Nice place and nice person, helped me find a nice necklace, I am very happy and appreciated this.
I asked for cleaning my two rings, of course they did not charge anything for cle...
aning. But, when they bought them to me, surprised me, they look like not being cleaned, or they just put them into the water and shake them. I didn't see how do they do their work.
Mary at Jewelsmith did a fantastic job crafting my (now wife’s) engagement ring. My grandmother’s engagement ring had been passed down to me, and Mary created a custom, modern sett...
ing so I could propose with this family heirloom! I had a rough idea of the style of ring my wife liked, and Mary mocked up multiple versions of settings that were timeless and beautiful. The ring came out amazing - my wife said it’s even more beautiful than anything she looked at in stores like Tiffany’s, etc.
The process of working with Mary and Jewelsmith was easy, efficient, and professional. They walked me through the entire process, showed me how to identify that it was truly my grandmother’s diamond at pickup, and they completed the ring in a timely manner. Since then, we’ve returned multiple times to have it cleaned, and they even resized my wedding band on the spot for me. Jewelsmith is a great business to work with, I highly recommend them for custom jewelry.
the ring ordered came back the wrong size, just before the wedding. Just a little stressful, but still had the right ring on time.

very helpful and friendly, and willing spent hours with us to make the rings exactly as we wanted them, including several resizings and final tweakings of the fit. Fantastic, gorgeous jewelry, and excellent quality!
