Congratulations and Happy Planning! We are now booking DREAM WEDDINGS. From casual to formal, our newly renovated EVEREST EVENT CENTER offers an ambiance wonderfully different from the typical banquet room setting. The finished interior features very warm, natural woods and stone, with a stone indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the 9th fairway provides breathtaking views of the golf course. This space can be transformed into the perfect setting for nearly any event from wedding ceremony and receptions, luncheons, business meetings, holiday parties to anniversary and birthday parties, and any other event you can imagine. The easily accessible outdoor space adjacent to the Everest Event Center is draped with bistro lighting and can be setup for your ceremony, cocktail style reception, or dance under the stars! The Everest Event Center is very versatile and could accommodate nearly any setup with capacity of 200 seated inside with additional seating or cocktail style on the adjacent lawn. The Everest Event Center is located near the parking lot creating great accessibility for set up and your guests.
ALL of our packages include, day of coordinator and a 1 hour rehearsal. Many Centerpiece options, table linens (22 colors to choose from), ceremony decor options, complete setup/cleanup (this means you, family and friends will have a stress free day). Many other items to choose from including card box, cake knife/server and specialty linens for those special tables. We also include 4 rounds of golf! Catering of your choice (not a mandatory list to choose from) and alcohol is allowed and no security needed. We have a beautiful bridal suite for your pampering. The space comes with everything you need from chairs to linens, and if they don't have exactly what you want, Shelly will work with you to make your specific vision come to life. They have great catering options as well that you can choose from as well as a range of drink packages. Not only does this venue include a ton, it is also incredibly well priced. It is a very affordable option but DOES NOT look cheap by any means. I could seriously go on and on about how positive of an experience getting married here was and would not hesitate to recommend it for any event but especially a wedding!
Getting married during a pandemic was a tough choice to follow through with, but they made sure that everything was safe for our guests. We did end up cutting our guest list down, but that was more of a personal choice. We had outdoor and indoor seating options during the reception and our dance floor was all outside. We chose to get married outside under the provided pergola and it was beautiful.

We received so many compliments from our guests for this venue, including for the dinner buffet and the bar service. Additionally, the price for this venue was such an amazing deal! e fire pit was a huge hit as was the space we could have for outdoor games and dancing. Shelly does the decorating so we did not have not to worry about doing that or cleaning up. She has a variety of centerpieces and linens from which we could choose. We also had the ability to customize those decorations if we chose to. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. The venue is large enough for a photo booth (which is what we did) if that’s something you’re interested in. that was something I had a difficult time finding- something big enough for a DJ space, open bar, a photo booth, and room for all of our guests. This venue was affordable and spacious. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

was in a newly renovated pavilion that is breathtaking with stone walls, a fire pit, and gorgeous wooden accents. Shelly, the new coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding was perfect and ran without a hitch. She was easy to communicate with, detail oriented, and organized. She took care of almost everything, and it was so nice not to have to worry about the details on the day of the wedding. Shelly has been in the wedding business for a while, she has a lot of knowledge, and tricks up her sleeve. I highly recommend Jimmie Austin; the staff is incredibly friendly, the venue is perfect for photos, and Shelly is one of the best coordinators you could ever ask for. I had so many guests tell me that our wedding was one of the most beautiful they had ever seen.

Overall, everything worked out fine, she just was very stressful to work with, and often got my wedding confused with others, and details mixed up. The venue itself is very pretty though, and is great for warm weather weddings.
