Jim & Elysia

These two are amazing photographers and so much fun! Our engagement shoot was great. They knew what we wanted and worked with our dogs. The wedding shoot was even better. They have so many great ideas and never made it seem like we were just taking the same picture over and over. They made the family picture process so quick and painless. I highly recommend these two!

Jim and Elysia were absolutely the best photographers we could have asked for! They captured our entire wedding day so perfectly. Our signature photo's they took from them are absolutely breathtaking. Every single photo we received from them (and we received a ton!) looked beautiful and better then I could even imagine. Not only were the picture absolutely fantastic both Jim and Elysia were fantastic to deal with. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and make our day less stressful. I absolutely recommend them for any wedding or any occasion.

Jim and Elysia were hands down the best we could have asked for. As soon as I was engaged my #1 priority was to hire Elysia as my photographer. I can’t say enough good things about how she made us all feel on my wedding day. They are very easy to get along with and made us feel so close to them that day. Not to mention our photographs are amazing. We love to show them to people and recommend them every chance we get.

You really could not be in better hands than with Jim & Elysia. Jim was listed as a recommended vendor for our reception venue (Mill Top in Noblesville) and we fell in love with his work. We booked him quite a bit in advance and you should too because these two are so worth it. Jim and Elysia ended up merging after we booked just Jim, so we had an interesting situation where we were able to meet her for our engagement session but only Jim shot our wedding. The creativity flowing between these two is out of this world. They work so well with each other and seem to know what the other is thinking almost at any time. Each of them also could present suggestions as they were working through shots to just keep the fire rolling. Not to mention their fun, loving personalities - it's impossible not to smile around them. The finished product from that shoot was absolutely phenomenal. I was (and still am) completely obsessed with our engagement photos. There are no words for how beautiful they all turned out. Just having Jim for our wedding was still a complete blast. He is such a goofball, but still can get down to business when it's that time. He was so prepared with shot ideas, equipment, and was able to get us through the day on time and efficiently. For those of you who have already or are looking to book the Mill Top, Jim is very familiar with the building and was able to move us around it with ease. We wanted to emphasize the architecture and he took that suggestion in with his work. We are so looking forward to seeing our finished wedding pictures. The only thing I might note is that these two photographers are very busy, as they should be. It's important to stay ahead of the game with communication, but not too far ahead. Compared to some other photographers we looked into, communication did get a little bit relaxed at some points, but not to worry! They will take such good care of you and get it all worked out in the end. My husband and I are not the type to need constant immediate communication so we were okay. I just know that there are some brides out there who prefer immediacy and I just might suggest those brides to take that into consideration. Overall, we would give higher than 5 stars if we could. Hopefully, we will have a chance to work with Jim & Elysia again sometime soon!
