The flowers for our bouquets were gorgeous and beautifully made! Thank you so much Jessica!
I reached out to Jessica for my 2025 wedding, and although our time together so far has been brief, it has been absolutely wonderful. She is kind, genuine, and incredibly passionat...
e. I highly recommend her!
Jessica is someone you will be glad to have had in your corner, and will be thankful to call friend at the end of your day. On a day that will be full of excitement and a little bi...
t of crazed panic, Jessica brings a sense of peace, joy, and levity while also creating some of the most beautiful arrangements that elevate and articulate the natural beauty and elegance of every place and person they touch. We were married in Palo Duro, and she helped us curate a design that transformed the space into one clearly celebrating love, without distracting from the magnificence of the canyon.
Jessica was also a wedding planner for us, and we needed her! In a world of influencers and internet, we thought that we could handle it all on our own. But as our day came closer, we quickly learned that this was not the case. As our coordinator, she went above and beyond, managing schedules, arrival times, and more with our wedding party and vendors that we would have otherwise had to juggle. She took away the stress of having to worry about faux paus, schedule mismanagement, or emergencies (she has an emergency kit with everything you could possibly need on your day, and we needed many, many things!).
But most of all, Jessica is so intentional and driven to excellence in celebrating her couples. Since we’ve been working with her, she has sent out newsletters congratulating anniversaries of past couples (some nearly a decade past their wedding!) as well as soon-to-be newlyweds, while also seeking ways to always be improving client experiences. She had a questionnaire for us so she could better understand us as a couple, what we wanted our day to look like, and encouraged us to relax, enjoy the process, and hold precious the fact that we were getting married, emphasizing the importance of focusing on our relationship above anything else in the wedding planning process. She was the calm in the storm for the months leading up to our wedding, and made our day wonderfully sweet and stress free.
Without a doubt, Jessica served as the lynchpin for success on our wedding day, and we were so thankful to have her with us!
Jessica perfectly captured what we were going for with all the flowers and little personal details of our wedding day! We still talk(6+ years later) about how much we loved it all...
!
Jessica did an amazing job with our flowers for our wedding. She brought my vision to life and the flowers and decorations were beautiful.
Jessica was, undoubtedly, the best investment my husband and I secured for our wedding. Prior to meeting Jessica, we hadn’t really narrowed down a perfect wedding theme or style. W...
ith Jessica’s help, she managed to helped us piece together our dream wedding.
She was so invested in the little details that meant the most to us. We loved that very much. There were a couple of occasions that I had to ask Jessica for last minute advice or changes to our designs, and she worked with us quickly and made the process so effortless.
Jessica is down to earth, kind, and unbelievably talented at everything she does. We couldn’t stress enough how highly we recommend Jessica Ormond Events!
I did my due diligence when searching for a wedding planner in the Lubbock area, and after my initial meeting with Jessica, there was no question about hiring her. I was getting go...
od vibes from her and trusted my gut! I was looking for someone who could do multiple things planning, coordinating, decor, flowers—basically a one stop shop so I’m not working with so many different vendors. I believe her being able to do all of those things made it easier because she knew what all was going on and lessened the chance for something to go wrong because of miscommunication. I chose her because she had a very calm and friendly demeanor. Any idea I had, she took with zero judgment and had high confidence she could make it happen! She didn’t try to change anything about my vision, but just wanted to enhance it! She was also so helpful with any question I had regarding just about anything, she is so knowledgeable about her craft!
The end result was a dream! She executed my vision flawlessly with the flowers & decor, and her day of coordinating went smoothly! It's been almost 6 months and I STILL get compliments about how my wedding has been the most beautiful wedding that person's ever seen and I owe it all to Jessica!
Jessica is very talented at what she does, I highly HIGHLY recommend her. Any bride would be so blessed to have Jessica on their team!
Jessica is very organized and so incredibly thoughtful. Our day would not have been possible without her help. She helped decorate every piece of the day and her florals were one o...
f my favorite parts. She listens to your visions and she makes them come to life. I loved working with her!
I absolutely loved having Jessica as my florist and decorator. She made my vision become a reality- incorporating lots of personal touches that really made the day special. She so ...
clearly understood what I was thinking, I had no problem at all giving her freedom to add her own design and decor elements. Everything was just perfect! She was a joy to work with, really making me feel special for my day and not just another bride. Jessica was also a huge help in giving me recommendations and suggestions since I was planning the wedding from out of state and didn't know much about Lubbock. She felt like a friend, a "kindred spirit", through it all and I am so thankful for her expertise and ability to make our wedding so beautiful. So many people mentioned to me that the flowers perfectly captured my personality and style. One of my favorite things was that she helped with donating the centerpieces and leftover florals to a nursing home/retirement center, which meant so much to me to be able to do!
Jessica did an amazing job, both as our month of coordinator and florist! She listened to our thoughts and ideas and made them even better! Everything was beautiful and our wedding...
