Victoria is the best wedding planner ever! She delivers on her promises!! She is proactive and is always thinking 10 steps ahead. She is an absolute delight to work with and made our wedding planning and special day extremely phenomenal. Her keen listening skills, patience coupled with her creativity made our process extremely smooth. Even though it rained on our wedding day, the 9-10 months of planning was intact and the ceremony and reception occurred without a hitch. She knows the art of wedding planning. Her flexibility is great, moving appointments or tweaking a previously planned item to accommodate us. Working with Victoria made my wedding day PERFECT. Her and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was carried to plan. I had a day full of events and location changes. Victoria made sure our timeline allowed for everything we needed to accomplish. From the start of the planning phase she was very present in making sure all of our questions were answered. Jewel of Ruby Events are the best party planners I know. Victoria and her assistants are true professionals. She coordinated my 50th birthday party seamlessly. She worked with all the vendors and ensured that each of them showed up on time. Victoria set up a classy but intimate decor for my party of over 120 guests. Vicky that’s her name. I don’t know where to start. Vicky was exceptional to us. She was very personal and professional. Very detailed about how things should be done. She went above and beyond. She fought for us and had a great time with us. I mean we are literally friends now because we created a relationship with her. We had an outside of country destination wedding so it’s not the regular wedding wedding. Destination wedding has so much more to it. She was able to work with all our vendors overseas to work together as a team. She made sure we weren’t cheated on our contacts. She is very good with communication and verifying. She was sister Soulja hahaha 😝. If you want someone that will make sure the check list is checked, get at Vicky! She made sure we were good good. Victoria is amazing! We hired Victoria as our full service wedding planner eight months out from our wedding date. She's incredibly organized and detail oriented. She provided a list of recommended vendors - all of whom were amazing! She coordinated every vendor meeting, and came prepared with pertinent, personalized questions - based on our individual concerns (gathered through her excellent listening skills). Additionally, she thoroughly reviewed every contract and ensured that any caveats we wanted were included. Victoria expertly kept us on track when we were busy with work and life. Undoubtedly, her expertise made the entire process (day of, weeks & months) leading up to the wedding absolutely stress-free. Because of Victoria and her team's unquestionable aptitude - Lewis and I were able to be completely present, enjoy our day and focus on each other. Victoria absolutely has our highest recommendation!

I can't say enough great things about Victoria and Jewel of Ruby events. We booked her for month of coordination for our wedding, but she helped with much more than that. Unfortunately we didn't have our ceremony due to sickness in the family, but she helped us through the process of rescheduling our wedding. Truly would highly recommend Victoria for any event!

I have so many good things to say about Victoria- Jewel of Ruby designs. Lets start with Victoria was absolutely AMAZING. Then she was very professional, personable, organized, punctual, accommodating and knowledgably of the wedding industry. We found/ hired Victoria for month-of coordinator services with additional add on services; due having already booked some of the vendors prior to hiring her. Although in hindsight, I wish I had found her before booking some of my vendors because their services weren’t the best. But Victoria was on POINT!! going above, and Beyond then Beyond. Her warm personality and positive attitude truly put my mind at ease and made everything come together seamlessly. During the wedding process, Victoria met with me several times in the months leading up to the wedding and was quick to respond 24/7, with text and email. Throughout the process, Victoria followed up, making sure I had completed the checklist she provided or if had questions about things. Victoria has an eye for design, and her detail-oriented nature was very handy in matching my chosen colors to venue for an elegant design. On the wedding day she kept me calm and put out a few fires. Victoria stepped up when one of the most important vendors fail FLAT, putting her design skills to work. She was determined to keep me happy and make sure our day was special. Words cannot express how pleased we are with Jewel of Ruby Designs. I highly recommend her!

My partner and I got married on October 23rd and I couldn’t have survived the day without Victoria with Jewel of Ruby Events. Saying she is professional and the best of the best is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I was impressed with Victoria after our first phone call before hiring her as our day-of coordinator. We previously did not budget for a day of coordinator for the wedding but, ultimately decided we should look into it. Let me tell you - it is WORTH every.single.penny! Victoria is amazing. Some of the most impactful aspects of working with her were the timeline she created for how the day flows, coordinating the flowers, cake, caterer, and DJ arrival to running the whole day, and doing the last-minute things I wouldn’t have thought I would have needed. Our wedding had about 130 people and Victoria brought an assistant to help with the day. They both had headsets and were communicating with each other while carefully handling the chaos of a wedding. I have never felt so special. They both checked in with me, made sure everyone was where they needed to be throughout the night, and most importantly took away all of the stress. Victoria is dependable, she is talented, and most importantly a phenomenal wedding planner. She has my highest recommendation. She will not disappoint you. People say weddings are stressful, and yes they are but, l was actually able to enjoy the day and the days leading up to the wedding because of her. Thank you so much, Victoria! I am a violinist and recently had the pleasure of working with Jewel of Ruby Events at a wedding in Charlotte. She sent out detailed easy to read timelines, maps, and parking instructions to all the vendors. Everyone in weddings is busy this time of year but I really appreciated that she took the time to call on the phone to touch base the week before the wedding. During the ceremony she gave clear cues and made sure everyone had everything that they needed. Hiring a great wedding planner like this not only takes the stress off the couple getting married but also makes everything easier for the vendors involved.

Victoria served as the planner for my wedding that took place in Atlanta, while I lived in Tennessee and my fiancée in Maryland. She was very relatable, organized, and she went on most of my vendor meetings appointments in Atlanta (mind you she lives in Charlotte), by herself and will fill us in at the end of the day. I was so busy with medical residency training so we trusted her with majority of our decision making. Our wedding day was so beautiful, memorable and stress free to say the least. She had everything well planned and organized, we were truly able to enjoy our wedding and YES, our guests had a fantastic time as well from all the comments we received. Post wedding Victoria also assisted us with thank you cards to our guests.
