. We purchased a matching band for my ring and a much lesser price ring for my husband. He HATES jewelry. The minute they found out he was not interested in a $1000+ diamond band the service changed immediately. My ring came in quickly and without any problems. They ordered his ring in the wrong size TWO different times, never apologizing. The sales associate tried to convince him that the skin-tight ring fit "great" because they were too lazy to reorder it again. He could not get it off! It took 4 months to finally get his ring right. They treated him terribly every time he called to check on the progress or showed up in the store. We will NEVER purchase anything from JBD again.

Within 5 minutes of talking with Lynn telling her what I really wanted she found it... and it happened to be the matching set to my engagement ring. me in much earlier than expected, but in also came in much lower in cost than expected. Jewelry stores can be a little intimidating, especially if you think you're paying more than you should. And what jewelry store do you know would not encourage you to buy the most expensive item. Total opposite at Jewelry by Design. I have never experienced such on-hands service at ANY other store, for ANY type of purchase, like I have experienced with Jewelry by Design. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE,,, try Jewelry by Design. You will not be disappointed.
