I absolutely loved working with Monica for my wedding! I cannot thank her enough! We bonded immediately over the fact that we share the same birthday, it was meant to be! Monica and her husband are kind and personable people which made the stressful wedding process that much easier. Being that I was a destination bride, planning and such could get tricky but Monica was always on top of it! She was quick with responses and accommodated everything we had asked for. We communicated via text, email and phone calls and we were always on the same page, communication is KEY when planning from a distance. I sent her pictures of my visions and everything was executed better than I could have dreamed. My mother in law also used her for our rehearsal dinner floral arrangements and those were also beautiful and executed perfectly. I would recommend her to everyone and we will certainly use her in the future!

I cannot even begin to start on the issues we had with this service provider, but I was very disappointed in the management and the process of the flower delivery for my wedding. I don't even think they are deserving of one star! Everyone involved in the process of my wedding was very shocked at the unprofessionalism that Monica and her team displayed. The cost was something that is very difficult for me to talk about because my husband and I felt we were overcharged for the quality of the flowers and the service. I felt I did almost everything a bride should do...meet with the florist, go over layouts, and have many discussions with the florist about my expectations (be careful she charges for discussions after you pay her in full, "OH I FORGOT I CHARGE FOR THAT"...). Highly highly highly unprofessional and disappointed in the outcome. I regret not asking around and making sure Monica has a good reputation...which I had learned the hard way. I hope others are not duped as I was.

I had specific colors and a budget in mind, but no idea as to what kind of flowers I wanted. I also wanted to include crocheted flowers from his and my grandmothers. Monica and I spoke on the phone and she walked me through suggestions of flowers that would fit the look I wanted. The end result was so beautiful. I could not have picked a more unique and special variety of flowers and she was so careful with the heirlooms from our grandmothers. My bouquet was perfect! I highly recommend working with Monica and JH Flower Boutique!

I did a review under the name JH Flower Boutique, as that is the name on my emails with Monica. However, Char-Ral is the name I found in the yellow pages for her shop. So I'll review her again her just to make sure everyone knows about her! Monica and I discussed a small wildflower bouquet over the phone originally. She was open to my ideas, looked at emails I sent to get some ideas, and gave me suggestions as well based on my DIY needs and budget. When I got to her shop in Jackson to pick up the bouquet, it was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for! The original cost we discussed was $50, but due to her feeling it needed a few additional flowers for color and dimension it ended up being $70. Which was great and still incredibly reasonable and affordable! I loved the additions and her vision of it, and that it still fit into mine. I picked out a few more bundles of flowers to DIY in vases in the reception, so my total came to $100. The flowers lasted for days (surprising since they were seasonal wildflowers), and even dried and pressed well. Monica is funny and friendly and had a cute little shop right near downtown Jackson. If you want beautiful flowers and good service but have to stay within a limited budget (or not) I highly recommend Monica at JH Flower Boutique/Char-Ral!

Cannot begin to express how happy I was with Julie from Char-ral Floral. I was planning my wedding as a destination, which is challenging enough. She simply told me to set up a pinterest page so that she could see what I liked. She immediately saw my vision and went to it. On the day of the wedding, the flowers could not have been more perfect. They were exactly what I pictured. In addition, she worked well within my budget, accommodating me and making suggestions to help decrease costs. On a personal note, Julie also helped me a few weeks before the wedding when a few items I had shipped out went missing and she went above and beyond her duties as a florist to help me track down the packages. I highly recommend this florist - I truly enjoyed working with her!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! We asked for local wildflowers and that is what we got. She did an excellent job! The tables looked amazing! I would highly recommend Julie to everyone.

Char-Ral was perfect for my wedding. They were very accommodating and worked within my budget. They went above and beyond to help with anything else they could. My rustic theme wedding was toped off with beautiful center pieces of white roses and honey wheat. My bridesmaid bouquets were simple rustic pieces that exuded elegance. I was thrilled with the service and results! Would definitely recommend Char-Ral Floral!!

Julie and her crew will put you at ease on your big day -- they go ABOVE and BEYOND -- worth every penny and able to work with what you have.

I'm so glad I used Julie for my floreist!!! She was so easy and creative. It was nice not having to worry about any of the flowers our centerpeices where perfect!

My bouquet was beautiful! I was really shocked at how well Julie understood what I wanted. We planned our wedding from a-far and Julie did a great job working with us to understand our needs. She responded to our questions in a timely manner, her pricing was very reasonable, and she went out of her way to find the flowers or the look that we wanted. Best of all, Julie was able to incorporate local flowers into our bunch, bringing in the true Jackson Hole feel.

I was not real picky about my flowers. I just wanted local wildflowers with a focus on my colors. Julie did exactly that. She got tons of great flowers from local vendors. The flower season was a little behind, but she still managed to get beautiful flowers. The arrangements were great and she even delivered. She stayed in touch with me and updated me on the flowers as we got closer to the wedding.
