Hey Brides to be! If you haven't chosen your photographer look no further! Jessica and her assistant (Carly) were absolutely amazing! My fiance(Now H) and I are living in Boston but had our wedding in Philly (Manayunk - to be specific). We found Jessica online and she responded promptly to our email. Since we were out of town, Jessica immediately said she could Skype with us in order for us to get to know each other. Once my now husband and I talked with Jessica we knew she was perfect for us and she was the one we wanted to shoot our wedding!! Between her beautiful work and her amazing personality- she won hands down! Jessica was so relaxed, asked questions, and gave me advice on little details she picked up through her experience. It was great! Since we already had our engagement photos taken in Boston, Jessica still made sure to make us feel special. For Valentine's day she sent us a box of chocolates, a small bottle of bubbly and a very sweet card. We loved it!! We met with her once we were back in Philly, we shared apps, stories and had a great time with Jessica. She also picked up the bill! (Come on, what photographer does all this!!) We felt like we knew Jessica forever since the beginning. Leading up the the wedding Jessica made sure to stay in touch with us and made us feel comfortable the entire time. She was never pushy,or demanding with anything! She went with the flow and gave us exactly what we asked for! The day of our wedding Jessica and her assistant (Carly) showed up exactly when they said they would. They made us feel relaxed, and we were able to be ourselves the entire time! Jessica and Carly really helped make our day special!! We had an amazing time with them, and wouldn't have changed anything for the world! Thank you both soooooo much!!!! I had looked at a million photographers for our wedding day and kept coming back to Jessica's photos. My husband and I had a skype session with Jessica and we absolutely fell in love with her personality and her love of photography! Photos from the wedding day were the most important thing to us since they are what we'll have left to share with our families for years to come and I couldn't be happier with having Jessica there with us to help pull it all together! She worked with us from day one customizing a package that worked for us, created a timeline for us so we knew everything that was happening, she even sent us a little date night gift a few months out from the wedding, SO CUTE! I am so happy with every aspect of how our wedding day turned out, but by far, Jessica seriously exceeded all of our expectations, I can't thank her enough for what she gave to us!

Let me begin by saying that when my husband and I were first married we didn't do our homework...the results were disastrous to say the least. I will spare you all the details of a leasson that was learned the hard way. When Chris and I decided to renew our vows this year we decided we were gonna do it right this time, and Jessica nailed it! She made our special day more memoriable than our original wedding date! She was very fun to work with and had great ideas for pictures that we had not even considered. I was so happy when I saw the preview of our pictures, and I can't wait to get my album and enlargements! These pictures will definately be replacing the originals on our wall. Jessica Hendrix is a truly gifted photographer who genuinely loves what she does. I've heard her say many times "I have the best job in the world." The photographs she took for my wedding look like they belong in a catalog! They are beyond gorgeous! Jess has a sharp eye for detail and she is able to capture EVERY single special moment on your day beautifully. I was really worried after the wedding that I hadn’t hired a videographer, but after I saw the photos that Jess took, I was reassured that my big day had been documented perfectly. Aside from Jess basically being the coolest girl ever, she is a true professional. The contract and payment process was really smooth and easy. She was willing to tailor packages based on our budget and vision. She made my husband and I feel super comfortable in front of the camera and there were absolutely zero typical wedding cheesy photos. If you’re looking to work with a professional, easy-going, creative and artistic wedding photographer, Jess is your girl. She is worth every penny.

We spent a lot of time looking for a photographer that would really work with us as a couple. Jessica worked really well with my husband, our daughter, our crazy wedding party, our large family, and all of our other wedding guests. Jessica captured beautiful candid moments and also was able to capture some beautiful pictures of our active three-year-old. We also loved the family and couple shots that we got during our engagement photos and have them up in our home and are looking forward to adding some wedding photos to our walls soon! We highly recommend Jessica!!

Jessica is amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed we were completely at ease during our wedding day. She knew exactly what she was doing and had things moving proficiently from start to finish. And we love how the pictures came out! Her style was perfect for us everyone has been raving about our pictures and Jessica made it all happen :) I would highly recommend her for anyone's wedding, she is both very professional and personable and she honestly helped make our wedding day a perfect one!!

When looking for a photographer--I wanted it to be an easy decision-- no hassle, laid back and straightforward with pricing and contract--in addition to having a passion for capturing our special day. After meeting with Jessica only one time - it was an easy decision for us to decide to book her. Not only is her work exquisite--she was very professional with her contract but accommodating at the same time. Jessica made us feel very comfortable with our choices and was open to making changes when we wanted to. She met with us again right before the wedding and created a "time line" for the day of in addition to obtaining a list of "must have" pictures. I found this very helpful because it gets overwhelming when you need to plan pictures with a large bridal party and large family that we have. On the day of our wedding, Jessica arrived right on time and immediately started snapping away. She was eager to look for creative places to shoot and did an amazing job in directing me while taking pictures. She made my entire family and bridal party very comfortable. She was sensitive to the fact that my youngest sister is blind and was extremely helpful to accommodate her with the pictures. What I enjoyed most about Jessica was that she was able to capture both formal pictures when appropriate and action shots as well. She never took me away and had me miss a part of my cocktail hour or reception in order to get a picture. Overall, I would recommend Jessica for any occasion needing photography. She was extremely professional and has a wonderful passion for her job. She made me feel very comfortable and special on my wedding day. And she just plain rocks :)

I cannot stress enough how amazing Jessica was for us!! My fiancee and I are from Sydney Australia, and we used Jess for an engagement shoot in New York. From the very first moment I approached Jessica Hendrix photography, Jessica herself was amazing to work with. She has an amazing upbeat energy and was just great fun. At the same time, she is an absolute professional. She always answered any correspondence almost immediately and always made us feel at ease with the process, especially as we were not in the US to deal with her face to face. On the actual shooting day itself, Jessica was fantastic. Despite my fiancee and I being nervous about having our picture taken, she made us feel really comfortable and we really genuinely enjoyed the whole day! Jess took all the photos we said we wanted, and as we had not seen NYC, she took us to some really great locations we wouldn't have thought of. We have now received the photos, and we could not be more happy with them. They are absolutely beautiful, even better than we could have expected. The quality of the photos is so high, and Jessica's experience really shows. I know this is a gushy review, but we really love Jess and cannot recommend her highly enough! Its such a shame we are getting married back in Australia and already have a photographer because we would have had her in a heartbeat. If you are thinking about using Jessica Hendrix Photography, just do it. You won't regret it!

Jessica is fantastic! She is so easy to get along with and was so fun to work with! Jessica blended in so well on the day of the wedding - you hardly knew she was there. She also was willing to do anything to get a shot - she hopped up in the back of my husband's truck to get a picture of us through the window. Jessica responded quickly when we emailed or texted her and always arrived promptly when we met up with her. She took our engagement and wedding photos. All of the photos turned out great and she got them to us within a month after they were taken. We've gotten many compliments on them! I would definitely recommend Jessica if you want great quality photos for a good price. For professional photos in the future, I would definitely use Jessica again.

We searched LONG & HARD for the perfect photographer. My husband is an Art Direct for an advertising agency so he is very picky!! As soon as I met with her, I knew she was "the one." Jessica had a very upbeat attitude and was kind of silly, just like us... this was a threesome made in heaven! Fast forward to the wedding day, Jessica and her second photographer Matt were just so awesome. They kept the vibe very calm and serene, yet we had a ball snapping pictures and laughing the day away. All of our bridal party kept commenting about how fun and easy-going they were and by the end of the night, they were just like family! Fast forward again to when we received our pictures, the photos KNOCKED MY HUSBAND'S SOCKS OFF! They were out of this world. JHP catpured every single moment, everything we saw and everything we didn't see. Looking through them is like reliving our wedding all over again. JHP is one of a kind! They were beyond our greatest expectations!
