munication. The sneak peek and wedding gallery were late by more than a week. I had to reach out each time asking for an update and were met with many excuses. Many of the wedding pictures of just myself or myself with my husband (you know the pretty money shots) were not in focus, the background was in focus and looked great but we were not. Which means we can’t blow them up because it will look blurry. It’s so bad that I had to hired someone else to take wedding pictures with my husband and me because we had only one picture that we liked. There were even pictures with our family and friends completely out of focus. There were pictures with lawn supplies in the background and her second shooter which makes me feel like she didn’t really look through the pictures when she sent them.  She is not the best at responding to emails, there were a few times I had to do follow ups because it was a week or more past the day she said she would have them ready and I hadn’t heard anything. She then always responded with an excuse, which I am a very understanding person but when you have something bad happen to you every email it feels less real.  When we expressed our disappointment, Jessica did offer us a free album and prints for multiple pictures for delivering a late gallery. We appreciated it.  We did receive the pictures but then she completely GHOSTED us about the album. I wrote, called, dm and heard nothing from her. It sucked because she took a disappointment which was our pictures and made it even worse by ghosting us.  She promised an album that she would design for us and has not fulfilled that promise, and is now ignoring us. How unprofessional can you be to ghost a client that you promised something to which was to make up for your technical difficulties and issues? I would highly not recommend her to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book someone else. It’s not worth the disappointment and disregard.
