Somehow in the mix of breaking everything down the night of, my bouquet disappeared. I was SO bummed because I dedicated it to my mom and she was heartbroken, as she was going to get it preserved. I reached out to Jen and she was instantly responsive letting me know that I can get a new one. I so appreciate that even though the wedding was over she was still so so willing to help me. I had such a wonderful experience with Jen and would use her a thousand times over!
