Jieru Photography

call. During the phone call it was so evident that she truly cared and was fully transparent about her services. Not only was she so personal and professional her work is incredible and so unique!!! After the phone call and seeing her work there was no hesitation to hire her. Our engagement session was the hottest night of the summer and she still gave us amazing photos. Our wedding photos are simply stunning and we’re getting tons of compliments!

g wedding photos very stress free! Lily is incredibly responsive, professional, thoughtful, & easy going. Before the big day , you will take engagement photos with her. First impressions are everything and she was great from the start. She was prompt and our first photo shoot was fun! We loved how she organizes & sends the photo gallery and gives a little teaser of some photos a day after the shoot. It puts you to ease because you think “wow if these are just the teasers…”. We trusted her 100% to do the wedding shoot and that was priceless because let’s just say some vendors we were working with didn’t give us a lot of confidence at times. Her insights, checklists, recommendations helped us create a guide for us to use for planning our wedding. As for our wedding she was stress free, helpful, efficient, and a pure delight to work with. Lily has this style of keeping things organic and candid, but with some guidance. Therefore photos came together very genuine. We were very happy with the photographs, all it takes is a few photos that makes you tear up and take your breath away to make it worth it. We get countless comments of “Are these from a magazine?” , “You guys look like models” , “These look like they belong on a website”. We felt and looked like celebrities! The pictures we got we’re nicely organized by order of events and access was super convenient. The wedding photos turned out magical. There were photos that are priceless.. We Highly recommend Lily. & we plan to ask her to shoot some other moments in the future. Thanks Lily let’s go get some fries sometime! :) Daniela & Dean

nt and simply AMAZING at her job. Wedding photos were a huge priority for us, and we wanted someone who would capture our day beautifully. Lily exceeded our expectations - our photos are stunning. She sent us a preview the SAME night of our wedding, I couldn't believe it. She also returned all of our photos around in less than 4 weeks. She's a super star. Thank you so much, Lily. I'm so happy we have photos that we can cherish for many years to come!

nd shooter were amazing. Lily was well prepared, executed the day we planned together flawlessly, and very natural in directing our positioning. She was also so relaxed, which put everyone at ease on such a busy day. Lily captured our day beautifully and even delivered our photos shockingly in under a month. All of our photos are PERFECT and we are so happy we chose Lily. Without a doubt recommend!

nitial call, she explained everything SO well and helped us create our wedding timeline! She was always responsive to all our questions and was very personable. We LOVED how she gave us sneak peeks after our engagement shoot and wedding!! turn around time was UNBELIEVABLY fast! We loveeee our wedding photos and I still spend hours looking at our album.

us beautifully in photos. She was so sweet to all of our guests and made everyone feel at ease. She was so knowledgeable and shared her opinions in a helpful manner. She was very communicative throughout the entire process which made me feel so much more prepared! Lily is truly so talented and I wish I could brag about her to every bride.

ate with from the very beginning and we knew she was the right choice. Lily includes an engagement shoot to get to know her couples. She is so sweet and helped put two awkward (in my opinion) people at ease in the photos. Lily got to know us as a couple which is so important - you spend a lot of your wedding day with just your partner and photographer! She gets your photos back so quickly and I've received nothing but compliments since posting. We are obsessed with our photos and Lily is such a gem - I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

d honestly fun! She made my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera just by her friendly attitude. We literally felt like we were working with a friend we had known for years. Her photos are impeccable and she has an incredibly fast turnaround time. We got previews the night of! And all the photos within 2 weeks of the date, I am not sure I know another photographer who does this! In fact, I mentioned this to other bride's and they were floored by this! On top of it all, we just received the most incredible personalized box with a USB of our photos, some prints, thank you card, and a christmas ornament that just went onto our tree! She is honestly the best photographer out there and truly goes above and beyond for her clients! I would recommend Lily a million times over!

ind someone’s style we loved. None of them felt right til we found Lily, once we saw her work we were instantly blown away. We set up a call right away and pretty quickly knew she was the right person to capture our day. Lily is professional, kind, detail oriented and takes the time to get to know her couples and that translates to her photos. She is also the ultimate hype woman and will have you smiling all day and feed you compliments as she’s behind the camera. She got all our requested pictures and captured us looking better than either of us thought possible. We were amazed to get so many pictures back the night of the wedding and we already have so many favorites, I know we will be absolutely overwhelmed with joy once we receive our full album. Her photography style is so trendy but also so classic I know we will be so happy with our pictures for so many years to come.

ily a little more as she also got to know us as a couple. She is very thorough and prompt which was reassuring that everything would go smoothly. Lily is very easy going and organized which allowed us to relax the day of our wedding knowing that we were in good hands! We had ten photos from our ceremony and reception before our reception was finished which was absolutely incredible. Lily also had all of our wedding photos uploaded and sent to us before we even got home from our honeymoon! We would absolutely recommend hiring Lily as she was fun and easy to work with and her work is amazing…and she gets your photos back to you so quickly!

and capturing all of the natural moments between my husband and I. She even captured some great photos of our puppy. Needless to say we are obsessed with our engagement photos. Lily did not disappoint for the wedding and even exceeded our expectations. She was so chill and easy going before and on the wedding day. Prior to the wedding she helped me with the timeline and worked with us to get all of the specific shots that we wanted. She was always available and easy to reach if we had any questions or just wanted to talk prior to our wedding day. We loved that Lily sent us preview photos on the SAME night of the wedding and she sent ALL of our photos to us just 2 weeks after the wedding. We are still in awe of our wedding photography and got so many compliments from our friends and family. We would highly recommend hiring Jieru Photography as your wedding/engagement photographer. We wish we could work with her again!

d capture our wedding day. She was quick and efficient on our wedding day, sent us a beautiful preview that night and we had our final photos just two weeks after our wedding! We will definitely use her for future photo needs.

ng up to the day. She is equally sweet as she is talented. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and assisted in creating the day of timeline to ensure the day ran smoothly . The whole day was perfect, and the PICTURES!! I mean… we couldn’t be happier. She is an artist at capturing real, candid , beautiful moments that we can now relive through the photos. Couldn’t Recommend more !

talking about them! Any type of photo we requested she made sure to get them, and was so great with getting all the photos needed with my wild wedding party and large family in the given time frame. Whenever I had questions, she always answered my emails quickly, and she even brought my dress to the venue before us so should could get photos of it hanging my the ceremony area. She also had all of our wedding photos done less than 2 weeks after our wedding. I couldn't believe it! I highly suggest hiring Lily as your wedding photographer, she is so unbelievably talented! Thank you Lily, you are the absolute best!

e needed through the process. She was also very flexible and went out of her way to help us get things done. We had a hard time picking out a day for our engagement session where the weather wasn’t bad but she was very good about working with us and was very flexible. She’s also AMAZING with her camera. On the day we picked for our engagement session, it had just previously rained and on our wedding day it was SUPER WINDY (outside wedding). Despite the weather, she still somehow made our pictures look phenomenal. I would definitely hire her again. Trust me, you won’t regret hiring her as your photographer! Thank you Lily!

talented. Her photos are exactly my style; light, airy, clean, magical. She also delivered all of our photos to us only 3 weeks after our wedding!! We couldn't believe it. Some of my friends wedding photos took months. Also, Lily is just so kind and easy to work with! She does a great job of telling you how to pose and doesn't do corny poses! Cannot say enough great things about Lily. We will definitely be using Lily for professional photos again!

k with; her bubbly personality and friendly professionalism was just the kind of energy I wanted for our special day. She is quick to respond to all communication and was extremely flexible which I appreciated so much as a Covid bride. She was willing to reschedule our engagement shoot with about an hours notice & worked with us when we considered rescheduling our wedding. Not only is she herself a joy to work with, but her photography is out of this world! I wanted some photos in a really epic (but slightly tricky) location and she didn't hesitate for a second to get down there. Before my reception was over she had already sent me a few previews (editing at dinner - what more can you ask for!), and we had our full album delivered in only 2 weeks after our day! The lighting, angles, and editing is absolute perfection and I am so happy to have these amazing photos to cherish for the rest of my life! OH and I have to mention that Lily was a huge part in fixing one of the only mishaps of the day - we accidentally left our welcome sign at the Church and Lily literally turned around after everyone else had left (my husband and I included) and grabbed the sign to bring to the reception!! I just can't say enough good things about Lily and Jieru Photography and highly, highly recommend her for your photography needs!

I could fully trust her to suggest the best background, lighting and poses. She was always so sweet to work with and put together several day of timelines for me to help me plan/coordinate the day. When the day came, Lily arrived on schedule and immediately began capturing details without any hesitation and kept us on schedule with our agreed upon timeline. I also want to comment on how well she worked next to the videographer, who was often in the same space at the same time. Lily was so a breath of fresh air to work with, especially during these COVID time, she never gave up hope and was more than willing to oblige with the regulations set forth by the governor and the venue. My final praise for Lily is on her turnaround time! The very next day she sent me 5-7 photos, that I instantly fell in love with. And then TWO weeks later she delivered the full album! I highly recommend Lily if you are looking to capture beautiful moments and have a stress free wedding day!

to our wedding day Lily was always available if we had questions along the way. The day of I loved how easy going she was. My husband and I can be a little awkward in front of the camera but she made us feel so comfortable which helped us warm up and get some awesome pictures! Our venue had some COVID restrictions and Lily was more than willing to adapt to the circumstances. Overall Lily was there for us throughout the day capturing every moment perfectly. Lastly she has great turn around time with getting pictures back to her customers. Our wedding was mid September and we already received our pictures back! For all the reasons listed above, I highly recommend Lily for your upcoming wedding!

decided we still wanted to hold an intimate backyard wedding with our closest friends and family and found ourselves scrambling for a photographer to capture this special moment. Lily was super helpful and responsive in this stressful situation. We were so comfortable working with her from the start, as she remained available and in close contact with us leading up to the event and made sure she completely understood the plans for the day and the pictures that were needed. This really gave us peace of mind knowing that we had such an experienced professional handling one of the most important aspects of a wedding. On the day of the wedding, Lily was very organized and efficiently worked through our group pictures. Despite the difficult circumstances with the pandemic and the short notice on our plans, Lily was quick to adapt to the changing environment and we are so happy that we had someone we could trust in this situation. When we got all of our pictures very shortly after the wedding, we were completely blown away! Though a backyard wedding wasn't what we originally planned, we could not believe how incredible the pictures turned out. Lily's work was beyond anything we could have expected and we are so grateful to have been able to work with her! If you are in need of a talented and professional photographer who is super responsive and a pleasure to work with, look no further and reach out to Lily immediately!!!

on point. Oh and she is also one of the sweetest people I've ever met! I knew after my first phone call with Lily that she would be my photographer because she was SO organized and her communication was impeccable. We had an amazing engagement shoot with her last fall and after seeing those photos (which she got back to us SO quick) I was even more sure I made the right decision choosing her as our photographer. As a "COVID Bride," Lily was so flexible and kind to me as my plans changed several times. She eased my stress as she would text me back so quick when I'd frantically text her about availability for next year as I eventually moved my "big venue wedding" to 2021, which she gladly let me do. Not only that, but she didn't hesitate to say yes when I asked her to drive down to Annapolis, MD to shoot our microwedding. The photos are to DIE for. She even somehow edited a few and texted them to me within 30 minutes after our ceremony (while she was still there shooting) so I could post on social media. She sent me 10+ sneak peak photos the next day and got us our full gallery SO QUICK. I have gotten so many compliments on our photos and I love them all so much. It truly made my day and I can't wait for our "big wedding" next year and to see Lily's amazing work again!!! If you're thinking about booking Lily, do yourself a favor and lock it in... she is the best of the best!!!

o detail, is on time, detail oriented, and interested in couples opinions. Lily gave us a sneak peak of wedding photos and our engagement shoot in the very same night!! Every picture Lily took truly captured our love and we’re so thankful we got to work with her this year. Since covid changed our large reception we plan to hire her again for next year! I’d highly recommend her for your wedding photos, engagement shoot, baby photos, and more! **also she surveys and keeps details of everything you want for your day and checked off everything on our list!!

y and when I asked, offered great recommendations on location as well. We are usually not comfortable in front of the camera but she guided us and we felt at ease. We got the photos back quickly and they blew us away! She has such a talent for capturing true emotions.

taking pictures of us for both our engagement & wedding, & she edited & sent us all of our photos very quickly! She’s an absolute gem!

otos and they want to have Lily do their weddings/family photos next! Not only is she a talented photographer, but she’s a great human being. When COVID changed our wedding plans completely (from a 100+ invite list down to 15 people in my family’s backyard) she was so supportive throughout the process, helping to calm our nerves and stress about our big day. We highly recommend Lily, and can’t wait to partner with her on photos in the future!

e was permitted. Not only did Lily keep the communication lines open, she was flexible in the midst of it everything. Best of all, the photos turned out absolutely amazing -- we received our fully edited gallery just 8 days after our big day. We're so thankful and impressed!!

d beyond. I am a professional in the design/marketing industry, and the gift that Lily brings to each of her clients is truly remarkable. Not only is her technical ability precise and fundamentally skilled, but her ability to capture the in-between "moments" propels her images to the next level of encapsulating the FEELING of the moment. Our situation was a particular challenge, not only because it was a non-traditional set-up and format, but because it included our toddler - who was adamant that my role as "Mom" take priority over my role as the "Bride". I don't know how she did it, but the way she captured those hectic stressful moments only revealed a beautiful honesty that communicated our real love in a way that I will treasure forever. Lily is so kind, so genuine, and her professionalism made our entire experience stress free. She is very clear, very punctual, and treated us and our special day with so much respect and excitement. We truly felt her joy and love of using her gift to captivate each moment so that our family can cherish these memories for generations. We mattered to her, and for that we are so grateful and can't wait to continue working with her in the future! <3

was available to shoot our wedding on September 27th. From the very beginning Lily was invested in our wedding day and made sure it would be everything we dreamed of. We met her first during our engagement shoot in May and I was so nervous for my husband because he hates taking photos but within minutes Lily had us laughing and everything started coming naturally to us and our photos turned out beautifully. On our wedding day, Lily brought a second shooter with her who was also lovely. We recently got our wedding photos back, which only took about 4 weeks which is a super fast turnaround and they are OUTSTANDING! I have been sharing them with family and friends and they all keep telling us how amazing our photos are and I give them Lily’s name- she is simply the best. She was also very easy to get in contact with, I found myself texting her with little questions here and there and she was always quick to respond and super sweet and friendly. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer and I hope to work with her in the future ;-)

pture the style of a much anticipated day. Jieru Photography did it with ease. Our family couldn’t be more pleased.

and I got married in Long Beach Island, NJ on the beach with a bunch of strangers watching the ceremony in the background. Lily was able to erase everyone not wanted in the background making it look like we were getting married on a private beach. If you are looking for a beach wedding photographer HIRE LILY!! I cannot stop reliving the best day of my life with Lily's photos.

we need help! She is so sweet and genuine and I truly felt like she wanted to help us with anything we needed. You can tell immediately she is passionate about what she does and is invested in the couples she photographs. I also really appreciated her very timely email responses and how quickly she gave us our wedding photos back. I would highly recommend Lily to anyone!!

ailability (& she emailed me back promptly for two weeks every time I would toss out a date). She makes herself super available & is willing to be flexible to capture your memories just the way you want. She was gracious to work with our budget, helpful in recommending spots for our engagement photos, & super stealthy on the wedding day (I don’t remember seeing her much throughout the day) while still getting amazing shots. & we just love them. Thank you, Lily!!! You definitely want her as your photographer—she’s the whole package: kind, helpful, talented, & thorough.

y is warm and sweet, in a way that extends through her photography. Our engagement photos were a dream, but when it came to our wedding photos - even my extended family was amazed at how perfectly she captured the day. Her work is romantic and classic - our photos look like they could have been from a wedding from any timeless wedding, decades ago (the look we were going for). Lily is quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls - and take on a therapists role if needed. Our wedding was a dream and Lily played such a big part of it!

l wedding package, which was exactly what we wanted. Lily was so accommodating with not having a lot of time in advanced. I felt so cared for her by her leading up to our wedding and during. She captured beautiful moments of our wedding in a 2 hour window including my mom helping me with my dress, first look with my dad, first look with the groom, bridesmaid/groomsmen photos, ceremony photos, and family photos. She made the neighborhood trees look like we were in the middle of an enchanted forest and my parent’s backyard absolutely beautiful. She worked so well with the lighting and scenery we had available. Her editing made it look like fall or even early winter in August, which worked so well with my long sleeved dress. We couldn’t be happier with our photos, and she got them to us in 2 weeks! Amazing! I would recommend Lily for anyone. She is worth it. She was always smiling and remained calm and collected, which helped me! Adam and I felt so comfortable around her and she helped us be ourselves but also led us well in what we should do. Thank you Lily for capturing our special day, you were an answer to prayer and such a blessing to us and our family!

questions you may have. In addition to that, her work is simply gorgeous! She did my wedding this past June and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. She captured all the special moments and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend her for your engagement photos, wedding, & more.

e shoot, she was very easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly to any questions that I had. She worked with us to help us decide on a meaningful location to us. During the shoot, she was SO easy to be with and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (which is a huge accomplishment because both my husband and I can be camera shy). I loved that she sent us a few sneak peeks that very same day. All the photos we received were beautiful, unique and reflected us as a couple so well! I’m so excited to have Lily photograph future milestones and events in our life! I can’t recommend Jieru Photography enough! :-)

and having her photograph our wedding, I am so glad we found her on Instagram! She made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed during pictures! She has a way of capturing pictures where you forget about the intimidating camera and just enjoy every moment. Lily sent us a sneak peek of our photos the very next week and all of our pictures were finished only 3-4 weeks later! Every photo turned out beautiful and she captured so many amazing moments from our wedding.

was extremely kind and accommodating. She put us at ease and the final product has our entire party looking amazing (including a not-so well behaved dog)! I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks Lily!!!

I cannot stop looking at our pictures! She captures the joy of the day so well that looking at the pictures just takes me back to that great day!

to get to know us and our vision for our wedding. Her photos brought tears to my eyes! She captured moments in an authentic way and I was able to relive every moment as well as see the moments I missed, like grandmas dance moves or my husband getting ready. Thank you lily for everything! We will cherish these photos forever.

To top it off, shes as sweet as can be and made us feel incredibaly comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have their special day feel like a breathtaking movie.

ictures back, we just couldn't stop looking at them. They were everything we hoped for and more! She took the time to get to know our desired style and nailed it completely. Jieru captures more than just pictures, but a glimpse into our story. With ease and expertise, we knew that we were in good hands. I highly recommend any bride to check out Jieru Photography with confidence knowing that their special day will be captured with elegance and care.

ent above and beyond any expectations I had for a photographer. Her quick response to any questions I had was so helpful. She was organized, punctual and even helped me create a timeline for the day of. When we got our pictures back, I was in love with how they turned out. Her creativity is incredible and she has the ability to capture a moment that makes the picture come to life when you look back on it. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs any kinds of pictures. Lily can do it all!

t to our wedding photos, to our maternity shoot. She's so sweet and calm when taking our photos and has a ton of skill. We have so many favorite photos we cherish to this day from Lily. I'd highly recommend her!

d shooter, arrived on time and guided us through the day. They were both professional and personable, putting everyone at ease and producing some really natural candid moment, posed shots, and portraits. When our cocktail hour went long, they rolled with it and stayed an extra half hour to make sure captured some great shots of the reception. As we were starting the first few days of our honeymoon, Lily worked to turn around a first small set of photos within three days, to help us hit a deadline for a feature in the Knot. We felt great about her work before, and knew when we saw that piece that we had picked the right photographer. Her style fit our wedding so well, and captured our personality. Highly recommend! We are very happy with our wedding photos!
