lf. From the moment we spoke with her, Jessi was incredibly professional, yet warm, making us feel comfortable and excited. Our conversations were always filled with smiles and laughter. She took the time to understand us as a couple, our vision, and our personalities. During our engagement session in DC she captured some standout moments: whimsical, creative, and beautifully styled, yet natural and relaxed. She seamlessly blended our two distinct styles (the vogue-esque editorial look and the “in the moment” candid feel). On our wedding day, her years of experience shone through. She anticipated moments before they happened, worked flawlessly with lighting and guests, captured the big picture and the little unscripted ones, and kept the vibe light and joyous. She is a true master of her craft. Every shot feels intentional, sincere, and simply stunning. We would be remiss if we didn’t highlight her incredible second photographer, Samantha. She was very sweet and also a master of her craft. They even volunteered to grab us a drink from the bar since they saw we were being pulled in a million directions. What we most appreciate is that Jessi didn’t feel like just a vendor — she became a friend. She supported us, guided us, laughed with us, and captured memories we’ll look back on for a lifetime. We now consider her our lifetime photographer. If you are looking for someone who brings art, authenticity, professionalism, and joy to your wedding day, Jessi is that person. 1000/10 would highly, highly recommend.

as awesome! She was professional, yet funny and easy-going. Jessi kept the environment light and fun, which is key on what can be a stressful day. She's kind, honest, and boy is she efficient! We asked for our photos to be quick, and she definitely delivered. I think everyone in our party and our family were impressed by how efficient she worked. Overall, Jessi was such a joy to work with and I'd 100% work with her for future photoshoots, and recommend her to others. She is insanely talented and incredible at what she does and her photos speak for themselves. I've only gotten a few photos back so far, and they look amazing.

s always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, which made the whole process a lot easier.  What drew me to Jessi was her natural, true-to-life photography style. I was very particular when searching for photographers because I didn’t like overly edited photos. Jessi’s work captures colors as they truly are, and her candid shots capture the moment effortlessly. Even my husband who hates taking pictures felt comfortable with her. He mentioned how fast our engagement session took.  On the wedding day, she arrived early, and her presence immediately put me at ease. She guided us through poses and made sure to capture every photo on my shot list. When we received our engagement photos and wedding sneak peeks, I was obsessed with every single picture. Plus, her turnaround time was so fast! I can’t recommend Jessi enough and will absolutely continue to use her for all my future photos.

g, Jessi scheduled an introduction call for us to get to know each other, explain her style, and get to know mine. Our package included an engagement photoshoot and she was so helpful with trying to narrow down a location by sending options and examples of her previous work. Leading up to the wedding day, I had a vision in mind for my bridesmaid dresses and Jessi was always happy to answer my emails and give her honest opinion. Then on the wedding day, Jessi was everything a bride could need. I felt like I had a day of coordinator, friend, stylist, and photographer all in one! Throughout the night, numerous guests made comments to me about how amazing our photographer was. Jessi knows all the tricks and knows how to perfectly balanced staged/posed shots with candids. Jessi was so quick to share our engagement album with us and even sent incredible sneak peaks from the wedding the day after. The wedding album was absolutely flawless. There isn’t a single photo I don’t like nor a moment I felt was left out. My husband and I have received so many compliments on the album from family and friends.

nd and I knew Jessi would be our photographer. She walked us through her process and answered my many questions with ease. As someone that coordinates/officiates weddings I have seen many flubs from photographers and she assured us of her safeguards to prevent them. Our engagement photos were beautiful and our family and friends ranted and raved about how great they looked. Her communication up to the wedding made it a breeze. She used the lists of photos I wanted and kept on schedule. She also worked amazing well with the other vendors to make sure everything happened seamlessly. We had tons of fog on our wedding day and although that is not what I envisioned on my wedding day - the photos are absolutely phenomenal and dreamy! Jessi knew they would be amazing and man was she right. She delivered sneak peeks timely and the full album quickly. Everyone loves the photos I share of the wedding. I will cherish the moments she captured of our family and friends for decades to come. I can’t recommend Jessi enough!

uldn't be happier with our photos. She is not only so talented, but she is a funny, kind, down to earth person who is easy to work with. She knows exactly what she is doing and knows how to control the group to keep things moving while still keeping the atmosphere fun and light. She listened to our preferences, and we were actually able to get all our photos done before cocktail hour, which was something we were hoping for!! I was very nervous for photos (I am not usually a fan of having my picture taken) but Jessi made it feel so fun and enjoyable!! A tropical storm hit right on our wedding day, and Jessi made what was supposed to be an outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour look absolutely stunning in the tent. She did not miss a beat making the indoor photos GORGEOUS, and worked with us when we pivoted plans multiple times due to the rain in the week or so leading up to the wedding. She made sure we knew she was always just a phone call away whenever we needed her, and she was always very responsive to text, email or call when questions came up. Jessi was so good at calming us down, listening to our needs, and making us feel reassured. Not to mention her 2nd photographer, Kaite, was also incredible to work with! Jessi and Katie both were helping with things beyond their duties as photographers, like working with the venue coordinators to make sure we stayed on schedule, and even bustling my dress! I'm so beyond grateful to Jessi for making what could have felt like a stressful day due to the rain so fun and full of love. And the pictures mean so much to my husband and I and our families. si's passion for taking amazing photos is so obvious, she is incredibly creative and it shows! Our engagement photos were perfect and the wedding photos even better. She fully captured the day and was so personable while doing it! So many people came up to me asking where I found her during and after the wedding. rom beginning to end it was really a great experience. When she tells you that she is there every step of the way she means it, from the engagement photos to the actual wedding day. She brought an assistant barb to my wedding as her second photographer, and they were SO much fun. We have only got back our "preview" of the wedding so far but we are literally on the edge of our seats now waiting for more insanely beautiful pictures. The biggest mistake you will make when planning your wedding would be not hiring Jessi!!!

the wedding, we had a telephone meeting with Jessi to review the timeline of the wedding day. During the meeting, it was evident that she had reviewed the timeline and had put in a lot of consideration to ensure that the timing of the wedding day was appropriate. She even suggested to us different recommendations which allowed for us to fit in all of our photo shoots and not feel too rushed for time during the day. It helped us feel at ease knowing that she was finely tuned into the details of the wedding day. On the morning of the wedding, Jessi was a life saver. She checked in with all members of the wedding party to make sure that we started the photos in time, and even was able to help all of the groomsmen with pinning their boutonnieres. She found multiple background areas throughout the wedding venue, constantly redirecting us to the areas with the best lighting to ensure that we took amazing photos. She helped direct us in all of the poses, assuring us that even though they felt unnatural at the time, they would look perfect in photos (she was right, they turned out great!). Even after the wedding ceremony itself, when Jessi noticed different opportunities for great couple shoots, she very politely inquired our interest in taking additional “special” shots, and we’re so glad that we took her advice to do so! We were able to take additional couple portraits in special afternoon lighting, and we love our pictures. Jessi also took notice that we had a gap in our day for photographing our first dance, yet she kindly stayed and took those photos for us as well! The quality of all our photos were spectacular and we couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out. We don’t know where she was or how she was able to capture all the different angles on the day, but we’re not questioning her magical ability to do so. All of our friends and families have gushed over how beautiful our photos look. It was the perfect cherry on top of her positivity and energy during the day. We definitely will look to Jessi for all of our photography wants and needs in the future, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of both an amazing person and photographer.

o accommodating with me, as I planned my wedding long-distance, and never actually met her until the wedding day. She and Barb kept all the guests/wedding party laughing while taking pictures in the brutal July heat and they made sure to get the perfect pictures in an efficient amount of time. They were also great about creating “sunset” pictures, even though it had rained! Just the day after the wedding, Jessi had a few sneak peak pictures to show me, and I can’t wait to see the rest!! These two were so fun to work with and truly made my day amazing!!

Jessi was up front with her pricing (sometimes a difficult thing to find in the wedding business), which we liked. She has everything laid out for you in writing, including a detailed questionnaire she sends before your wedding so you and your partner can write down all the shots you'd like her to get. This comes in handy more than you'd think since on the day of, it was such a blur we'd have never remembered all the photographs we wanted without having filled out the packet first! We had so much fun with her on our wedding day, it's hard to believe she was technically working! She has a wonderful knack for making you feel at ease while she is shooting you. Natural emotions make for the best photos, and Jessi has a way of making you feel like the best version of yourself. That definitely came out in her photographs, which are absolutely stunning. Jessi has a knack for taking an excellent photo and making it pop just a little bit more than usual - maybe it's the lighting, maybe it's the angle? I'm no photographer, but I recognize next-level photos when I see them. (And now I HAVE next-level photos of my wedding day! <3) We cannot recommend her enough.
