Could not recommend enough turning to them for lessons. People are STILL talking about our first dance and we sincerely owe it all to Stephanie and Angel. The uniqueness and the details of our dance along with the blend of songs that were used, truly made it feel tailor made for us. phanie totally put us at ease and taught us some basic partner dance moves and helped us create some light choreography for our first dance. Thanks to them it went great! We also nailed the dip because of their excellent teaching. Not only were they so nice and accommodating in their beautiful loft studio in Port Chester but I can't explain enough how incredible it was to learn to partner dance with two instructors. It really made learning so much easier. We had a ton of fun and our only regret is that we didn't start sooner and take additional lessons. If you are reading this - trust me you have found your people to book!! :)

ith very little dancing knowledge, and they choreographed our dance perfectly. Each session was fun and engaging, with each one building on the previous. We laughed and learned throughout the process, and could not have asked for two better instructors.

They are so patient, friendly, and intuitive and really go the extra mile. They are so flexible on scheduling- even weekends and after work hours on weekdays. Our time with them was by far our favorite part of wedding planning because it broke up the stressful planning and gave us some fun opportunities to bond! We 100% plan on continuing group classes with them!

le inspo. We kicked off learning the dance during our first lesson and by the 4th, we were familiar enough to enhance some movements. My husband and I looked forward to our weekly lessons as it was also “our time” away from the hustle of our work lives and planning a wedding. Stephanie and Angel were patient teachers as we learned the steps and then fine tuned the movements. Each week, we grew more confident. Scheduling was always easy. When it came time for our dance, we felt at ease and really enjoyed it! Our friends and family said it was “magical” and “like a fairy tale”. guests. I sent Stephanie the song and she had a choreographed dance ready that week. Her and Angel squeezed us in to 4 sessions and somehow we tackled this choreography. My husband and I are not dancers but they made it fun and taught us in a way that we could connect lyrics to the dance moves. We were so happy with the end result. We definitely want to go back and take some salsa classes with them for fun!

And Angel provided a calming presence during our lessons. Having a pair of instructors, from both the male and female roles, was so helpful. For those grooms, Angel is a cool character who knows how to relate to those with all ranges of experience, from the beginner to the advanced. For brides, Stephanie is understanding of the stress almost all brides experience from the pressure of planning a perfect wedding; she provided excellent tips for attire (footwear and dresses) that helped ease the planning of our dance. The importance of our dance, the moment, to our wedding, us, and the theme (Jazz Age) was not lost on Stephanie and Angel and showed in the attention and time that they provided. Our entrance and first dance was one of the highlights of our special day. Everyone at our wedding were surprised by the creativity and whimsical details that punctuated our dance. It made our event truly special. We have Stephanie and Angel to thank for that. The lessons and preparation were difficult at times, but mostly fun, and gave us the confidence to pull off a truly remarkable first dance. Jete Dance Studio is a great provider. We cannot recommend them enough and would not hesitate, and hope, to work with them in the future.

g to it. Jetè designed beautiful choreography for us, making it elegant, but not difficult or complicated. Each step was timed perfectly and we were patiently taught how to master them!
