e scalloped potatoes left you wanting more! We had many guests raving about the high quality of the food. They also offered a kid’s meal for our “little” guests. Although we chose the buffet option, they served the kids at their tables as guest went through the line. This was extremely appreciated by the parents of those “littles”. All correspondence with Jimmy Lyn’s was easy and prompt. I strongly recommend choosing them as your caterer.

We have had so many of our guests ask us who catered our meal because it was one of the best they have had at a wedding!!

we had with guests. We had a plated dinner with a choice of almond crusted chicken or sirloin steak. We got endless compliments on both dishes , along with all the appetizers from all the guests! Would easily recommend them to anyone getting married!!

The tables were set with strawberry spinach salad, dinner rolls, and glass of water when everyone arrived. The food was delicious! Better than I ever expected! The service even during the meal was great! I can’t say enough good things about Jimmy Lyn’s and the people they sent out!

The quality of the food and service was spectacular. The buffet line for 140 moved very quickly and people went up for seconds! Plate portions were big - which we appreciated after attending weddings in the past where we still feel hungry after dinner. Shayla & Team made sure the food was perfect and our guests were happy. They also provided us with a Bride/Groom togo plate - it was yummy! Highly recommend using Jimmy Lyn's for your wedding day!

cken looked under cooked, pink and rubbery. We got the smoked mozzarella chicken and it did not taste like the first time we tried it. We got the buffet line so it would be easier and quicker to serve our guests. They told us it would be 15-30 minutes but it took about an hour. We had told Jimmy Lynn’s we would have 115 guests and they provided us with only 4 servers. And they were very young servers. There was no sense of urgency and no direction. We had included 15 kids meals in our package and they were not served in the buffet lines to the kids. We had to wake the servers about the kids meals. They served them all late after everyone had gotten their food. The servers had their setup in our guest house and had some spills in the kitchen my Mother in law had to ask the server if she could clean up the mess. The main server that was in charge seemed mad and frustrated. Another thing that was included that we purchased was ice. But once the day came they were asking my mother in law for ice. We told them we had bought it through jimmy Lynn’s and they were supposed to provide it but they told my mother in law they didn’t have any. Once it came to the cake cutting half of the guests tables weren’t even picked up off their tables. We had to ask the servers to clean up please. No urgency to clear the tables. Our server that cut the cake was very slow at cutting it and after it was all done and put away half my guests told me they were not served cake. For the price that we paid we did not get the quality or service. At the end when they were packing up leftovers they were asking my mother In law for aluminum foil? When we had gone to the tasting they told us they would package our leftovers and never told us we needed to provide aluminum foil or Togo boxes. My husband and I felt very stresses on our wedding day when we shouldn’t have had to worry about that stuff. I’m very sad and disappointed

They even give you a little “to go” bag for the night of your wedding!! The only reason I can’t give them five stars is … the communication leading up to the wedding wasn’t the greatest. I would sometimes have to email them two or three times to get a response and most of the time the response only answered some of my questions. As a bride, you have so much stress and so many people you have to deal with leading up to your wedding and it’s hard to have to track someone down for some answers. Everyone we did talk to was very kind and professional…but I did want to warn future clients about that small issue I had! Despite that..I would 100% book them again :).

time to set up a tasting with us that was so good we pretty much booked them on the spot! They helped answer questions, set menus, and get all the details ready before the wedding. The day of they showed up on time, ready to serve and set up and the food was absolutely WONDERFUL! All our guests still talk about how good the food was! We would absolutely hire Jimmy Lyn's again! Thanks for making our wedding taste so good!

As all weddings go, we have set times for dinner, but sometimes pictures run long or the bride and groom want to have a little extra time in the cocktail hour, and JL's has always been able to accommodate any last minute changes. They are truly a joy to work with!!!

by some miraculous mishap. When I tell you that the brisket slider was Certified Grade A awesome, I mean it. We immediately put that on the list. I told my fiancée she could add whatever she wanted, but the Brisket Slider was a MUST. Throughout the tasting, the owner (Cayce) was serving, picking up plates, and sharing her stories. I can not speak for everyone, but I personally do not want to sit down with a vendor and feel like a salesperson is sitting across from me. Cayce is the exact opposite. Completely down to earth and also made us feel at home. I will leave you with the following. Bring your personality, your appetite, and Cayce will take care of the rest. You will leave full, your taste buds will have just won the lotto, and you will be pleased with not only the great conversation, but extremely impressed with the packages she has to offer.

sting their was no doubt it was Jimmy Lyn’s for my daughter’s wedding. The hardest part was deciding on the menu for her wedding. All the options were delicious! We decided on the brisket and sausage. The sides were Granma’s green beans, scalloped potatoes (a signature dish), spring mix salad and rolls. At the last minute we decided to have a cocktail hour so added appetizers. The appetizers were served on individual plates to the guests. Everyone loved the food! Guests kept coming up saying the food was exceptional! All night they kept saying how good everything was. And the brisket was the best they have ever had! And it is not just the exceptional food but the owners and staff as well. The owners and the staff are amazing! They worked so hard making sure everything was just right. As I said the hardest part is selecting the menu since all is so good! After that they take over and you have nothing to worry about. If ever need a caterer for your wedding or any event Jimmy Lyn’s is the one. Thank you Jimmy Lyn’s!

We ended up going with plated meals to ensure all guests were put at ease and we as hosts were doing all we could to keep everyone safe. Jimmy Lyn's staff did an awesome job at having the tables set and serving the food timely. We were going to have a couple of charcuterie boards originally, but with COVID Cayce suggested serving it plated. The servings were generous and the presentation was still great! Several guests mentioned how good the appetizers were and we thought so too. The food was yummy! We had chicken nuggets and mac and cheese for the kids and brisket & chicken with scalloped potatoes and grilled vegetables with a side salad for the adults. The food was delicious!! Cayce was there early that day setting up the linens and she was there in the evening working along side her crew through the entire evening. We were very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They were a wonderful group to work with and we loved their food. You will not be disappointed if you choose Jimmy Lyn's for your next catering event. They think of everything!

Our guests raved about how good the appetizers and entrees were. I'm still thinking about the mac and cheese bar we had! But beyond that, Jimmy, Cayce, and their team are professional and personable. We had several last minute changes and Cayce was kind and flexible to help us work through them. I could not recommend Jimmy Lyn's more for superior food and the best service!

so easy to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and always replied promptly to emails whenever we had questions. Not only did they cater our food, we also rented table linens and silverware from them and had them cut our cake. They took care of everything for us. They cleaned up throughout the night, packed up their own rentals, and boxed up all of our leftover food and cake for us. I would highly recommend choosing them!

Everything ran smoothly on our day, and I had multiple people come up to me and tell me how good the food was. The wait staff kept the tables clean, and I hardly even noticed they were there.
