My favorite part of the day was our first look and the photos we took before the ceremony. It's also worth mentioning that we decided to add a videographer 6 weeks before the wedding, and by the end of the night you would have thought they were best friends. much fun with taking pictures on our wedding day! We got to meet with Jessica before the wedding, since we were out of town and unable to do an engagement session with her and it really helped! She was so attentive to all our requests and captured so many moments we could not have dreamed of! Her editing style of the photos was amazing and different for each photo to fit the scenery and setting to make it unique and not cookie cutter. We got over 2000 photos, and it took about 2 months to get them back, but we got an awesome sneak peak after only 2 weeks! She was not the most expensive photographer we were looking at, but I wouldn't have wanted anyone else, our whole family and bridal party loved her too! Thanks Jessica!

We have had so many friends and family members comment on the quality, the creativity and the outcome of our photos. She is very flexible for setting up pre event meetings as needed, she is extremely timely in communication regarding planning questions, and super flexible, easygoing, and fun to be with on wedding day. We planned our wedding from across the country (we live on the West Coast and got married in Cleveland) so did not have many times to meet/talk and she made it work every time. We had many friends recommend her and are so glad we did as not only the outcome of our photos is amazing but she is amazing as a person to. What originally caught my eye about Jessica’s photos was the texture in her pictures, the softness of the technique, and the use of color and light. However, I could not have been more excited about how our photos turned out. Our engagement photos looked like romance movie posters and caught so many of our natural expressions. During the shoot we got even more comfortable with Jessica, and when we walked away, my (now) husband said, “You picked the perfect photographer because her personality is just like you.” This made me smile because it meant he was comfortable with her. This was also a reflection of the time, attention to detail, and general concern for others that Jessica displayed during the shoot. During the wedding day, we relied on Jessica for everything from location choices, to timeline, to even helping to decide indoor/outdoor ceremony. She was patient and kind through all of this and helped ease my mind. Even when I got tired, hot and cranky, she continued to smile and help me through it all. She had great ideas for photos and we were swept away by all the images she sent us. I could not believe not only the impressive technique, but the quantity, as well as how natural everyone looked. I have a lot of knowledge of photography and technique and it was important that I have a photographer who was comfortable with various styles, but who would still capture the essential important family photos for documentary purposes. I wanted someone who would be artistic, capture candids, and still please our families. Jessica went above and beyond in every expectation. So many friends and family have commented on how beautiful they were and I believe so much of that is a testament to the love and care Jessica puts into her work and the relationships she builds with her clients. Photography was my most important concern from our wedding day, and Jessica put me at ease from our first meeting. I was initially somewhat shy about getting our photos taken but after meeting with Jessica, she made it seem like she was one of our close friends and we were just hanging out!
