ely diligently with me through the process to make sure that every detail was unique and perfect. I even got to watch the ring-creation process with their craftsmen, which is an awesome experience!
When it came time to get our wedding rings, we had moved to Washington D.C, but still wanted to work with the JD team because we knew there wasn't going to be better service out there. We got to work with Gary again, who walked us through our options both over the phone and in person when we came back to CT to visit for a short while. Everyone at the store was incredibly kind to us, and walking in their doors felt more like arriving to a house full of your friends. It's clear how much time and energy they put into making their jewelry the best, and they even cleaned up my wife's engagement ring quickly and for free!
We had the pleasure of working with Gary for our ring buying process, but I'm sure that no matter who helps you, you're not going to get a better experience than at Jewelry Designs.
