I'm so happy I booked with Jill for my wedding. Jill accented the shades in my hair and weaved in my "something green" so perfectly. Jill was so easy to communicate with and all my girls loved Jill on wedding day! Jill helped all of us look our best. My hairstyle remained intact throughout the day and night. I highly recommend Jill!

Book Jill. She was so incredible. Jill did hair for myself, my mom, my MIL, and 3 bridesmaids. She was able to take the vague idea I had and turn it into an absolutely beautiful hairstyle. My hair stayed in place for 9 hours and probably would have stayed longer if I didn't take it out. Everyone in my party looked amazing and was so happy with Jill. Jill was so personable and professional and even helped with an issue with my niece's dress. She went above and beyond and I can't recommend her enough.

Jill was a great choice for my wedding hair! I initially wanted a vendor to do both hair and makeup but found that Jill worked closely with MUA Cindy Singer (Dylan Michael Cosmetics) and it was easy and seamless to book both together. I wanted a simple low bun and Jill absolutely delivered. Booking the trial was easy and accessible as well (the salon is right across from the septa train line). Would recommend and book Jill again!

I hired Up Your Do for my wedding and bridal party hair! Bonnie was my lead hair stylist and she was amazing! She was patient with me during my trial when I needed to adjust my hair style. She then executed my my hair vision flawlessly along with putting my extensions in. My bridal party all loved their looks and we all felt so beautiful on the day! Thank you to Bonnie and her team for helping make our day perfect! Thank you to Jill for being so responsive leading up to the day and making me feel so at ease on the day of!

I used UpYourDo for my wedding on 10/5/24 and they were incredible! We communicated with Jill Kozar throughout the planning process and she included Bonnie and Danielle in all conversations as they were the hair stylists on the day of. Bonnie and Danielle made myself, 7 bridesmaids, MOB and MOG, and 2 grandmothers feel like actual beauty queens. Coming from someone with hair that doesn't ever hold a curl well and gets frizzy easily, I was very nervous about how my hair would look/ hold on wedding day. However, Jill recommended using extensions and Bonnie's styling on the day of was beyond what I ever imagined. I wanted long, "mermaid" hair and that's exactly what I got. We had Bonnie stay for touch ups throughout the day which was amazing, but I think the curls would've (somehow) held all day and all night even without the touch ups! Bonnie also flipped my hair into a "party pony" in less than 15 minutes. I got so many compliments on everyone's hairstyles and we all truly felt so beautiful. Additionally, Bonnie and Danielle not only ran on schedule but finished EARLY with time for touchups. I cannot recommend UpYourDo enough!!!

Jill was so responsive and easy to work with setting up my trial and confirming availability for my wedding date. She was very direct with pricing for services and very reasonable for the quality you get with them. I absolutely recommend booking them!! Bonnie was my stylist and she was so amazing. I loved working with her. I asked for a few small change from my trial and Bonnie delivered. I loved my hair even more the day of my wedding. My girls all loved their hair as well. Our curls held well. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Bonnie was early and she was ready to go when she arrived. She had 9 people to get done starting at 8:00 am and finishing by 1:00 pm. She was able to get us all done before that.

I enjoyed working with Bonnie and she did a great job for my trial appointment - trying multiple styles and making sure I was happy with it. I loved my hair on my wedding day when she was finished with it, but unfortunately the bun didn't hold up well throughout the evening which is why I'm deducting a star. It may have been a fluke but I would've wanted it to be pinned more aggressively so it would hold up better vs. starting to fall out after my initial photos. Otherwise, super pleasant and easy to work with and fair pricing, so I only deduct one star. My bridesmaids' hair looked amazing, might have just been a fluke.

Jill was the best choice I could have made for my wedding day. She was kind, professional and listened closely to everyone’s requests. Jill was very responsive while leading up to the wedding day and offered great suggestions on what would work best. All the girls hair lasted throughout the night without flaws. I can’t recommend her and her services enough!!

Jill was extremely accommodating with a variety of changes and questions. She was a pleasure working with and I highly recommend her company! Danielle was our stylist for the big day and she did an amazing job on everyone's hair! I couldn't have been more pleased with her work and her lovely personality was a true joy to be around! The best!!! Jill was AMAZING to communicate with and made the planning process an ease! Bonnie did my hair and Cindy did my make up the day of. They were both efficient and did the most beautiful, flawless work. From myself, my bridesmaids, mother of the bride/MIL, everyone looked spectacular and felt their best!!! Bonnie also did my daughter’s hair for flower girl and it was just the cutest, most special moments. Having them both there the day of made things easy and it was as if they were a part of the wedding party!! Both fun and enjoyable to be around. 10/10 recommend!!!!

This review is long overdue. I got married on June 22, 2024. I had the absolute pleasure of having Jill and her team the morning of my wedding. Leading up to the wedding day, Jill was always very professional, kind, and responsive. I got to meet her at my hair trial and she put me at so much ease with her professional and kind demeanor. She made sure my hair is exactly how I wanted and did not rush through the process. On the morning of the wedding, Jill and her team arrived right on time and got to work! I had a total of 11 women getting their hair done for a 2pm wedding! Jill and she other stylist got right to work and stayed on schedule. Everyone's hair looked gorgeous and lasted through the day and night. There was record breaking heat the day of our wedding but our hair stood the test of time! I cannot recommend Jill and her team enough!

Jill did my May 2024 wedding and is incredible! I heard about her through a friend who had her for her wedding. We did a trial run in the summer where I asked for a down do with dramatic volume. I later decided that while I still wanted the same overall style, I wanted to go with a more natural version. She gave me the most beautiful and natural looking volume and wave. Jill and her second stylist also made my bridesmaids (5 of 7), mom, and mother-in-law look gorgeous. I used Dylan Michael Cosmetics for my makeup (with Casey as my artist) and between the two of them, I felt like a beautiful elven princess on my big day! They achieved exactly the look I had dreamt of. Jill was great to work with, friendly, and responsive. I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.

I used Up Your Do for my recent wedding on 9/14. Jill and Bonnie were great to work with. Jill was extremely responsive to all my questions prior to the big day. I had my hair trial with Bonnie a few months prior to the wedding and was so pleased with the results. On the day of, Bonnie arrived promptly and was well organized, allowing us to stay on track with the timeline she had made for myself and the bridal party. She worked individually with each of my bridesmaids, MOB, MOG and flower girl to ensure everyone felt their best. Everyone loved their completed look. Everyone's hair still looked fabulous by the end of the night after hours of dancing. Overall I would highly recommend Bonnie. She was so fun to work with and everyone in the bridal party had nothing but great things to say about her and their final look.

Danielle was amazing to work with. She understood what I wanted and delivered! My hair held allll day long. All of my girls and my mom loved their hair as well. Everyone's stayed beautifully. Her personality was so wonderful to have hanging out with us all morning too. Great communication as well!

I live out of town but she was flexible when finding a time that worked to do a trial. She helped me find the best hairstyle for the wedding day. I booked Up Your Do for my wedding and had a fantastic experience! From my first inquiry to my wedding day, Up Your Do was so professional, prompt, and amazing to work with. I had the pleasure of having Bonnie as my hair stylist. We had a wonderful experience with Jill's Up Your Do! Jill was easy to work with ahead of time, and Bonnie and the team were incredible day-of. I had a very large wedding party, and the stylists did a great job managing everyone and getting through the morning while making sure each person's hair was perfect and beautiful! I was married on 8/3/24, and Jill and Terry did myself and bridal party’s hair. Between travel, arriving early for set-up, discussions with myself regarding scheduling, and overall experience, these ladies are phenomenal!! Their ability to take any hair style request and complete in a timely fashion is astounding! Also, every hairstyle looked amazing, and we all received compliments! Even through the humidity, the hairstyles stayed perfectly in tact the entire night. These ladies were also very kind and personable. I recommend them highly for anyone looking for reliable hairstylists!!

Jill was amazing! She was actually able to tame my unmanageable curly hair and make it look beautiful for my wedding day! She came all the way out to West Chester on a Sunday (and on Father's Day, even!) to do my and my 4 bridesmaids' hair. I was very impressed with the way she could immediately form these hairstyles right after seeing the picture! We all looked beautiful and our hair stayed in all day and night, even with all the dancing! The prices are very reasonable and Jill is such a sweet, kind person. I highly recommend her!

Jill was so wonderful to work with on my wedding day! We had a full lineup and she matched everyone's vision perfectly and worked efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. I had an inspiration picture for my hair and she was able to recreate it almost identically and it stayed put until long after the night had ended! In honor of it being 1 year from my wedding (7/23/2023), I’m finally getting to reviewing my amazing vendors! Jill Kozar at Up Your Do is amazing! I was referred to Jill by one of my bridesmaids who was a former client as Jill did hair for her wedding! I was immediately intrigued by the reasonable pricing that Up Your Do provides because everything about weddings costs so much money and it is challenging to keep costs down. Then reaching out to Jill, she was so responsive with contact and even referred me to a makeup artist (Cindy at Dylan Michael Cosmetics) she works with because I did not have one yet. I did a trial with Jill before my wedding and she was super flexible, helping me try out a few different looks to see what I really liked best! I ultimately made some last minute changes to the look on my wedding day too and she was super flexible to make sure the look was what I wanted and that I felt beautiful and confident! I loved my hair and felt so beautiful all night long! She also did a fabulous job for my mom, my mother-in-law, matron of honor and 4 other bridesmaids! She works quick but does a fabulous job! We were done ahead of schedule and everyone looked great all night long! One of my bridesmaids even booked her afterwards for her own wedding in June 2024! Highly recommend Jill and Up Your Do for your wedding hair needs!

Jill was incredible! She did my hair and 9 bridesmaid's/mom's hair so beautifully. She listened to my concerns when I wasn't sure how exactly I wanted to do my hair and showed me a few different options at the trial. She showed up on time at 6:45AM which was a very early start. She stayed on schedule (even ahead of schedule) as she was able to get some girls hair done super quickly. All of our hair styles stayed in the entire day and all the girls couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. My older sister was in 4 weddings this year and she said Jill was her favorite. Highly recommend Jill and Up Your Do!!

Jill and her entire team were incredible!! We are so grateful for her entire hair team since we were two brides getting ready at different locations! From our hair trials to the big day she created our dream hair looks and offered guidance to my wife who wasn’t really sure exactly what she wanted. A huge plus for us was that she worked directly with Cindy from Dylan Michael Cosmetics out of the same salon (who did our makeup). Jill is beyond talented and we are forever grateful for her and the for team making us feel the most gorgeous we’ve ever felt on our special day!! Maureen who did my hair was amazing! I have hair that refuses to curl normally but Maureen gave me beautiful curls that lasted the whole day! She also did an amazing job with all my bridesmaids, mom, MIL and flower girl.

Jill was so amazing to work with! From the trial to the actual wedding day I was so happy with how my hair turned out. I was worried about my hair staying as it is thin and not the best at holding a curl but my hair did not budge at all the entire night! She did myself and 6 others hair for the day and she stayed right on schedule, even finishing early giving plenty of time for touch ups! I cannot recommend Jill enough!

I was lucky enough to have Jill as my hair stylist for my wedding day! She was so amazing during my trial making sure it was the exact style I was comfortable with. During the wedding she was professional, kind, and respectful when completing 6 of my bridesmaids different hairstyles!! I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Jill both leading up to and on my wedding day. Jill was extremely responsive to my emails and communications. She was patient with me after the trial when I changed my mind about my initially chosen hairstyle. On the day of the wedding, she listened to me and changed everything I was not thrilled about (even when it came down a half centimeter of adjustment on my hair pins). I absolutely LOVE JILL, she is super fun and cool and truly AMAZING at doing hair. She gave me the romantic updo of my dreams for my April 5 wedding, and it lasted all night and survived getting pulled on by my very heavy veil. She also gave my mom an amazing hairdo, my mom was so thrilled that I was shocked, because she hates when anyone does her hair and was anxious about having someone else do it. To this day she still talks about how much she loved her hair and wishes Jill could do her hair every day. I let my bridesmaids all pick their own hairstyles and they were all so impressed with how well they came out. Especially my SIL who has very short hair and never does her hair- Jill was able to keep her looking just like herself but well coiffed. I was obsessed with my hair after my trial and Jill somehow managed to make it even more amazing on my wedding day.

Jill and her team were great! I went for two trials since I initially thought I wanted extensions, but ultimately decided against it. Jill was helpful along the way to make sure that I obtained the desired look. My hair held up fantastically the day of the wedding. I was so beyond happy with how it turned out. I first met with Bonnie in the salon and she took the time to listen to my bridal hair vision and concerns. She perfected it in salon for the trial, my bridal shower, and the big day! Jill did an amazing job on my bridal party’s hair. We all looked beautiful! Our hair stayed perfectly styled through a rainy Saturday wedding with a TON of dancing. During my trial I had an initial vision of my hair style but didn’t love the look when I saw it on me. She patiently helped me to modify the look so that I really loved it by the end of the trial! I worked with stylist Meghan for my wedding. She arrived on time and stayed ahead of schedule all morning. She did 7 hairstyles for my bridal party and the moms and everyone did something a little different. Everyone loved their styles and they stayed up well all night.

I hired Up Your Do for my 11/03/2023 wedding, and I could not have picked a better Hair Stylist for our day. I was having trouble figuring out what I wanted to do, and Jill made sure to work with my consistently to find the perfect style for me. She was in constant communication with me through emails, which in my opinion is one of the best things a Bride could as for, and she worked with me to schedule two appointments prior to my wedding day to go over what I would like. She made sure I had the perfect style that made me feel like a better version of myself. She was also crucial on the day-of with her second stylist, Terry, to make sure all our girls were done by the early pick-up time. She offered amazing advice to us, and kept us all engaged during the morning with great conversation (and she even helped mold the tight headpiece I had to make sure I could wear it all day after I told her I had a headache after the trial; I was able to wear that piece for the entire day with no issues). She was honest and let me know when something might not work, listened to me to hear exactly what I envisioned, and just had the best positive energy around her the entire wedding day. Working with Up Your Do took away so much stress from wedding planning and I can’t recommend them enough.

Bonnie absolutely made my vision for my wedding hair come true! She took the time and effort to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. My bridesmaids loved their hair as well, and we were all amazed at how quick, timely and detailed Bonnie was with all of our hairstyles. Booking Jill for me hair was maybe the best decision in the whole planning process! She did an amazing job with my hair as well as the rest of my bridal party. More importantly, she helped calm me down during one of my wedding meltdowns (over something unrelated to hair). She calmed me down and made me feel at ease as she styled my hair. All of my bridesmaids and my mom commented on how excellent she was. I would book her again in an instant.

I hired Up Your Do for hair services for me, my mom, mother-in-law, step mother-in-law, and sister in law for my wedding day. Meghan did a great job with all of our different styles! It was over 90 degrees out and even with all of the outdoor pictures, dancing around, etc my hair stayed in place all day! Jill is not only truly amazing at what she does but she is one of the most kind and down to earth people I've ever met! Just a wonderful experience! I'm very glad that I had the hair trail because when Jill first did my hair it was to tight but she was able to make it so much better for the day of the wedding! My ha lasted all day and night and I could not have been happier!

Danielle is INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond for myself and my whole bridal party! She created the exact bridal look I was hoping for! My hair stayed perfect for the entire day and night (withstood crowd surfing!) Danielle was so meticulous and made us all feel so comfortable! Jill is an absolute legend, as is anyone she brings to work with her. We were lucky her and Bonnie were both so professional, fun, and patient during what turned out to be our getting ready party. They joined in on the fun. Jill listened to my original up do request during my trial, and then made slight changes on the big day based on my feedback. She made that morning a breeze and my hair held up all day despite the heat and lots of dancing!

Jill did an amazing job with my hair as well as my bridesmaids! Before the wedding she did a great job of explaining exactly what she does. We were able to ask as many questions as needed! Jill was able to do a trial for me before the wedding! As we got closer to the big day she suggested a second hair stylist (for a fee). She did not push us to get a second stylist. We are glad we took her suggestion and got a second stylist! On the wedding day she came on time and was ready to get started. Jill made the most of her time and even got done a little early. I loved my hair so much that I didn't want to take it out after the day was over!

We got married back in September (this review is long overdue!) and I cannot recommend Up Your Do enough. Jill did an absolutely amazing job and was super helpful from the trial to the day of. I loved how my hair came out and it lasted all night. Bonnie was our 2nd stylist and she was amazing as well, everyone's hair came out perfect. There was 11 of us and they got through everyone so quickly. Definitely book them if you can!!!

Recently married June 10,2023! Jill was fabulous to work with! Bonnie and Meghan were awesome! I had about 16 girls getting hair done and a small house.. I was nervous! Everything worked out perfectly! Bonnie did a great job working with my vintage crown that was my grandmom’s! I can’t stop looking at pictures! I highly recommend!

My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend, and Maureen from Up Your Do was our bridal party hair stylist. Maureen did an excellent job – she actually exceeded our expectations! The bride’s hair looked fabulous, and it stayed fabulous all day and night (and this was an outdoor wedding)! I was a very particular mother-of-the-bride, but Maureen was patient and listened to all of my requests, and she gave me the hair style of my dreams! All of the bridal party were so happy with their hair, and are so happy to have had Maureen on our team that day. Thanks to Up Your Do, and Maureen!!!
