenic - pictures intimidate us, we don't know how to pose, so on. Jess makes it so easy to help you look incredible - listens to what you like and don't like, and helps you pose in a way that's flattering. She's also easy to talk to, put together my entire wedding day timeline, gave plenty of guidance - we couldn't have done it without her. Of all our vendors, I would recommend her a million times over.

Aside from choosing our venue, we knew that the most important vendor to invest in would be our photographer - after all, years from now we will only have our pictures to look back on to remember our wedding day. Having known Jess for years and seeing her work from other people’s weddings, I knew in my heart she was the only photographer I could trust with the most important pictures of our lives. I’m very type-A when it comes to planning, but I felt so comfortable giving Jess full control of how our wedding day timeline played out. The minute she walked into my bridal suite I felt instant relief because I knew we were in the best hands. Jess was always on time, organized, easy to work with and constantly working to create perfect shots. She always has a plan in mind. From the very beginning Jess had a way of making us feel so at ease in front of the camera (which says a lot for my husband who typically hates taking pictures). She works hard to get all the right angles, but she makes it look so effortless and natural. I’d get excited whenever we could really see her gears turning with creativity, when she’ll say “WAIT DON’T MOVE” - those always end up being the most beautiful shots. All day long Jess was constantly moving, keeping us on track, getting all of our requested shots and still getting the in-the-moment candids that we love. Because we did a first look, all of our formal portraits were out of the way before the ceremony so that we could fully enjoy cocktail hour with our guests (highly recommend). Jess made our bridal party portraits a breeze (and there were 19 of us total). My mom was so impressed with how Jess wrangled our family members (even our unruly grandparents) to get family portraits done so efficiently and professionally. Jess has been nothing short of incredible from the day we booked her, to our engagement shoot, to answering all of my questions during the wedding planning process and finally, to our wedding day where she captured the memories we’re going to cherish for a lifetime. I have so much admiration for this business she’s created and I know her portraits will be famous one day. We were blown away by how stunning our engagement and wedding preview photos were. We are constantly getting compliments from our friends and family about how gorgeous Jess’ work is. The beauty of her work speaks for itself, but there’s also something to be said about how wonderful and accommodating she is as a person and as a professional. There really is no one better, and I cannot recommend her enough.

I am an extremely picky, perfectionist, Type A person and I can full heartedly say that hiring Jess as our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding was the best decision we made. Natural to my personality, I was extremely stressed and could not “let go” at the beginning of my wedding day. Then Jess arrived, way early I may add, and took a day that was going completely off schedule from everything we planned and some how immediately got everything back on track and made everything happen!!! We had way too many little ones in our wedding, and she still managed to get in all the shots and work under such chaotic circumstances and leave us time to relax prior to the ceremony. I credit her for saving our wedding day with her professionalism, organization, time management, and the best talent I have ever seen from a wedding photographer. The time and effort she puts into styling every last detail, to her quick turn around time, to her incredible edits. She is a photographer who can make your photos look straight out of a fashion magazine, while at the same time keeping the story and emotions in the pictures. She stages you so you look like a model even if you’re the furthest thing from it. She’s extremely kind, calm, and not just an amazing photographer, but an amazing human being. She has been a pleasure to work with from our first phone call 2 years ago all the way through. After every thorough email back and forth to every phone call she left a feeling of reassurance, comfort, and optimism within me. Her responsiveness is like nothing I have ever seen in a world where it can be incredibly difficult to find a vendor who won’t take forever to get back to you! You don’t even need a day of coordinator when you hire Jess, she is that good! I have so enjoyed working with her over the past couple of years, and I will honestly say I will miss her! I’m already trying to think of shoots I can hire her for. Also shout out to her amazing team who were all so kind, had an incredible energy and were so talented as well! Jess is worth every single penny she charges, and for what you receive I honestly think she should charge way more. HIRE HER, you won’t regret it!!!!!!! I had the BEST time with Jess! From the beginning she answered my inquiry email within hours, communication and the planning process was so easy! When it came time for the shoot she sent over the GREATEST Info sheet that helped me plan my outfits, what not do and what to consider! It helped me so much; I felt so relaxed going into the shoot because she prepared me so well! NOW time comes for the shoot day and her presence was SO amazing, she was so calming, helpful, constructive…!! I felt so comfortable and had the most fun!! JESS IS AMAZING! Her photos are stunning, she captures the most sensitive moments, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, Jess was so organized and made me feel at ease. We had an engagement shoot with Jess before our wedding day, and from that moment I knew we had made the best choice to book Jess. It was the coldest day in January, and Jess showed up with pure excitement to do our shoot. Not only is she incredibly professional, she makes you feel so comfortable while shooting and is such a kind person. Before the wedding, she provided an incredibly detailed wedding day timeline with all of the details about the big day, which helped prep everyone for how the day would shake out. The day of the wedding, Jess arrived in typical Jess fashion with a huge smile on her face. And boy, did she rock the shots! I can't even count how many compliments I've received. I'm so happy I booked Jess as my photographer and encourage anyone else to do the same!

Working with Jess is a dream! She came highly recommended by a friend and still she exceeded my steepest expectations! On the day of our engagement photos, I hated my hair and felt self-conscious. Jess totally put me at ease during our photos. We took our photos an an arboretum and had the unusual request of wanting of popping over to the goat farm taking pictures with the goats! Jess was so down and the photos are amazing! Leading up to our wedding, Jess made us an incredible timeline which let us know exactly what to expect. Our day of coordinator called it "the most beautiful timeline she's ever seen." When the actual day came, Jess was simply the best. Whether and temperature were not in our favor, but no one would know from looking at the photos in our wedding preview. Jess captured us perfectly as a couple. Everyone keeps telling me you can see the love in we have for each other. I'm just overjoyed with how she and her second shooter were able to capture our day. Seriously, cannot recommend enough!

I loved working with Jess! I did a boudoir shoot with her a few weeks before our wedding (instead of the engagement shoot which was part of the wedding package. Big +1 for being able to swap it!) and she made me feel confident, comfortable, and sexy. It was so fun and a memorable way to capture our pre-wedding bliss. Most importantly, me and my husband LOVED the pictures! As for our wedding day - Jess and her second shot were professional, prompt, and fun! I want to highlight how well she executed the family portraits, which was a ton of coordination to corral our 40+ family members in a short time span (on top of it being SO hot!) She got it done efficiently and effectively. We got our wedding preview shots WITHIN THE SAME WEEK. She totally made our honeymoon even more special because we were able to reminisce with 70 pictures of our big day. To put it simply, HIRE HER. THANK YOU, Jess!!!!

Where to begin. Having lived in London for 8 years but originally from CT - planning our wedding in New York was a challenge. It was even more so because I chose to do all the planning and decorating (building faux flower arrangements) myself. And originally, I had chosen a photo mill type company to photograph our wedding because it was cheap and seemed easy. But after 1 failed photoshoot and a second where the photographer never showed up - we cancelled with that company and were totally refunded by some miracle. And that experience (who knew) was the best thing that could have ever happened - because if it hadn’t, I never would have found Jess or worked with JPP! From the first call I had with Jess on FaceTime Audio - I immediately felt at ease. As crazy as I was feeling managing all wedding planning from London and fretting about family dynamics talking her ear off like a lunatic, she reassured me that I was no bridezilla. She was a dog lover too, had on her site that she was a family wrangling expert and I soon discovered she could make me feel calm - not to mention her eye for taking the most gorgeous photos... and that was it! I was sold. And since signing with her, I felt like no matter what happened - it would be okay. And my God was it. Jess' initial questionnaire covered everything. And when we reviewed it together over FaceTime, my husband and I could both tell how on top of everything she was. This wasn’t her first rodeo and it showed. - She customized her package removing the engagement session and adding in a second shooter / additional hour to meet our budget. - She responded to my every e-mail ask / potential photo requests - and she committed them to memory like an elephant reminding me NIGHT OF whether I still wanted a particular shot. - She traveled to Rye, NY from Pennsylvania where she's based for us in a day. - She captured all the sentimental shots I wanted during our mass - through family portraits and the rest of the evening… even pausing HER dinner to help me make my impromptu second dress entrance (!), - She arrived on time and kept to schedule, working with her second shooter who was with my husband on the day to ensure there were no accidental run ins at the hotel - She MORE THAN DELIVERED. While we haven't received the complete gallery as yet (only 1 week out from our big day!) we have seen all 150+ preview photos and my mom and I both spent yesterday morning going through them and crying at every, single, one. We will forever have the most beautiful photos of our special day to look at and relive over and over again because of her. So I can’t thank or recommend JPP enough for everything she and second shooter Rachel did last Thursday to make us both look and feel like a million dollars. We are so appreciative of all their time and effort and would book her to document our wedding or any other life events a hundred times over. So don't hesitate. Just BOOK. And if you don't believe me - that's fine. You don't know me from Adam. But then look at the pictures I shared on Google... those are just the previews and so her talent speak for itself!

Jess is fantastic. Not only is she extremely talented but she is very organized and easy to work with. I have gotten so many compliments on my photos. She has an incredible eye and her talent literally jumps off of the page. She also immediately makes you feel at home so that you can relax as photos are being taken. Lastly, she is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Making the entire process a seem less experience.

Jess was incredible to work with! I met with a lot of photographers in the beginning and when I went to her studio to meet her I just felt super comfortable with her. Not only are my wedding photos GORGEOUS she gave me a “wedding photo preview” a couple days after my wedding with way more pictures than I was expecting. Her editing of her pictures are so airy, light and natural. She responded to my emails and phone calls right away, and worked very well along side my other vendors. There were some complications with the site where my dream was to take photos (In between the church and reception ) and she went out of her way to make sure i was able to get there because she knew it was important to me. I HIGHLY recommend her, she will make your day perfect!

Jess is incredible!!!! From the planning process, to the early day-of preparations, to the ceremony and the reception, Jess was invaluable throughout the entire wedding day and I could not have imagined it going nearly as smoothy without her presence. HIRE HER. Jess was above and beyond everything I could have dreamed of with a wedding photographer! She has been a dream since the moment I hired her to photograph my wedding. She was organized, on time, so fun and made my wedding day a blast! Not only is she amazing in those aspects, she is FAST. She sent out my preview album days after my wedding with so many photos to look at and share on social media. It's so smart she does this so that you have a handful of photos to hold you over while you wait for the rest! The photos I have received so far are INCREDIBLE. I can't stop looking at them!! She is a sweetheart and an amazing talent!!!

I originally saw Jess's work at my sister in laws wedding and I knew she would be the one I picked! From the start she was so laid back and made me feel so comfortable, I've never taken pictures so I don't know how to act lol she walked us through every picture and made them magical! She made sure I got all the pictures I wanted, wrangled up the entire families twice! I couldn't have asked for a better night!

From the beginning Jess was great. We originally had our wedding planned for July 4th 2020 but postponed it a full year due to covid. Jess has a great questionnaire you fill out so that you can let her know exactly all of the pictures you want from your day. She answered all of my questions that I had. Although she was not available for our new date she made sure she sent us some of the best photographers that work with her. She remained in contact with us to make sure that everything would run smoothly.

Another photographer that we had originally reached out to for more information referred us to Jess since she was unavailable for our wedding day, & we're so glad she did! Jess was such a pleasure to work with! Our wedding day was honestly not great due to the many issues we've had with our caterer/venue, yet Jess was able to capture our day so beautifully as if nothing went wrong. Our family & friends also raved about how amazing Jess was with making them feel at ease throughout the photoshoot. The photos exceeded our expectation & we're so glad we had Jess as our photographer. We would definitely hire her again!

Jess stood out from every other wedding photographer that I had seen when I was searching due to the quality and uniqueness of her work. When we postponed our original date, she made it seamless and even sent us some treats to lift our heavy hearts at that time. Her work and organization leading up to the day was fantastic. She and our videographer, Ryan of The Ruby Company, kept everything on schedule that day. My husband and the photography team laughed it off making me feel comfortable when I didn't take direction well which then helped me relax. The entire time we took photos was very comfortable and fun! When I also asked to do an additional mini shoot after getting ready, Jess made it happen! I used Jess for my boudoir photoshoot and the pictures were phenomenal. She was so fun to work with. I participated in the boudoir marathon where she provided a make up artist and hairstylist on site. She edited the photos quickly and helped accommodate a special request for the photo album. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was so stressful, but Jess was so gracious/ professional that it made things so much easier to know we had a great photographer! Jess absolutely captured the beauty, love, and joy we experienced on our wedding day and we cannot thank her enough. We hired Jess soley based off of her Instagram photos. They looked so great on Instagram that we wanted her for our wedding photographer. So not only did Jess to our wedding photos, she also did an Engagment photo shoot for us and a boudoir photo shoot for my wife. She knocked it out of the park every single time. She truly takes the most amazing photos, they leave me breathless every time I look at them. On top of that she was so easy to work with. Her team was amazing as well.
