put together really terribly, I'm assuming they had someone new in the shop. The flowers were staggered horribly in height, and I had to pull the whole bouquet apart and reassemble it the morning of the wedding. Not great, not terrible. as I was already stressed enough as it is. I was not impressed with what they "threw together" and did end up getting my money back. The flowers on my wedding day were much better, but still a little stressful as they weren't ready until an hour before the wedding.
My flowers were awesome. They helped a lot with designing the bouquet and were very accommodating when I had to change things at the last minute.
