arger package (yearlong communication/planning and day of coordination) since I lived across the country from where my wedding was being held. Here are some notes about our experience with Jessica (everything that I've written below is a review of her service at our wedding, not her personally.):
- We had a lot of issues with our hotel and guest transportation, but Jessica was able to work with them and make sure all of our guests had a place to stay and a ride to and from the venue.
- Prior to hiring her, I asked how I could make sure that she would be at all wedding events since she is also a flight attendant. She assured me that she had full control of her flight schedule and doesn't take flights the week of a wedding that she's planning to make sure that she is there for all of it. The week of our rehearsal, Jessica let me know that there was a chance she wouldn't be able to make the rehearsal because she was working a flight on Wednesday and that weather might hinder her from making it back by Friday. Her reasoning for taking the flight the week of our wedding was that she got paid time and a half from the airline since it was around the holidays. She ended up missing the rehearsal and sending her assistant in her place. Her assistant was lovely but wasn't the one I hired and wasn't up to speed on all of the details Jessica and I had discussed. This led to a very rocky rehearsal and details that were changed by Jessica the next day, like how the bridal party was supposed to enter the ceremony. Not having a structured rehearsal showed in our wedding the next day.
- She promised that she only works 2 weddings a month in order to give proper attention to her brides. The month before our wedding, she worked on 5. I was confused why I hadn't heard anything from her in months, but when we connected the month before my wedding, she told me about the 5 weddings and it all made sense. Almost all of the communication throughout that year required me to start the conversation and all but a few of the decisions and details made for the wedding I did on my own and got her up to speed the month before the wedding when we finally talked.
- She told me multiple times that she makes sure no one bothers her couples during dinner so they can eat their meal. This was not the case at our wedding. We spent all dinner surrounded by guests and when we had time to eat the food was cold, but we scarfed it down so we would make the timeline of the cake cutting.
- The morning of the wedding, my bridesmaids were taking down chairs to get the room set up for other vendors because no one was present at the venue to do it, and it needed to get done. It wasn't coordinated with the vendors who would be there to set up and when. When she did arrive to the venue, I saw her in passing a few times, but she didn’t come up to tell me that she was there or ask if I needed anything.
Overall, our wedding went very well, and other vendors were able to fill the gaps that were present in the planning and coordination. Again, this is nothing personal against Jessica, I just think in our experience we saw that she was stretched too thin, and it was made clear to us for about a year that our wedding was one of her lower priorities compared to her other weddings and her job as a flight attendant.

incredible. Her care and knowledge is unmatched. Being extremely Type A I had a very hard time letting go and allowing someone to assist. However, by the time wedding day came I put all of my trust and confidence in Jessica and let me tell you she did not disappoint. Multiple family members commented on how amazing she was and how I was so lucky to have her. She really did handle any and all fires without me having any idea. Jessica is your girl... don't walk RUN and book her. She is worth every last penny.

y, the other vendors, and was always willing to assist when we had questions in advance. She gave good tips about seating the family on our wedding day. The day of our wedding, my 8 year old godson who has Autism, became nervous and unsure of what to do during his walk down the aisle. She coached him at the beginning and then had him walk straight to his godfather. She didn't even hesitate to make sure that this special moment was special for my family and I. When a problem arose with a vendor she quickly jumped in to assist where needed and was able to keep any other issues under control without letting me know so that I could just be the bride. She listened and worked with me throughout the whole process. Jessica was supportive and listened all throughout the process! We love you Jessica!

Jessica helped this creatively challenged mother of the groom plan our rehearsal dinner down to the very perfect detail. She was always available to us whether it was via text, phone calls, or zoom. She talked us through the different venue options; helped us secure the caterer, band, and trolley; and patiently offered suggestions when my design plan changed and changed and changed again. And she did this all with a smile on her face. She truly loves her job and it definitely shows.
My son’s rehearsal dinner and wedding went off without a hitch. I delivered the decorations, place cards, photos, etc to the venue and Jessica set the whole thing up. Then afterwards, she cleaned and packed it all up and delivered it us the next morning.

My favorite part about working with Jess was her focus on making my wedding perfect to me. You can really tell that she wants you to have the wedding of your dreams and she will do anything in her power to help make that happen. I had so many questions and made so many changes and she was always right there to support and help me. You can really tell that this is something she loves to do and she is good at it!
