UNPROFESSIONAL!! Jen is a nice person and did not have problems with her at my wedding or the days leading up to it BUT she has yet to give me my USB drive with my wedding pictures...
as promised several times through text messages and emails. I only received three sneak peak pictures on the month of my wedding and my full ONLINE gallery didn't come in until SEVEN months after my wedding. I have been trying to get a reach of her for a few months now and have yet to receive a reply. It is going to be a year next month since the wedding and the only thing I have received was a online gallery of my wedding pictures. I know of another bride she has taken wedding pictures for also and has yet to receive her USB drive as promised in the contract as well. I have many unanswered messages from Jen and broken promises of meet ups that it has come to this point where I would not recommend her to anyone! Unless you want to receive your wedding pictures on your one year anniversary chose a different photographer that will keep her word and communication with you. If you already booked her I hope she follows through with the contract. I have lost hope for my USB drive and the only reason I am leaving this review is to save another bride from going through this nightmare.
The photographer I had scheduled for my big day unexpectedly fell ill a few days before the wedding and could not shoot it! Jen was recommended to fill her place. We had only br...
iefly spoken over the phone when the wedding day arrived but Jen could not have been more easy going and professional to work with! She saved the day and I will forever be thankful for her.
Quality photos for reasonable pricing - awesome and thoughtful photographer who really wants to produce the best for you! Definitely recommend Jen!
Jen did such an amazing job of capturing our wedding day. We are so thrilled to be able to look back and experience each moment of our special day through her photographs. Jen is p...
rofessional, creative, and organized. If you are looking for someone to capture your day Jen Hughes is the best.
Jen did not act professional with us. She LIED about many things and did not deliver our photos on time. First off- she told us that she would make sure to find a location where ...
I could change clothes during the engagement session because I can't change clothes in a car do to a injury. Because she failed to do that we had to drive home to change and she took that time out of our photo session. She LIED to my mom and aunt when she didn't have my bridal portrait printed and brought to the wedding like she said she would. She told them that she had emailed me over and over about the bridal portrait but she didn't. She told me I'd have my sneak peeks in a week after the wedding and full gallery after 4 weeks. It took 6 weeks to get the sneak peeks and that was after numerous texts, emails and contacting the wedding venue that referred her. It took nearly 3 and half months to get the wedding photos and that came only after we threatened a lawsuit. There are more professional photographers out there. For my FULL review go to her facebook page.
Jen did my bridal portraits, and I couldn't be happier! We were going to take them one day, and we decided it was way too windy. We went the next day, and unfortunately, it was sti...
ll windy. I was a little worried when my allergies began acting up, but the pictures were still AMAZING! She had some really great ideas for poses and pointed out some gorgeous scenes for pics. The wind was a battle, but Jen was so gracious and we still got amazing shots. I can't say more great things about her!!
I literally cried when I saw my portraits for the first time. You won't regret booking with her!
