My husband and I had to find another photographer a couple months before our wedding due to unfortunate circumstances. Jessica was highly recommended by another photographer in the area, so my mom and I reached out to her. Jessica was easy to reach and always responded to any questions that I had in a timely manor. She was so understanding of my situation and so kindly allowed me to do a bridal session in place of an engagement session since we had already had our engagements done prior to us finding Jessica. My husband and I have always had the same photographer photograph us since the beginning of our relationship, so having another photographer capture photos of us we knew would be different-but Jessica made us feel comfortable and made it fun. My husband has never been a fan of having photos taken, but on our wedding day he said to me “Jessica made this fun for us, I actually enjoyed having her photograph us. Jessica has a great personality and is super sweet. Everything about my experience with Jessica was positive. I highly recommend her.

WONDERFUL! We booked her for an engagement shoot in Virginia Beach, but we eventually booked her for our wedding as well as part of a package, however our wedding was in South Carolina and she was completely willing to travel!!! I still can't believe she was willing to travel all that way for us. And her rates are great compared to some photographers that are extremely overpriced but not hers. Also when we planned on doing getting-ready pictures at the hotel my mom was running late but she was completely understanding. Super nice and sweet and I'll probably book her in the future for other photoshoots!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better photographer than Jessica and her team. She captured every important moment on our wedding day. She was flexible with our requests for specific photos. We had a surprise rainbow show up after the rain settled and she was sure to get us outside and capture the moment. My husband and I are not used to being photographed, but Jessica made the process easy and fun during our portraits. She also made a great effort to get to know us personally throughout the process of engagement photos and our wedding day. It is truly special to be able to look back at my wedding day and see all of the beautiful memories she captured. If you live in Virginia and need a wedding photographer, look no further. Jessica Ryan is the best!

Working with Jessica was a dream! Not only does she take amazing photographs, she truly wanted to get to know my husband and me as our people. She cared about our story, which I think made our wedding day more special. She wasn't just a photographer, she was a friend capturing one of the most important day of our livs.

Jessica is simply amazing! She is also so sweet. She took the time to get to know us as a couple at our consult. She showed us some of her previous weddings and that’s when we knew we had to have her for our wedding! The package we chose included an engagement session by her and we were blown away. She truly captures the best moments of us as a couple. I was pretty nervous at first but she guides you through the whole session and makes you feel comfortable throughout. She has a quick return time for the photos and on top of that, you get sneak peeks the same day! After the engagement session, I knew we were going to have the best photos for the wedding! We got married in June and I still constantly am referencing our photos and have them as our wallpaper on our phone because I’m just that in love with them. I love her style in photography/edits because it’s all natural and the photos are bright, which matched our style in what we wanted. We would definitely use her again for future sessions!

Jessica is not only so sweet but amazing at what she does! I have had my engagement photos taken by her and she is such a pleasure to work with! Jessica makes the sessions easy and fun while creating gorgeous photos that I can cherish forever! Her expertise and professionalism puts her over the top! I am excited to have her photograph my wedding this fall!

Jessica Ryan was absolutely Amazing! We received our Wedding photos immediately after our Wedding which was awesome! After receiving my pictures back, I fell in love with my wedding all over again! I love the photos she took of us and our dog Marley! They were my favorites! I cannot wait for our next session!

Jessica Ryan was absolutely wonderful! She was so genuine, not only could you tell she passionate about her job, you could tell she really was putting 100 percent into capturing the most special moments. I fell in love with her after she told me she wasn't going to take the stereotypical posed photos. After receiving my pictures back, I fell in love with my wedding all over again. The candid photos were stunning and you could really see the joy and happiness in everyone's face. I can not wait to use her again for the next big moment in my life! Jessica is so amazing !! She is so sweet and helped capture my day so perfectly. She sent preview pictures that I am so so so in love with & I just can't wait to see them all.
