hich I initially agreed. Yet, about two weeks before the wedding I got concerned about getting it to the venue in one piece, and coming from out-of-state I had so much to do in only two days. I contacted Jessica of Jessicakes Bakery, and from the initial phone call to the delivery of the cake, she was amazing (the cake was amazing too.) She was quick to respond to all my emails, recommended a florist for the fresh flowers to go on the cake, coordinated the delivery of the flowers to the bakery, had the cake to the venue on time, and was sweet enough to send me a picture of it after it was delivered. Even the wedding venue staff commented on how they had recently ordered a birthday cake from her for the son of the venue's owner, and they were so impressed that they were adding her bakery to their preferred vendors list. I rarely write reviews, but in this day and time when customer service is so lacking, I had to let everyone know that Jessica offers top-notch customer service and delicious cakes! You can't go wrong!!
