We had the best experience here! My engagement ring is a very unique Alexandrite stone. I had gone to several other stores trying to find a wedding band that would work with the fa...
irly large halo base but was completely unsuccessful. We live nearby, so my fiance and I stopped in on a whim while passing by one night. Laura instantly pulled out a tray of curved bands and spent almost an hour with us customizing a piece for us. She was AMAZING. The price was also a lot less than what we were expecting. In the end, we walked away with not one, but two bands to act as a wrap. I couldn't recommend Laura and the rest of the Jewelry Creations team enough! I am in love with my rings!
I went to Jewelry Creations after a bad experience with 2 other jewelers in town (I almost lost the diamond in my engagement ring, twice !!) The salesperson & jeweler at Jewelry C...
reations were both very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us explaining the issue with the setting, offering options to fix it, answering our questions etc. They were very good to deal with and I felt a sense of confidence in them when I left my ring that I didn't have with the other 2 places. It took them less than a week to take my rings apart, replace the mounting, reset the diamond and solder them back together again. I can even see the difference in the quality of work just where the rings were soldered together. My rings look absolutely beautiful now and I can rest easy knowing the diamond is not going to come loose or fall out again. They were great to deal with and, from my experience, do quality work!! I wish we had started there and I highly recommend at least speaking with them when looking for a ring or if you need a repair.
