I, me - not we - just I am a 1 woman operation. I handle everything with my couples from your inquiry to any meetings to all of the shooting to editing to delivery and everything in between. All of my wedding packages include a second shooter; so where do they come from? An ongoing list of other amazing business owning photographers in your area or who also like to travel who will be hired by me to shoot your wedding with me! They are hand selected based on the style of photography that you’re looking for and your personality. Let’s be real though, I only hire hella fun people because I can’t be bothered with the bland #sorrynotsorry. Though based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia, Jessica Lynn Photography is available to document celebrations throughout the tri-state area. Every wedding package includes two photographers, an engagement session, an online viewing gallery, and a sneak peek at your photos within one week. Stylistically I'm crisp and clean, I love all things candid and lifestyle, and I’m not scared to play in the shadows. While I understand the importance of posing, there is something so beautiful in letting my subjects (that’s you) be themselves! What she's me apart? I give a shit. I care so much about you and what I do and you will feel that!

Our experience with Jes exceeded our expectations and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone! From our first conversation and engagement shoot together we knew she was great fit. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding, helping with the timeline and any questions I had! Her down-to-earth personality made her a joy to be around on wedding day! We felt so comfortable with her, and it was like having a friend there alongside us. This really helped calm some of my wedding day nerves! We were absolutely blown away when we got our photos back with how stunning they were! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Jes!

I don't even know where to start. Jes was INCREDIBLE. The most ideal wedding photographer you could ever imagine. She has this natural ability to know when to be loud and command the room versus when to stay quiet and capture the moment. From our engagement photoshoot on Long Island to our actual wedding day in New Jersey, Jes WOWed us with not only her beautiful photography but also her genuine personality, supportive nature, and bubbly demeanor. My now husband had not been looking forward to hours of photos, but he gladly admitted that Jes made the whole process fun. I 100% recommend booking her for your wedding day. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but trust me, you will not regret this decision. She is talented, smart, funny, kind, hardworking, trustworthy, dependable, and the list goes on and on and on. I cannot rave enough about our experience with Jes! Not to mention the absolutely STUNNING wedding photos she delivered. Jessica was everything we wanted in a wedding photographer and SO MUCH MORE. We wanted someone easy-going and funny, someone who could get us to be comfortable in front of the camera, and someone who knew what they were doing. And. Jes. Delivered. We are naturally pretty shy and awkward but the photos do not show this -- Jes captured what was below the surface from our silliness to our affection. Everything on the day was smooth sailing with her and we cannot thank her enough. We would get her to photograph our entire lives if we could.

Jes is such a joy to work with! Finding the perfect photographer for us was top priority and Jes is truly an expert in her craft. The incredible photos we have from our wedding and engagement session are works of art that we'll cherish forever. She perfectly captured our wedding day start to finish. Right away it felt like meeting with a close friend - it was easy to relax and be ourselves! She made us laugh, gave us genuine compliments, and kept us on track without rushing us. Looking for a wedding photographer was probably one of the most intense searches my husband & I have ever done. We don't exactly know how we came across Jes, but finding her was probably the best thing that came out of our entire wedding planning. Jes is not only such a talented photographer - but she is personable, down-to-earth and genuinely gets to know all her couples - she actually cares & it shows. She handled the schedule of the day so well (along with her absolutely amazing second shooter, Kristy! Special shoutout to her!) & did everything in her power to make sure we got the photos that we wanted. Seriously don't know how we would've survived the day without her (no, but actually... she even helped me get into my dress!). We just felt so comfortable & natural with Jes and she captured our special moments so beautifully - and this is all just from the sneak peek photos! Simply cannot wait for the full gallery! We couldn't recommend her enough. I cannot recommend Jes enough. She was wonderful throughout the whole wedding planning process. We had the best time taking our engagement pictures, she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. It was a rainy day when we took our engagement pictures and super rainy on our wedding day, but Jes still managed to get the best pictures. Jes is great at helping you pose in ways that feel natural and end up looking so good in pictures. Jes and Kristy were extremely organized and kept things moving on our wedding day so we could get our portraits finished and enjoy our cocktail hour/reception. I also booked a boudoir shoot with Jes and it was the most amazing experience. If you’re on the fence about it… just do it! It was definitely out of my comfort zone but I am so glad I did it! I got my hair and makeup done by Kiersten (@k.j.bridal) and felt so beautiful heading into the shoot. Jes made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I felt so confident and sexy, and I know my husband is going to absolutely love the pictures/photo album I’m going to gift him. I would a million times recommend picking Jes as your photographer, you will not regret it.

Let me start by saying that both myself and my now husband are not “picture people.” If there’s a camera out, it’s generally our goal to avoid it, lol. But not with Jes!
Jes did both our engagement & wedding photos and we CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Besides being incredibly talented, Jes is so much fun work with - she made us feel comfortable and confident, is great at giving direction, and has creative ideas. I couldn’t appreciate her sense of humor or positive energy more! She’s super patient, organized, and professional. She also did an amazing job including our pup, which made us so happy.
Jes was phenomenal on our wedding day! She kept us on schedule without feeling pushed. If we felt awkward in a pose, she fixed it. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, she was there with a glass of champagne. When my dress needed to be bustled, no need to chase down a bridesmaid because she had it done in seconds. Speaking of the wedding party - if it’s a large, rowdy bunch - she’s got it totally under control. Knowing she had our backs and that we could trust her to capture all the special moments made enjoying our day so easy!
Jes is also the most thoughtful and kind human - at one point I told my husband that I wanted to grab a cupcake but of course, totally forgot during the reception. At the end of the night, she had one waiting for me (my fave flavor), along with some polaroids from the day. Just AMAZING, and shows how much she truly cares. We couldn’t be more thankful for Jes - she is a rockstar!

10000000 / 10 , YES!!!! Jess is quite literally everything I wanted in a photographer. I heard about her from a friend of mine who was a bridesmaid in a previous wedding she photographed.
My main concern when looking for a photographer was not having to spend a day with someone who was uptight or made the day feel more like chore than a day of celebration. When we first did our consult I told Jess I wanted someone similar in personality to me, and boy did I get it. She is funny, laid back, approachable, and honest. Amazing personality aside, Jess and Kristy did a phenomenal job. There was a great balance of being "laid back" while still being organized and direct. There was very little I had to think about during this process because they did it for me. Family members not where they need to be? Jess already had someone going to find them. Bridesmaid making rude comment? Jess shut that down faster than I have ever seen in my life. And what was I doing during all of that? Not worrying my little, stressed head off because I didn't have to. And the only reason I didn't have to was because Jess understands what the bride needs the day of the wedding. She reminded me that it was mine and my grooms day and that if we wanted to stop- we stopped. I didn't like the pose? We didn't do the pose. My dress wasn't staying where it needed? Jess taped and pinned that bad boy right where it needed to be.
I got so many compliments from my wedding party and guests regarding my photographers, specifically my dad. He thought Jess and Kristy were friends of mine and couldn't believe I had not met them prior to wedding day.
They are two of the most genuine individuals I have ever met in my life. I cannot put into words (yes I can, I just wrote 1,835 words about it) how much I recommend having Jess photograph your wedding.
PS: You also get SO many candids along with your posed photos. It is amazing.

I truly cannot even begin to express what an amazing photographer Jes is! From the first time meeting her, she made our engagement shoot so fun and relaxed and she was so creative! She had no problem incorporating our rottweiler in the photos and having the session at our house, which meant so much to us. When we got our photos back, my jaw dropped and I was so happy we picked her. It was my husband and I's first photoshoot together and we were both so nervous but Jes made it so laid back! She was so helpful the day of the wedding not only being our photographer, but making sure we were on a good timeline so that we had hours to enjoy our big day! I can't recommend Jes enough to all of the future brides out there and I can't wait to have more photoshoots done by her in the future! Thank you x million Jes!!

If you’re considering booking Jes - DO IT!! She is incredible at what she does and will perfectly capture your day! Working with Jes was phenomenal from start to finish. Her style captures the emotion of the day in such an authentic way, it feels like we’re reliving our wedding day when we look through the pictures. The day will be a blur, but having photography that brings it back to life is so amazing. We are not super comfortable in front of a camera but Jes was able to put us at ease, and make it fun and natural. It felt like we were going with the flow of the day but she was kept us on schedule and got every shot we wanted and more. The second photographer Kristy was just as amazing! They even helped me with my bustle… talk about a crew you want with you on your wedding day! We’ve heard nothing but compliments on how incredible our photos are and I can’t thank Jes enough for perfectly capturing our wedding day. You’ll be so thankful you chose Jes for your big day!

Jes is AMAZING!! She brings such an incredible energy and vibe to her photo shoots and really knows how to make you feel comfortable getting silly and being yourself in front of the camera. I’m usually not much of a morning person but my fiancé and I did a sunrise engagement session with Jes that was such a blast and I will forever look back on that day as one of my favorite memories with my fiancé. We are still so obsessed with all the photos she took that day and could not be happier knowing we’ll have Jes there to capture our wedding day!

Jes captured my engagement and wedding so beautifully! She is so much fun to be around. I love how she tells you like it is, if Im standing funny she is gonna let me know and fix it to make me look good! My husband and I are not very photogenic people but she has actually taught us so much. We now love taking pictures together and have fun with it. I wanted to surprise my husband with a gift and I did a boudoir shoot. Those were amazing photos, definitely recommend doing that as a gift for your significant other. She makes you feel so comfortable and just like hanging with friends. Jes just has a real vibe that makes me smile, Im not an outgoing person but she is and it compliments so well. I just get excited thinking about woking with her again. I hope to use her in the future for any other photos Im looking to get.

Wow. What can I say about Jes that hasn’t already been said in these reviews. She is by far one of my favorite people to have been able to meet while planning my wedding. She is up beat and funny. The kind of funny that really matches our families personality while also still being able to do such an AMAZING job!
She really knows exactly how to make you comfortable in front of the camera even when you don’t think your photogenic. She really has a way of capturing the love between my husband and I in almost every picture. We received so many pictures back that I have no idea how I will ever pick my favorites and not just print all of them. From our engagement pictures all the way to the wedding pictures, I knew in my heart we made the right choice hiring her.
I highly recommend her to anyone that is needing pictures done for anything. Thank you Jes!

I don’t think we can rave about Jes enough! We do not live in state so we didn’t get to do an engagement session. She rolled with it and gave us a package that fit our needs and budget and was so incredible to work with. She showed up on our wedding day and jumped right in and we had a fantastic time with her!! She has a great vibe and keeps people (ie your family pictures) moving and our couples photos were so relaxed and fun. She’s got great prompts if you feel like you’re awkward in front of a camera and finds the best shots you didn’t know you needed! We’ve only seen a sneak peek of our photos and I’m SO excited to see the rest.

Jes was the ABSOLUTE best photographer anyone could ever have for not just their wedding day but for all big life events. From the first minute she interacts with you she puts your mind at ease. I have known my husband for over 20 years and we just generally don't take good pictures. Jes changed that when we had our engagement pictures when she took not only candid shots, but pictures in poses that she knew would be good for us. We worked with her for 15 months and she never made us feel like we were a burden and she treated us like friends from the start. I hate PDA and she somehow made me feel comfortable with the classy PDA shots she took for our engagement photos and for our wedding. Jes is completely dependable and I knew I could count on her to be on time for our big day and take the absolute best pictures and somehow simultaneously make me freak out less. I am a big planner and she made sure she knew exactly what shots were important to take on our wedding day 2 weeks before and how that would impact our timeline for the day- which was huge for me because the day of logistics were really important. She stayed all night and never stopped working. She is truly so dedicated and you can tell she loves what she does every minute. I trusted her so much that I decided to do a boudoir shoot which is completely out of my comfort zone and I have never ever felt more confident in myself. So much so, that during the last two months of planning and everything changing because of Covid, those pictures were truly what helped me stay postive in the home stretch before the wedding. Jes is truly the nicest person and is amazing at what she does. Book her for every type of photo you need taken and you'll want to be friends with her instantly!!

Do yourself a favor and end your search for a wedding photographer right here! My husband and I are SO incredibly thankful that we decided to reach out to Jess, and that she was available for our wedding day. We also had the pleasure of working with Jess for our engagement photos, and it honestly just felt like a group of friends out taking photos together. She has such a way of making you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and an eye for capturing the most intimate moments. In addition to creating absolute magic with her camera and editing skills, Jess provided endless emotional support throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to connect with my husband and I, provide suggestions to areas of planning we struggled with, and adjusted to the never-ending changes of COVID. I, personally, can not thank her enough for her endless patience as I juggled finishing grad school, starting a new job, and finalizing wedding plans. We ended up changing our entire wedding vision just weeks before our September date, and Jess was there for every second of the day to work with the rest of the team and help ensure that the day went smoothly. Afterwards, my husband let me in on a few secrets for things that actually did "go wrong" that day, but I would have never known. On the day of our wedding, Jess felt more like a friend attending than simply just the photographer. Her calming presence was so appreciated. I do not even know where to start. My (now) husband was very camera shy and really not looking forward to the photo part of the big day. We decided to do engagement photos at our house to be a bit more of a relaxed environment. After the day with Jes, he told me he had a lot of fun and it was more emotional than he expected. Jes made it centered around our love and really made it less about the photos are more of an experience. That really shined through the photos as well. On the big day, we were very adamant that we make sure that the photos do not take away from the experience and we wanted to enjoy the day. Jes was amazing. Jes it was such a pleasure working with you! My husband and I took professional pictures back in January for the first time, our engagement pictures. You are very patient, gave a lot of Direction, and had an eye for creating a great background. Our engagement pictures turned out amazing and I was surprised myself because I didn't know what to expect. Our engagement pictures turned out beautiful! I got so many compliments on how great they came out that it only got me more excited about my wedding day. February 24th turned out so beautiful and I'm so glad you were there to capture all the Great Moments. I would choose you for any photo shoots I have going forward and recommend you to anyone I know because you are the best!
