Such an incredible person and talented photographer! We were absolutely blown away by her photos and not to mention she was totally fun to hang out with on our wedding day. Very go with the flow and candid, which allowed all of our pictures to come out natural and not forced. We are so grateful she was there to capture our day!!

Wowww ! Where do I even begin ?! Julie is absolutely amazing. Her work is unbelievable and you can see how much she truly loves what she does. My husband and I used Julie for our engagement photos and she seriously went above and beyond. I was extremely self conscious about certain angles and she made sure that every picture was perfect. Julie not only takes amazing photos but she is such a wonderful person as well. She is so kind, funny and truly just makes these “awkward” wedding poses so comfortable. She had Justin and I cracking up the whole time. We also hired Julie for our wedding photos. Our original plan was to get married June 7th,2020 at the Barns at Wesleyan Hills, however unfortunately with the current Covid situation we had to postpone the big day. We kept going back and forth on what we should do and ultimately decided to keep our original date. June is a special month to us and we figured if we can still share our love and tie the knot ( even on a much smaller scale ) that was the most important thing to us. We had a small intimate wedding in my dads backyard with immediate family. I contacted Julie a few weeks before the wedding and asked if she would still be available for June 7th to capture our day. Without hesitation she was there and was so excited to help make our day that more special. I feel like over the past few months that I have communicated with Julie, it’s like we’ve known each other for years. She just goes over and beyond with her work it’s so unbelievable. Not to mention she also deals with me being a pain in the butt nagging her haha! Julie also takes into account what’s important to each individual couple. I told her how much our baby Siberian Husky means to us and that I really wanted a nice picture of the 3 of us. She literally got a picture picture on the first shot ( which if anyone knows our Luna, she does not sit still) so this was just amazing to Justin and I. Aside from her great talent and outgoing personality, Julie is a fantastic communicator and responds almost immediately. She was there to answer any and all questions! We feel so lucky to have had Julie as our photographer and we can not wait for her to capture our “big day” in December when we celebrate our love with all our family and friends who could not be with us on June, 7th. We will 100% being using her for any and all future events/photo shoots. We highly recommend Jewel photo to everyone! You will not be disappointed, I promise !!

Jewel is an absolute gem💓. We found her for our engagement shoot and used her again for our wedding, and I can tell you we are truly looking forward to using her again for all our photo needs. We loved Julie from the first time we met with her! Through the process of our engagement photos to our wedding day, Julie was so awesome and fun to work with. You will not find a more talented, down to earth, motivated, caring photographer. You will find out that her talent is way above the price that she charges. Your photos will be beautiful and she will make your wedding day an incredible experience. I have been recommended to use her as my photographer by two friends and have also had her as a photographer in a wedding as a bridesmaid before choosing her as my wedding photographer. If my review doesn't speak volumes itself, the amount of people that would recommend her that I know besides myself should. I found out on my wedding day that it's true what they say, your photographer is with you the majority of your wedding, so make it a good pick. She was the perfect fit. She was a resource for us throughout planning our wedding, which let's be honest can be tough sometimes. She helped relax us and make us laugh on our wedding day, a priceless gift. The photos I have seen so far are beautiful, so talented, the right angle to make you look flattering, and the right angle that only a talented photographer could see to make the photo look so beautiful and artistic. Julie Turner is a wonderful photographer. My husband and I were so fortunate to have her as our engagement and wedding photographer. Our wedding was on the most humid summer day and you would have NO IDEA by looking at our photos! The moments Julie captured were of the best day of our lives. She was absolutely amazing. I sent her some ideas of pictures that I wanted and she did that and more. I haven't received the photos yet, but I've gotten some previews and I can not wait for the rest!! She was absolutely fabulous!

I have yet to get my photos back but I really loved working with Julie. She doesn't try and pressure you into buying extras or spending more. Our wedding day was very long and she didn't charge us anymore than normal. The only picture I have seen so far was on her facebook page and I can't wait to see the rest!

I not only used Julie for my wedding but also a boudoir shoot before the wedding and she was awesome for both! She is very flexible with my and my husbands crazy schedules. She is so sweet and has a awesome eye for AMAZING photos. We had a large wedding party plus three kids under six years old and her patience was beyond belief! She also took control of them when needed which was great for me. I would recommend her to anyone!

DH and I entered a contest at Stop & Shop one day while shopping for a free engagement photo session never expecting anything to come of it. Well, we won! Julie did our engagement session at Southford Falls State Park and she was great to work with and the pictures came out awesome! She even gave us the rights disc to all of the photos and several prints. She does great work, and we definitely would have considered her for our wedding if we hadn't already booked MJS Studios.
