ferences and needs, and over all just a pleasure to have as a makeup artist. I had my trial in January of 2020 and it was such a comfortable and relaxed experience. It was my first time having my makeup done professionally and I felt gorgeous when she was finished. She listens to what you want and works from there. She doesn’t force anything you aren’t looking for and it’s very apparent that her goal is to make you, the bride to be, feeling happy. Throughout the whole covid disaster we stayed in touch and she was ready for every protocol that was thrown her way with the restrictions imparted by the state. She also was extremely patient with me when it came to making the day-of hair and makeup schedule as my bridal party had special preferences and last minute changes. She stayed calm and helpful through all of it and it really helped me keep my head together. She is talented, professional, and made this experience so easy.
Her hair stylist Amanda (if you are also looking for someone to do hair) is so sweet and excellent as well. She did my hair trial as well in January and did my hair exactly how I wanted in almost no time at all. She works quickly and efficiently and just like Jessica makes it clear that her goal is to make sure you’re happy and feeling beautiful when she’s done. On the day of the wedding, they came in fully masked, with clean materials and immediately began making my crew look gorgeous. I got soooooo many compliments on how beautiful we all looked and it’s all thanks to Jessica, Amanda and the team they brought in that day. My bridesmaids couldn’t say more how comfortable they felt with them or how gorgeous they felt. Their prices are extremely fair, and like I said, Jessica is very easy to contact. From our first meeting at the trial until the moment they walked out of my house on the wedding day, we were treated as though we were members of their own families. My makeup looked flawless on my wedding day and I feel she did a great job highlighting my best features. big day. I reached out to several people through The Knot, and Jess was one of the first people to respond to me. In that first message, and throughout the entire process, Jess was personable, comforting, reasonably-priced, and very responsive and available. She ended up referring me to a GREAT hair person as well (Laura), and we did a trial run of both the hair and makeup. They both listened to what I was looking for (more of a natural look), and we ended up booking. My whole wedding party ended up needing hair and make up (8 other ladies), and even had two of them decide the day of to get them done. Jess brought TWO hair people with her, and they were early for the day-of, were really relaxed, yet fun, and were very efficient. Everyone loved their hair and make up, and I'm SO glad I ended up going with Jess because I got the exact, natural look I was looking for, and the pictures came out great! If you need your hair and make up done, reach out to Jess before she gets too famous!!

She is conscious about the time that she is working with you and stays focused throughout the whole process as well as being patient. I was torn on what I wanted my look to be but gave her multiple options which she was able to work with, but put her own style which made it unique and at the same time very stunning. She did a last minute trial for me when I ran into a bump in the road with another artist, she made me feel so comfortable and confident!
