fter and even after seeing an amazing sample bouquet---we were STILL blown away when we saw it all. Bridesmaids bouquets, STUNNING. Table floral, groomsmen boutonnieres, flowergirl crown. All STUNNING. We had a theme, Monica was on it! We had some difficult requests....Monica was on it! She also did our rehearsal dinner floral.....where we wanted an entirely different look. Monica was ON IT! She knows the Hole, all the vendors. JH Flower Boutique was just amazing. We easily give this florist the highest rating possible. THANK YOU MONICA for all your beautiful work!

She was quick with responses and accommodated everything we had asked for. We communicated via text, email and phone calls and we were always on the same page, communication is KEY when planning from a distance. I sent her pictures of my visions and everything was executed better than I could have dreamed. My mother in law also used her for our rehearsal dinner floral arrangements and those were also beautiful and executed perfectly. I would recommend her to everyone and we will certainly use her in the future!

The cost was something that is very difficult for me to talk about because my husband and I felt we were overcharged for the quality of the flowers and the service. I felt I did almost everything a bride should do...meet with the florist, go over layouts, and have many discussions with the florist about my expectations (be careful she charges for discussions after you pay her in full, "OH I FORGOT I CHARGE FOR THAT"...). Highly highly highly unprofessional and disappointed in the outcome. I regret not asking around and making sure Monica has a good reputation...which I had learned the hard way. I hope others are not duped as I was.

ica and I discussed a small wildflower bouquet over the phone originally. She was open to my ideas, looked at emails I sent to get some ideas, and gave me suggestions as well based on my DIY needs and budget. When I got to her shop in Jackson to pick up the bouquet, it was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for! The original cost we discussed was $50, but due to her feeling it needed a few additional flowers for color and dimension it ended up being $70. Which was great and still incredibly reasonable and affordable! I loved the additions and her vision of it, and that it still fit into mine. I picked out a few more bundles of flowers to DIY in vases in the reception, so my total came to $100. The flowers lasted for days (surprising since they were seasonal wildflowers), and even dried and pressed well. Monica is funny and friendly and had a cute little shop right near downtown Jackson. If you want beautiful flowers and good service but have to stay within a limited budget (or not) I highly recommend Monica at JH Flower Boutique/Char-Ral!

In addition, she worked well within my budget, accommodating me and making suggestions to help decrease costs. On a personal note, Julie also helped me a few weeks before the wedding when a few items I had shipped out went missing and she went above and beyond her duties as a florist to help me track down the packages. I highly recommend this florist - I truly enjoyed working with her!
