We got our engagement photos SO QUICK and they were perfection. Fast forward to the wedding day...Jess was still as amazing as ever! She captured every moment of our special day. inally came across Jessica. Jessica's photography ascetics are absolutely beautiful and aligned with how we wanted our engagement and wedding photos to look. From the moment of reaching out to Jessica, she has been absolutely helpful throughout this whole process and provided us with options that worked for what we wanted and needed for our wedding. We finally had our wedding in September 2021 (we had to push it out a year) and appreciate Jessica's professionalism pre-wedding, day-of, and post-wedding. She was communicative throughout the process. We don't particularly consider ourselves photogenic and we can be quite awkward when it comes to photos so appreciated Jessica guiding us with poses that worked for us and capturing moments that we will cherish for a lifetime.

My wife and I had never taken professional photos together so Jess’s instructions/suggestions were super helpful to get us comfortable. She is so knowledgeable about the little things that really make the difference between a good photo and a GREAT photo - she could tell us down the minute whether certain locations at our venue would be too bright or have funky shadows that would throw things off. Jess is very thoughtful about every aspect of her sessions, and it shows. My wife and I absolutely love how our photos turned out. Did I mention that she turned around 100 sneak peek photos within 24 hours of our wedding? I don’t know how she does it all… Also, she really takes the time to get to know you and what you like and want. By the end of our wedding, we felt like Jess was more of a friend than a wedding vendor. Jess is a straight shooter which is incredibly invaluable when you have only 45 minutes to get photos of 10-15 different groups with the bride and groom. I laud her for her ability to manage a timeline, a whole host of different people, and still focus on getting the perfect shot. We can’t possibly thank Jess enough for her contribution to making our wedding as perfect as it was. If I could give her 10 stars here, I would. We are so happy with every part of her contribution to our wedding day!

On the wedding day Jess was professional, prompt, and actually made the day so fun (we took LOTS of photos so this was important)!! Not only a perfect day, but my husband and I were BLOWN AWAY by the sneak peeks we received so quickly after and have been asked multiple times since sharing the photos, "who was your photographer?!" - they were elegant, romantic, bright and beautiful. That was the first time she captured my husband and I and I didn’t even know the pictures could turn out so well. She doesn’t cut any corners she spent ample time with me before the wedding making sure that we would get all the shots that I want to get (locations on the venue and who I wanted photos with). She makes you feel so comfortable that you truly look like your best self in the photos she takes. My husband and I were doing long distance at the time and she was willing to do our engagement shoot two days before Christmas because he was only going to be in town for a week. This meant soooo much to us because the holidays can be super busy for everyone but she made it happen! Having never had professional photos taken of us, naturally, we felt super awkward but Jessica posed us and walked us through the shoots and the pictures came out AMAZING. She’s also super quick! She sent us mini sneak peaks in less than 24 hours. For our wedding last week, she sent us an even bigger sneak peak in 2 days! To give you a little perspective, the sneak peak she sent us came in before our friends who were married two weeks before us. This allowed my husband and I to relive our wedding throughout our honeymoon and kept us on a high. We look at the pictures almost every day! You can tell Jessica really cares about you and what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful and that’s exactly what you need for you big day. Bottom line - she was one of the best investments we made for our wedding!

Off the bat, our wedding planner recommended Jess without reservations - she had nothing but amazing things to say. It took only one phone call to understand why. As it turns out, Jess is not only EXTREMELY TALENTED with an incredible eye for detail (as anyone who pulls up her portfolio can see) but she is also kind, down-to-earth, outgoing, funny, and knowledgable. We were nervous about having professional photos taken (did I mention that we're awkward?). We didn't know how to act, what would look good, etc. etc. etc. Jess took the time to explain EVERYTHING right up front which put our minds at ease. Our engagement photos far exceeded our expectations so I was really really anticipating the wedding day photos and man, Jess did not disappoint. We got access to our sneak peek photos almost two weeks ago and I have logged in no less than 5,000,000 times to swoon over them. Jess turned our somewhat average-looking wedding (look, I think our wedding was gorgeous but we paid for our guests to have a good time, not for crystal stemware, copper flatware, hand calligraphy, flowing table runners, extravagant florals, or most other things Pinterest tried to convince us was important) and somehow Jessica produced photos that are worthy of the most gorgeous and enviable wedding blog. I cannot wait to see the rest of our photos and to start treasuring them forever. Seriously, Jess is so good that I would plan another wedding just to have more of her photos. If you're on the fence about a photographer, you should review Jess's portfolio, follow her on instagram and believe me that your photos will be every bit as beautiful as what you're seeing. Then contact her immediately and lock her down for your wedding date!

tail is perfect and I am in love with our pictures. We got our sneak peak back very quickly and I was super impressed with how fast the entire deck came back especially since we "combined" our engagement and wedding shots into one.

one to capture all the special moments. We searched for photographers all over San Diego and Los Angeles, but we weren’t quite satisfied until we found Jess! We fell in love with her airy and soft, yet elegant style of shooting, as well as her presentation of flat lays and attention to detail. She was accommodating from the very start, and allowed us to create our own custom wedding packages in a price range that was within our budget. Jess was extremely organized and efficient when it came to our timeline for our wedding day, and we were able to get in all the photos with our family and bridal party before our ceremony effortlessly! She snuck us away to La Jolla Shores during cocktail hour for beach photos (which turned out to be our favorite wedding photos) and back in time to capture more details before the reception. And it doesn’t just end there- Jess even sent us a sneak peak collection of the best shots the day immediately after the wedding, which was the perfect way to start off our honeymoon! Jess and her second photographer Julie were both SO down to earth, welcoming, and fun to work with!! We are incredibly happy with her work and absolutely LOVE all of our photos.

The first time we met at a coffee shop, Jess was so friendly and down to earth, I found myself sharing our tale of awkward photog memories right out of the gate. Might as well get it out there early - she was going to have to earn her paycheck with this duo! Immediately I felt at ease, we were new to the area and she didn't make us feel like prospective clients she talked to us like friends. This made us both feel so comfortable and excited, Jess was what we were hoping for in a photographer, someone to truly capture the most important day of our lives together. Our engagement shoot was a complete show thanks to my fiance and I- we decided it was logical to take photo's on a Friday night during a food truck rally in the middle of Balboa park. Jess handled the entire situation like a boss, she somehow found a way to make it look like we were the only two people in the entire park even after shooting at maybe 5 or 6 locations. The results of our pictures were amazing. They were beautiful, she helped us incorporate our dog (our son) into the pictures and they are all we had hoped for. She researched the area and helped us decide on locations with different styles and moods, it looks like we shot over the course of days in different locales! Months later and time for the big day, Jess was so professional and on top of things. We met ahead of time, walked through details came up with a game plan I had no worries about the big day. I felt so comfortable with Jess as a part of our experience that even with just our sneak peaks I can see that she captures the emotion and happiness of the day. I was so floored to see the first few pictures, they were GORGEOUS I am getting compliments left and right about how beautiful the pictures turned out. I mean it when I say, Jess is incredible and she is not only an awesome photographer she is an awesome person. Your photographer is with you for some of the rawest, most emotional moments of your life and you will want someone to connect with to feel comfortable being yourself. I would give 6 stars if i was able. Jess's work speaks for itself, she is talented, professional and above all great to work with. I would recommend Jess again and again. m! It came and went so fast! We got married on Saturday 2/23 in Oceanside, CA and it was truly the most magical day of our lives! Jessica and her 2nd shooter Alyssa were able to capture all of the natural beauty of the day and I really feel that she captured our love. The colors that she brought out in each photo are so vibrant and beautiful. There are SO MANY amazing photos that we don't know how to pick our favorites. Jessica is so sweet and extremely talented. She juggled the many different requests we had from a million family photos, to honoring the strict rules of the church we got married in. We truly appreciate her hard work, dedication, and passion for her work. Our wedding day was fast-paced and stressful but Jessica handled it like a champ, kept us on track, and on top of her amazing poses and candid snaps, still managed to get all the photos on my insane photo-request list. In addition to that, she’s super creative, has a great eye, and gets those perfect shots that make you gasp when you see them. She’s also super friendly and easy to get along with.
