First, we are the type of people that arrive 15 minutes early to each event in order to review the space and prepare for shooting. Also, we have many brides that want stunning photography but do not want to be constantly over posed. We give you subtle guidance and tips throughout the day to get elegant and elevated photography without the stress over-posing. Genuine emotion and connection is what we will capture in your images throughout the day. About 5 years ago, when my father was diagnosed with cancer, I really shifted to consciously find moments to incorporate loved ones and family members into our wedding photos and videos so you can forever cherish these special moments you shared with the people you love on your wedding day. This includes parents, grandparents and great grandparents. Please tell us about the emotionally significant people in your life you want to make sure we capture on your day. Our Wedding Videos use professional audio recordings from your vows, toasts and interviews as voice over in your wedding film. All Video Packages include 3 different videos: a highlight video, your full ceremony and full speeches. All this is delivered in an online streaming platform where you can download them all. To elevate your event we use professional lighting for spotlights during the grand entrance, first dance, parent dances and speeches. Jesse gave us a great price for our engagement photos, as well as our wedding pictures and video. They were all very professional and fun to work with. We loved the pictures as well as the videos we received. He would respond our texts very quickly, he also was very quick to deliver both the pictures and the videos. We decided to print some of our guests pictures and send them back alongside the thank you cards, and everyone loved them! 10/10 recommended.

I couldn't be more happy with the photos with Jesse Madison. He and his wife took each moment and captured it beautifully. The captions with our bridal parties getting ready, to the ceremony, the family photos and romantics were incredible. It was a day to remember and we have the photos with memories to last a lifetime.

Jesse Madison did an incredible job with our wedding photography. Leading up to the event, we had multiple meetings where we planned the schedule, discussed photo ideas, and Jesse was very accommodating when we organized group shots to ensure the groom didn't see the bride before she walked down the aisle. On the day of the wedding, Jesse showed exceptional patience, remained composed amidst last-minute changes, and offered excellent spontaneous suggestions. Capturing such a significant event is crucial not only for us and our guests but also for those unable to attend. While flowers, venue, attire, and reception are vital for the day, investing in photography and video provides lasting memories for a lifetime. Thank you Jesse, Carol and Rick Villela

My husband and I had Jesse take our wedding photos at the Mission San Juan Capistrano for a first look. Him and his team also took our ceremony and reception photos at the Aliso Viejo Ranch. He was so flexible and willing to work with our schedule. Jesse and his team were super professional and great to work with. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions prior to the wedding. I was in complete awe and amazed on how great our wedding photos and video turned out! He really captured all the important memories that we now get to cherish for the rest of our lives. I would recommend him over and over again!! I can't thank him enough!!

Jesse and Emelin were wonderful in assisting us with preparing for the wedding and on the day of. The photographs were beautiful and we would highly recommend to others. We were very pleased that we had Jesse for our wedding photographer. We chose him based on what we could see of his work online and his considerate demeanor. He responded quickly to answer all our questions in the planning and gave us great advice. What he delivered was even better than expected. Even though our venue was outdoors in direct sunlight which poses a challenge, the photos were truly outstanding. Each moment was captured with phenomenal results. The combination of his expert camera work and comfortable personality brought out the best in everyone, hundreds of great shots including family and the traditional details.

We absolutely loved Jesse! From the beginning he was so easy to work with and his pricing and services were transparent. His communication was great and he was willing to communicate via calls, text, email, etc. He did our engagement photos and he recommended a beautiful spot to take our photos. He made us feel very comfortable during our engagement session. For services, he provided a lot of great photos from the entire wedding. Starting from when we were getting ready to the grand exit. He also did videography coverage throughout the wedding and provided us with key moments from they day and made such a beautiful highlight video. He captures such beautiful clear photos and he did not miss a moment from the day. We highly recommend Jesse, we will use him again in the future for other special events.

We hired Jesse Madison to be our wedding photographer and we were thrilled with our experience, our wedding photos, and our wedding album that he designed! He offered an hour for engagement photos in the package we chose, but we had gotten engaged 11 years ago, so he added that hour to our wedding day. He kept in touch via phone and email as we planned the wedding and the timeline of the day's events. He arrived at our house on time to take pictures as we were getting ready. Then, he met us at the venue and took detailed shots of the setup. He and his assistant took photos constantly throughout the wedding and reception. Jesse and his assistant were professional, kind, prepared, and knowledgeable. He had the images ready very quickly after the event and I chose my favorite 100 shots to be in the album, which was laid out beautifully! We absolutely love our wedding pictures! He got some great candid shots as well as posed photos, and he took some artistic shots of our rings, my dress, the food, and decor. Jesse was wonderful to work with - he is so kind, flexible, and helpful. I would have liked it if he had directed people more in the group shots (stand closer, turn to the side, take your hands out of your pockets, etc.), but we are so pleased with our experience and our gorgeous photos! We highly recommend Jesse Madison - he's the best!

It was a real pleasure to have Jesse Madison as our videographer on our wedding day. From start to finish everything was seamless. He was able to capture all of the important moments of our big day and did so in a "stealth" manner. We hardly even notice that he was there - that is a big positive because it allowed everyone to be very natural. The turnaround time for producing the video was also extremely quick. I think Jesse is very talented , but the main thing that sets him apart, is that he truly wants you to be happy with your photos or video. He really works with you and does what you want. He also gives you your photos and videos very fast which is very nice of him. My husband doesn't really like edited pictures, with added saturation or back and white etc and he wanted our pictures as it was captured by the camera. So I asked Jesse to send us the raw pictures with no edit, and he did. I was so impressed by his understanding and collaboration. He didn't argue or question our decision, he just did what would us happy and I think at the end of the day that's what you really want. I also like his manners, he is very friendly and nice and we really appreciated him being a part of our wedding. Thank you Jesse.

Jesse was fabulous! He was very attentive to all the needs and desires of our special needs adult kids. The pictures were fantastic and he even rolled with the punches when we had to make a quick itinerary change when the cake began to lean due to the heat!! Professionalism and Caring at its best! We are so incredibly happy we chose to use Jesse and his team as our photographers for our wedding day. My husband and I do not love being in front of a camera, but Jesse made us feel so comfortable. He brought the most calming energy that made the entire day even more enjoyable. One thing in particular that stood out to us was that we didn't hire Jesse to stay to the very end of our reception (we had an early ceremony), but he stayed way over his contract time to get more footage without us even asking. (Yes, we tipped him extra for that even though he did not ask for anything!) Not to mention our photos came out even more beautiful than we could have even imagined. PLUS- Jesse got our photos back to us within 2 weeks! That is almost unheard of this the wedding photography industry so we were over-the-moon excited when he shared the album with us. We were still on our honeymoon at the time so it made the experience of looking through the album for the first time even more special. A couple of weeks after we received the album, we received the videos of all the speeches and a "highlight" video of the entire day. Needless to say, all of the videos were beyond perfect and made me tear up watching as we got to relive moments of that day again. Overall, I couldn't recommend Jesse Madison Photography and Video enough. You won't be disappointed!

Jesse is such an incredible photographer. We hired him for our wedding and his son came as his assistant. We interviewed two photographers and after the finished our zoom call with Jesse we knew he was going to be the best. The professionalism was so incredible. You can tell that he loves photography and takes so much pride in his work; it shines through. He knew we weren't extremely into posed photos and took the right amount to get the incredible shots but also focused on candids and they turned out beautiful. We received our photos back just a few days after the wedding (I was surprised how quickly!) and I've looked through all 900 a million times and am continuously amazed. His personality is so welcoming and kind. He really wants to make sure you have everything you want and more. We are extremely pleased we chose Jesse. Thank you for everything!

Hiring Jesse for my wedding Photography was the best decision I made for my wedding! We started with engagement photos, which came out amazing. He brought us to a beautiful beach and we got the most amazing photos! We were supposed to get married in 2020, but with covid, our wedding was postponed til 2022. Jesse has been nothing but helpful while rescheduling, not once, but twice. The day finally came and we had our wedding March 25, 2022! He and his wife arrived promptly and made sure we got all the photos we could dream of! He always came up with great ideas for photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. We received the photos so fast as well! Ive heard photographers take months to get photos back, and he was able to get ours back within a few weeks! Him and his wife are very sweet and caring, and we loved having them around us on our special day.

When your photographer is able to keep you calm on the wedding when everything is going wrong in preparation, then you know you have found a keeper. Jesse and his team were absolutely AMAZING!! It was all about what my husband and I wanted rather than sticking to a timeline. He was flexible, kind hearted, generous and talented! Jesse was amazing all around. Not just his incredible photography skills, but his expertise with weddings helped the day go smoothly and we have incredible photos and videos to help us remember our big day. He is incredibly responsive, personable, and punctual! We got our photos quickly and were beyond impressed with the amount and quality. The video was put together beautifully and brings back all the emotions from our wedding day every time we watch it. The package we chose included an engagement shoot which we did a few months before the wedding. His wife was there as well helping and they are such a sweet team and power couple which made us feel even more comfortable. It was great to get to know him before the wedding and he was able to get to know us and our style to make everything even more personal. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. We couldn't be happier we chose him as our photographer!

Jesse and his wife were our best experience with a photographer/videographer to date!  Jesse is super personable and very talented at his craft. He made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. I can’t say enough about how professional he is and the quality of work that he provides. I was so pleased with the video and final photographs, that I will continue to use him in the future. Jesse and his wife were wonderful and captured great photos from my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. We used Jesse Madison Photography for my daughters Senior Photos. The pictures turned out amazing! Truly better than we could have expected. Jesse was on time, prepared, easy to work with. We really enjoyed working with Jesse Madison and his team, especially since we had to make a few changes due to unprecedented times. We had professional pictures and video edited within a few days! Amazing job and great team! We had a South Asian wedding, it was his first one and he definitely did an amazing job capturing the special moments.

Jesse and his wife were such a pleasure to work with and got amazing shots. We told them a few of the shots that we wanted, and they went above and beyond. After reviewing the photos we were pleased to see how many candid shots of us and all of our guests there were. They didn't miss anything, and even captured an epic lightsaber battle and dance offs! We would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a personable and quality photographer.

Jesse did such a great job on our wedding photos! He took the time to meet up with us before the wedding and talk about how everything would go, recommendations, etc. Day-of he was timely, adaptable and did great at getting his job done, which helped when my husband and I needed to move from one table to the next. Also, photos turned out great! And he got them to us within a week! Thanks so much Jesse!

I'm very thankful that I found Jesse and his lovely wife here on the Knot. I knew exactly what I wanted but wasn't sure how to describe it. But once I received the pictures back from our engagement shoot, I knew I had made the right decision. We even included one of those pictures on a large canvas on our actual wedding day. A canvas which now hangs in our home because we LOVE the picture so much. We have received so many compliments on our wedding pictures. And even though my worst fear happened on the day of (rain!) Jesse managed to get a great deal of beautiful images indoors and then did his very best to get images outside for us even though we had no sunlight. Thank you, Jesse, for being a delight to work with!

There is much to be said about Jesse Madison Photography! Jesse's professionalism and love of photography really shine when he takes photos. He not only has a real masterful hold of the craft he inserts himself and helps to aid in the relief of the stresses of the wedding day. My wife and I loved our photos so much and they will forever hold a place in our hearts, our special day was captured in such real honest photos. We loved the quality and style so much that we commissioned Jesse to take photos of us a few weeks later! We were very happy with Jesse and the photos we received from our wedding. Jesse was great to work with and easy to communicate with. He definitely knows what he’s doing; we have fantastic pictures in all different lighting (sunlight, sunset, and night), and we got some great action shots of our guests throughout the night and everyone on the dance floor. All our family and friends who we shared the photos with say how wonderful they are. We highly recommend Jesse.

We are so lucky we found Jesse! We planned most of our wedding remotely from Northern California a couple of months out from our event. We are so blessed Jesse was available. The day of the wedding Jesse and his wife Emelin were on time, professional, and made us feel super comfortable. We are not used to having our pictures taken so, Jesse and Emelin really helped guide us and our wedding party into fun and classic posses that created pictures we will treasure for years to come. Jesse also had the eye to position my husband and I and our wedding party to capture beautiful views of the golf course we held our reception at as well as some romantic shots on a bridge by the eighteenth green. The scenery and the lighting was spot on! They also did a fantastic job capturing candid shots of friends and family before and during our traditional church ceremony as well as mingling and dancing at the reception. It really captured the vibe of the ceremony and reception. These pictures meant a lot to us because we have a large family we don't see regularly travel from all over the country to share our day with us. I really cannot say enough good things about working with Jesse. He even sent us our photos the Tuesday after our wedding. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend him for anyone looking for a photographer.

They were very creative! Everyone loved them and kept saying they were so nice and got realy good pictures. And they really got so many fantastic angles, of not just myself and my husband, but of everyone. I love being able to see surprise pictures of people that I didnt know i meeded and wanted but now do. I would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond on everything.

First let me say that Jesse is really, really nice. So easy to work with. I found Jesse looking through vendors on the Knot. I needed someone who fit into our budget and who had a package that included what we wanted (i.e., download of the photos). I spoke with Jesse initially and we roughed out a timeline, but things always change and Jesse rolled with all the changes I threw at him. Even last minute stuff. I was worried about everything up to the day of the wedding (not just photos, but everything) and Jesse really helped me feel at ease. We had some restrictions on where photographers could be in the church during the ceremony, but Jesse seemed to be everywhere and got some great shots. He has been through this before so he knows what goes on at a wedding and was there at all the key times and locations (ceremony, signing the certificate, taking photos of the rings, etc.) so it was a lot less for me to worry about. We have some great photos of the ceremony and reception. We just looked over our wedding photos today and are very happy with them. If you are looking for a great photographer who is professional and personable (just a nice guy) I would not hesitate to use Jesse Madison. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, Jesse!
