Days before the wedding I took both my engagement and wedding rings, and my grandmothers rings in to see how much it would be to have them all cleaned, they took them from me, and returned in just about 3 minutes with all of them sparkling like they were brand new, and did it all for free!! This is now our first stop everytime!!

Their selection on men's ring, including two-tone, was so much better than anywhere else we tried. Scott explained everything he knew about each style my husband liked, telling us about the materials, cleaning instructions, sizing, and durability. Not only did we find exactly the ring my husband wanted, we found it for about $100 less than anywhere else we had looked. After the purchase, when the ring was on order, Scott called us several times to update us on the status of our order. The manufacturer had it on back order, and Scott let us know every time the arrival date changed. When he got it into the store, he called us the same morning. When my husband and I got married, we realized that we had gotten the wrong size and had to exchange the ring. Unfortunately, my husband lost the registration materials we needed for the exchange. I called Scott to see if he could help, and he called the manufacturer directly, told them what had happened, then called me back with the information I needed, and was still cheerful and helpful. I would recommend Jewelry by Morgan to anyone sick of department stores and chain retailers. They went above and beyond for us, and I'm so glad we found them!
