J.F.Kruse. They walked us through the different qualities to look for in an engagement ring and we started the search. With their help, we ended up designing a custom engagement ring using a wedding band and a hand selected, engineered, diamond. My fiance and I were together the entire week, so when it was time to pick up the ring, J.F. Kruse called pretending it was for a completely different order to make sue she didn't catch on. My wife and I absolutely loved the work J.F. Kruse did to create her engagement ring. We decided there was no other jeweler we wanted to get our wedding bands from. Each time we were in town, we stopped by and took sometime to browse for bands. When it was finally time to select our bands, J.F. Kruse was there to help us. When the bands finally came in, we discovered my, the groom's, wedding band had arrived with the incorrect finish. J.F. Kruse quickly fixed it with no issues. My wife and I also decided the week before the wedding that it would be very nice to have our initials and date engraved in the ring. We figured it was too close to the wedding to have it done in time, but we figured we'd check. J.F. Kruse let us know that it typically took 2-3 weeks for engravings, but they would see what they could do to get them done. They were able to complete them in just under 3 days and without charge! From this point on, my wife and I plan to give as much as our business as possible to J.F. Kruse. Living in Colorado and only making it home at most, twice per year, makes it difficult, but we absolutely love working with everyone at J.F. Kruse. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a family feel jeweler who honestly cares about making your experience an incredible one. J.F. Kruse - we can't thank you enough for all the help along the way!
