Jamie and his team made the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée, he listens to your ideas and desires and delivers a stellar outcome. It’s also a plus that he was one of the swe...
etest people I’ve ever met! Thank you Jamie!
Look on this site and all the other major search engine/review sites and you will see this owner and store has 99.99% five star reviews and lots of them. And for VERY good reason....
They are established, respected and basically beloved in our community. I most recently had Jewelry Artisans create a completely custom mount for a special stone (including a 4d printed mold, very cool) and they nailed it. I also had them create a custom matching wedding band for that ring/mount and it was just perfect. In addition I've seen Jamie and his staff deal with others and they've helped me on various other jewelry needs and every time they are just GREAT. I trust them, I recommend them and I like having a real person and team to talk to, deal with and who stands behind their product and service. A+.
Unethical management does not respect customer time and tries to evade/reneg on a handshake deal. Poor service led to significant delays, not receiving the ring we ordered, and mad...
e it a hassle to get a refund.
Save yourself the hassle and order from an online vendor. We got higher quality rings from an online vendor overnighted to us for 2/3 cost quoted here.
Let's let these arcane business models die out please.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I went in looking for a pearl bracelet to give my wife on our wedding day & described to them what I had envisioned to give her. They took a plain ...
pearl bracelet that was in-store & showed me a catalogue of adornments & spacers that they could add to make the bracelet feel truly unique! Once it was ready, they were very good about using preferred communication methods to get in touch with me, even changing when I asked to go from email to text message. All the staff were so friendly & made the shopping process a pleasure.
I have used this store for many years and the staff is excellent and very helpful. They will design jewelry, repair jewelry, or answer any question you have about a jewelry purcha...

We discovered this site when my son got married last year; the internet didn't exist when we started working with Jewelry Artisans 40 years ago. At that time, Jaimie made custom w...
edding bands from my design, and we have been working with him ever since! We just picked up a custom designed ruby and diamond ring - it was perfect! I designed it with the help of Beatriz and Jaimie to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday and our 40th anniversary. Jaimie made a bracelet for my wife on our 20th anniversary, and Beatriz helped with our 25th anniversary ring (made with diamonds from my mother's bracelet.). I love the continuity of design and workmanship, knowing that they can take my ideas and make them reality. They make us feel like family whenever we enter the store, and if there is such a thing as a Family Jeweler, then they are ours!
Just happened to find this gem of a store while in the area. Outstanding service & beautiful selection. I will definitely be coming here for all of my jewelry needs!
Jewelry Artisans were incredibly helpful with helping us find and decide on wedding bands. They also did a magnificent job engraving them, especially since my band is so skinny!
Jewelry Artisans and their staff have Rocked It with me since they first opened their doors! I have worked with Jamie and staff to design and create several pieces of jewelry and ...
I would never go anywhere else.
Once again, I arrived at their door looking for my dream, forever ring and Sarah knew just how to make it happen!
You owe yourself a stop and shop at Jewelry Artisans!
I couldn’t imagine anyone else helping create the most memorable, sentimental, and beautiful engagement ring! Truly the highest quality individualized servicez. The entire team was...
extremely helpful and Beatriz was able to incorporate the diamond my husband’s late father gave to his mom long ago in the most meaningful and stunning way. We couldn’t be more thrilled with it and cannot speak highly enough of their jewelry, service, and eye for design!
Jamie (the owner) is the MAN! He educated me along the way and helped me get the most amazing ring for my fiance. Do yourself a favor and don't shop anywhere else. You'll get a won...
derful deal, a trustworthy jewelry story, authenticity, and friends.
We had a vintage diamond and sapphire ring resized here from a 7.25 to a 5. Now my ring is perfect and it's very likely that we come back here to create a band to go with it! He al...
so may be getting his band from here as well. Highly recommend as they did an excellent job with my ring and were not breaking our budgets on a resize! Got a ring from my mother resized here at the same time and love what they were able to do with both rings.
Jamie the owner is absolutely amazing. He spent almost an hour showing us wedding bands and ended up helping me pick out the most amazing band to go with my vintage engagement ring...
. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a wonderful, non-judgemental and quality experience
My fiance and I love working with this team. The owner and his wife are very friendly and personable, and the designer we worked with to create my ring set was great. She did a goo...
d job of honing in on what we wanted and giving us feedback and additional ideas. I have and will recommend this place to many friends and family!
My fiance went to Jewelry Artisans to have my beautiful engagement ring created using the diamond from my maternal grandmother's engagement ring and the accent diamonds from my pat...
ernal grandmother's wedding band. The result is a beautiful piece I am proud to wear. I love that it fits my style and isn't trendy, but rather, classic. They were easy to work with, my fiance said, and they completed the ring in less than two weeks. The diamonds really sparkle, which is amazing, given that they are ninety years old. I'm really impressed with the quality of the ring, too. It is white gold, which is exactly what I wanted.
If you are looking for a place to design something special, this is the place.
My only quibble is that the ring box is really ugly. It's brown plastic, but that's a silly quibble.
My finace custom designed my both my wedding and engagement rings with Jewelry Artisans. They did a fantastic job, I get so many compliments on my ring. They were really great to w...
ork with and really listened to my fiances request and wants.
The only thing I would recommend with them is that they told us it would be 6 weeks until my ring was complete. I don't know exact time frame but I believe it was more around 8 weeks, was not a huge deal for us since we had them well before the wedding, but just something to note if you are in a rush and want custom rings!
They really did a beautiful job and I felt they fairly priced the rings.

han we expected. I love my ring! We picked a setting and we were able to view the gems before they were set to make sure the color and quality were what we wanted. On top of that, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!
