We had DJ Terry Bulles and violinist Jeff Issokson. Both were very communicative and open to any questions we had leading up to our wedding day. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and we were pleased with the services. Would definitely recommend!

As a “senior couple” planning a wedding and reception we wanted a pianist who could play tunes from our era during the luncheon as well as play and sing during the first dance. Jessica arranged for just the right person to meet our requirements, Dehrric Richburg.

We hired DJ Debbie Bulles through JJ&T Entertainment for our October 2023 wedding after speaking with a handful of other DJs. First: working with JJ&T Entertainment was incredibly smooth. Jessica handled all communication regarding booking and payment and was an open, regular communicator. JJ&T has several DJs and other talent available. After looking through the bios of the DJs and speaking with one other, we selected Debbie as our DJ. From the beginning, it was clear that Debbie was there to help us make our vision come true. She asked questions about what kind of "personality" we wanted our DJ to have, the music style, etc. She made it very easy to communicate what we envisioned, and we had multiple conversations with her. When it came to the day of the wedding, Debbie was flawless. She handled our more unconventional requests (including two accompanying tracks for guest performances and speeches that ran throughout the whole dinner) with ease and kept the dance floor going smoothly all night long. She played the songs we had listed as priorities, mixing the transitions well and choosing appropriate songs for different times of the night, but also put her own professional spin on additional songs. Even our older guests were on the dance floor, and several people commented how good our music was! We'd highly recommend both Debbie and JJ&T Entertainment.

Debbie was so great to talk to and really listened to us on the. She accommodated on-the-fly requests and dealt with odd guests requests with courtesy, without shifting the dancing mood too much. No audio issues that we were aware of. Her announcements throughout the night were clear, concise, and calm, exactly what we were hoping for. We sent a huge playlist of songs we wanted for dancing, plus a separate one for the dinner, she played pretty much all of them with a few additions of her own selection that matched the mood really well. Would absolutely work with her again.

The musicians exceeded expectations! Our guests are still talking about how incredible the ceremony and cocktail hour music was, I only wish I could have heard them!! We completely missed cocktail hour :( Having the harp and violin was simply enchanting and created the perfect ambiance for walking down the aisle and during cocktail hour. Their talent was evident in every note they played and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Eric was so easy to work with beforehand to match our vision for the day. From the moment we connected, he exhibited the utmost professionalism and worked closely with us to determine the perfect musical selections that reflected our personalities. He was creative in helping us find the perfect music for our "family promises" during the ceremony as we blended our two families into one. We highly recommend Eric and Jeff to any couples seeking a talented harpist and violinist who are looking to bring beauty and grace to their special day!

We had a fantastic time at our wedding, in big part thanks to DJ Mopheus. In particular, he worked with us on incorporating a Second Line that everyone loved, and appropriately managed when our toasts went (very!) long. We also appreciated that he was very communicative prior to our big day. Thank you to J&J Entertainment for helping our guests dance the night away!

We employed the String Duo from JJ&T for our ceremony and cocktail music. Jessica at JJ&T made sure that everything was set to go well before our wedding date. The music was everything we had hoped it would be. The musicians arrived on time and prepared. The music was fantastic, creating the ambience that we had envisioned. Jeff Issokson, the lead of the group, was incredibly accommodating to song requests and punctual on his replies. Our guests said nothing but positive praise about the entire performance. We cannot recommend them enough and wish them nothing but the best. We feel like we made a great decision hiring them for our special day and I know that others will feel the same as well.

Jessica the owner and DJ Terry were absolutely fantastic. Terry had a great personality and was EXTREMELY flexible. We were essentially able to create our own playlist and even had start and stop times in certain songs. That played during our ceremony and reception. DJ Terry played to the crowd and allowed for requests (we allowed that but he doesn't do it if you don't want him to). All of our guests commented on how great the night was and how DJ Terry easily kept the party going.

Could not have been happier in selecting DJ Ivan Cortez for our reception. We had very specific criteria for our DJ and wanted to avoid cheesy wedding music to make it more of club party vibe. Ivan had been one of the DJ's at a local spot in DC so we had a sense of who we were getting. Our wedding was also ethnically diverse, latino and white, and wanted a balance of music from across the spectrum. Ivan exceed our expectations in keeping the pace lively and and hyped.

DJ Terry was absolutely incredible! He helped make our wedding so much fun and made everything run smoothly!

We had Anthem Duo play during our ceremony and cocktail hour and they were amazing! We had specific requests (StarWars music) and they were able to play them all and more! Their music was beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed their playlist. They also have plenty of music ideas to play if you’re not sure what to play during your event. They were punctual and professional. We still talk about how memorable and beautiful the music was. I would 100% recommend!

I would like to update that that it was a tremendous experience from the start to finish. Working with JJ&T I had several options to choose from many DJ's that confirm your style and chemistry together! We went with DJ Nelson and he was SUPER accommodating and amazing!! He made sure that all of our needs were met and made sure EVERYONE HAD AN AWESOME time at our wedding. Our wedding was truly the best day ever and he was apart of that experience. Working with JJ&T Entertainment and Auro Duo was an absolute pleasure. Aura Duo was phenomenal! We had an absolute blast and everyone really enjoyed their performance. Everyone was dancing which was wonderful to see. Jessica from JJ&T Entertainment was very responsive, prompt, and she got us the perfect band! I'm already thinking of future parties we can plan so we can book Aura Duo again. I highly recommend using them for your entertainment needs.

The entire experience working with JJ&T Entertainment was wonderful!! Jessica’s flexibility, support, and communication throughout the entire process was tremendous. Then, working with DJ Rico on our celebration day was an absolute delight! DJ Rico knew when to dial it back and then turn it up to get everyone on the dance floor. DJ Rico was great. During the lead up to the wedding, we were very anxious about all our vendors, but our conversation with DJ Rico beforehand was very reassuring and a bright spot in an otherwise hectic time. He did a great job on the day of the wedding and was flexible in receiving our song list pretty late in the game. We recommend DJ Rico to your other clients.

DJ Debbie was fantastic. Her experience and professionalism were a great help guiding us through planning that part of our reception. When it was possible that our pianist might not be able to play our ceremony, DJ Debbie was flexible enough to potentially step in. During the reception she did a great job encouraging everyone on the dance floor and keeping energy high. There were a couple of mistakes that may have been due to miscommunication. Her song selection was great.

DJ Motheus did a fantastic job with our wedding! We appreciated his approach of providing us a way to provide song suggestions over time via google spreadsheet as thoughts occurred to us, and he handled last minute changes such as a change in processional song with ease. We had a party of mostly folks with young kids, and he did a great job reading the room and bringing great energy. Several of our guests told us how impressed they were with our DJ, and even my wife’s grandmother (who hasn’t danced in 20 years) was out on the dance floor. We highly recommend!

JJ&T and DJ Motheus were FANTASTIC!!!! The company itself was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. DJ Motheus was awesome. We wanted music to keep people dancing the entire reception and he delivered! we were able to speak with him a few times before the day, to discuss music preferences, order of songs, provide a song playlist we like, and any other special requests. Great music and a great set up with his additional lights and props. He also handled the ceremony beautifully with transitioning flawlessly from one groups entrance songs to the next. We had the lovely luck on our wedding to have sun, snow, rain, and hail and DJ Motheus was able to adjust to changed entrances without anyone noticing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Also, a big plus for us was the assurance that if our DJ were to get ill right before the wedding (a.k.a Covid or something), they would be able to send another. our experience was great. As an extra note we are a same sex couple and the company and DJ Motheus made us feel totally comfortable and rocked it!

Jessica helped us to find a perfect team of string players (violin and cello duo). It is a key element to add to our gorgeous wedding. The violinist perform such a great song fir our first dance as well. Truly thankful to find JJ&T and highly recommend it to others!

DJ AP Andres came highly recommended as The Osprey's in-house DJ and we couldn't have been happier. We had a lot of different music selections, events and people involved in our wedding and DJ AP Andres was very involved in making it successful. He seemed to have a plan for each of the rooms at the venue, setting up standalone setups so reach room had audio. Without DJ AP Andres, our wedding wouldn't have been a success. Thank you!

JJ&T Entertainment was wonderful! We had a harp and violin duo for our wedding and they were just amazing. I wanted a pretty random song for my procession, and they had absolutely no problem with that, and it sounded wonderful. Everything turned out perfectly with them!

We had an amazing experience with JJ&T Entertainment and DJ AP Andres specifically at our wedding. DJ AP Andres and team were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and were able to cut down our wedding songs to the length we wanted. DJ AP Andres was also extremely flexible and was able to make changes to our schedule and music preferences even on the day of our wedding. Jessica was a tremendous help throughout the process. She listened to what we were looking for, provided several recommendations for DJs that met our needs, and supported the planning and coordination once we chose the DJ for the special Day. Tim, AKA DJ Motheus, was great to work with. He put together everything based on the bride and groom's desires, was energetic and very flexible / supportive throughout all parts of the day's events - from ceremony through last dance at the end of the reception.

We loved working with Jessica for our wedding on June 11-12. It is always a pleasure to work with her-very responsive and professional. We are very thankful for Jessica and DJ Debbie Bulles for coordinating the sound and music for our wedding! 2020 was not an easy year to plan a wedding, but Jessica and Debbie were very flexible and pleasant to work with. I do wish they could have offered live streaming, since we wanted to make arrangements for all of our original guest list to see us wed. We ended up outsourcing another company to handle that. However when it came to the music, DJ Debbie did a great job spinning tunes and making announcements at the reception, and she followed every request. Thank you, JJ&T Entertainment!

Jessica Lynn at JJ&T Entertainment was an absolutely wonderful addition to our wedding planning process. She was very responsive and so pleasant to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process, which included delays due to Covid 19. Our venue manager, Meg Sharley, at the Dacor Bacon House in Washington, DC, recommended her highly and we were extremely happy we selected her. Initially, my daughter and her fiance weren't sure what kind of music they wanted at their wedding. Jessica helped them explore a number of options and made several recommendations to consider. Once they decided on live cello and violin for the ceremony and reception, they reached out to Jessica's recommended couples. Because she has such a vast network of musical talent in the DC/MD/VA metro area, she was able to immediately put them in touch with several excellent musicians. The bride and groom were able to view videos of the couples and their music and make a final selection. All of the musicians provided for consideration were so talented that it made the selection process a bit of a challenge! When the wedding needed to be delayed because of Covid 19 social distancing restrictions, Jessica worked with us to immediately reschedule the musicians for the new date. When one of the musicians experienced a medical issue that prevented them from performing, Jessica recommended musicians of equal caliber who were available for the new date. We were all thrilled with the gorgeous background music they provided before, during and after the wedding. It was the perfect backdrop for the bride and groom and their special day! Jessica was so helpful and easy going and worked with us throughout the unexpected ups and downs of having a wedding during the Covid 19 pandemic. Her calm, competent presence made everything as easy as possible during trying times. We highly recommend working with Jessica of JJ&T Entertainment for all your musical needs! She's absolutely wonderful.

DJ Debbie Bulles was excellent. She helped us figure out what music we really wanted to make our wedding great. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We were thankful for how she helped us to build out a great playlist that all of our guests really enjoyed. Debbie also made sure the ceremony went smoothly with sound support for the celebrant as well as a friend who played guitar for us. I can’t say enough how easy it was to work with Debbie and how much she added to our day.

JJ&T was a great addition to our day. We were in contact with them after our initial DJ dropped out of the wedding - one month before. We were frantic and scrambling, and Jessica helped us out in our moment of need. She was calm, pleasant, and helpful, and soothed the nerves of everyone on my side who was feeling overwhelmed. We contracted with DJ Debbie Bulles for the wedding and she was GREAT! So very friendly and sweet, and great at her job. She played just the right amount of slow and fast songs, and made sure to hit all our requested songs. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat should I ever need a DJ in the future.

We loved JJ & T Entertainment from the very start. Jessica was professional and calming in a crisis (the DJ had quit and we were a month out from the wedding) - and she found the perfect match for us with Lady D! (DJ Debbie Bulles) Debbie was on time, set up and smiling. She worked with our needs inside and outside and has a fantastic feel for the mood in the room. Couldn't have had a better experience!

We were married on September 21, 2019. We reached out to JJ&T for our music needs. Based on reviews we read on the Knot, DJ Debbie's name was mentioned often and for wonderful reasons, so we picked her as our DJ. Jessica was the agent we spoke with who represented the musicians. We were interested in live musicians for the ceremony, so she sent us links to see and hear the available musicians play. We chose the Jerry Lynn Duo after hearing him play, and we decided we wanted a guitar and cellist to perform. Jessica was very quick to respond, and CC'ed both the DJ and musicians in each e-mail for thorough communication. Jerry Lynn was quick to respond and flexible with all requests. DJ Debbie was slow to respond via e-mail but was willing to schedule phone calls. I never got the chance to speak with the Jerry Lynn Duo, unfortunately, but the music I was able to hear was beautiful. I heard all wonderful things in regards to their professionalism and flexibility.  We did have some concerns with DJ Debbie. I completed her DJ Coordination sheet but that needs to be transferred to a word document where it can be easily edited to better fit each wedding's needs. The lines were tiny and I had to draw a lot of arrows in order to fit names and songs in certain spaces. I think the organization of this sheet caused confusion on both ends. Although I mentioned a step-father/daughter dance many times via e-mail and phone, there was no room on the coordination sheet so I forgot to add it. Debbie had this dance nowhere on her itinerary the day of. Thankfully I had a bridesmaid check-in, and we were able to catch this slip up before it caused any issues. We started later than planned, and for some reason Debbie seemed more stressed by this (if anything, I would have thought this would have given her more time to prepare). She also mispronounced names after asking the wedding party how to pronounce their names. Lots of little things. However, we also threw a lot of new and unplanned things at her, like asking her to announce the WVU game's score throughout the night, as well as getting rid of a lot of the activities on our itinerary and pushing things to be sooner. The DJ tends to be the glue of the reception, bringing everything together, but that didn't quite happen. We are still satisfied with her services, but we felt it was important for bride's and groom's to have as much information as possible to be able to make the best decision for themselves and their wedding day.

I worked with Jessica for our ceremony music and her husband Jerry was one of the musicians for the wedding. They were extremely congenial and easy to work with. I wanted as many Beatles songs as possible during the ceremony and cocktail hour and Jerry made it come true! We feel so lucky to have found Jessica and Jerry. Highly recommended!

We would like to thank Jessica and her crew at JJ&T Entertainment for making our wedding day a huge success. They get loads of credit for working on the hottest day in July and the hottest day this year. Everyone was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The ladies with Music by Anthem, had a huge selection of classical pieces for the ceremony and played beautifully as all our guests arrived. DJ Motheus (Tim) was a fantastic DJ for our wedding! He did the music for our ceremony and reception and it all went flawlessly. We communicated to him exactly what music we wanted and he delivered. All my friends loved the dancing!

My husband and I could not have found a better DJ. Tim (DJ Motheus) was wonderful, kind, professional, and flexible. He easily accommodated some special set-up requests, read the crowd well, and rolled with the punches (amid lots of last minute timeline changes!). We had an absolute BLAST and didn't have to worry about a thing! In addition, working with Jessica for booking/payment/correspondence was easy and straightforward. We highly recommend these two!

We used JJ&T to help us source a DJ and they paired us with DJ Andres. DJ Andres was everything we wanted in a DJ for our wedding. He was not mic happy and only used it when needed. He was INCREDIBLY flexible. Our dancing time got cut short by 30 minutes due to dinner service taking longer than expected and instead of cutting our playlist short he played the best part of each song. Our guests loved it! He kept the beat up, knew when to cut a song off and made sure the energy was always high. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our day.

Lady D, DJ Debbie was incredible! Book her, book her!! She killed it with the music, we couldn't believe how much fun our guests had on the dancefloor. Best DJ ever! Not only did she give us suggestions for songs for cake cutting and the bubble sendoff, but she also put together a list of songs we send her for dinner and dancing. She put the music together beautifully and made sure the music flowed perfectly the whole night. Additionally, Debbie helped our friend out and allowed him to us her sound system for the ceremony! Thank you again for making our day so special! Would highly recommend!

JJ&T Entertainment was great- Jessica was very helpful and patient, while we made our decision. DJ AP was a big hit! He was on time, stayed on schedule and had people dancing all night. He introduced himself to us at the beginning and made it a point to get everyone’s names correct, for the wedding party entrance. He was dressed professionally and his his DJ booth was sleek. The up lighting made such a HUGE difference in our space and he used them effectively. I am of latin decent and my groom is American- DJ AP played both types of music and mixed it perfectly, so that everyone felt comfortable dancing.

We had a fantastic experience with JJ&T. From our first correspondence, Jessica was friendly and efficient. She provided several options for DJs and live music, offered several recommendations for DJs available on our date and in our price range who she thought would be good fits, and managed booking and payment smoothly. DJ Motheus (aka Tim) was a rock star! My husband is from West Africa and he was totally up for the challenge of mixing our favorites and that of our families (80s, Motown, Current, African - no easy feat). We live outside the U.S. but communication was super. On the day of, he played all our "must-plays," took requests from our guests, selected other tunes that kept everyone dancing, and patiently took a back seat when one of our families took over emcee duties for a while (with our blessing!). I'd work with DJ Motheus, Jessica, and JJ&T again anytime.

Chelle and the group were wonderful! They looked great, sounded better and were extremely low maintenance. They moved around the venue unobtrusively and played beautifully throughout the wedding. Jessica was very organized and quick to respond throughout the process. We told her our budget and she responded with multiple options for DJs. We ended up picking DJ Terry Bulles, as he was willing to work within our budget, even though he normally would charge a higher fee. After calling Terry, we were confident he was the type of experienced professional we were looking for. I had called at least three other DJ companies prior to working with JJ&T and the other DJs were much more eccentric over the phone and did not match with our personality. Terry was very easy to work with and even showed up earlier than he needed to just to make sure any guests that arrived prior to the start of cocktail hour had music. He worked with the catering manager and kept the night flowing smoothly, and made sure the focus was on us, unlike some DJs which make themselves the center of attention. Our guests had a great time and the dance floor was packed throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend JJ&T Entertainment and DJ Terry to any of my friends in the future.

We picked JJ&T Entertaiment last min and it was a great decision. Jessica was our coordinator and she was responsive and very friendly and pricing is very reasonable! We decided to work with DJ Terry and Terry was wondeful to work with. I was more of a hands-on bride and Terry worked with me on my music selection and our guests had a lot of fun. JJ&T Entertainment was probably the easiest to deal with of all of our wedding contractors. Jessica was very responsive to my questions and helped me to decide on Music By Anthem Duo for my ceremony music. Chelle worked with me to pick out the perfect music selections for the wedding party to enter and leave the ceremony. What I will remember and cherish most though is that Chelle and her partner found and learned to play for the ceremony a song that my 12 year old son had selected for us (Rewrite the Stars), not realizing that at the end of the song the lyrics suggest the couple breaks up. As an instrumental the song is quite beautiful and as a surprise, my now husband and I wanted to include the song in the ceremony. The expression on my son’s face when he realized his song was playing during the ceremony was priceless. I can’t thank Music by Anthem Duo enough for making that moment for him and us.

We highly recommend hiring Debbie as your next wedding DJ. She made sure to touch base with us on our event needs and requests well before the wedding date. She served as an excellent emcee for our reception and read our audience well when it came to selecting dance music and making sure our guests were having a great time (people were dancing from the beginning to the end!). Overall, Debbie was professional, organized and had a great personality to work with.

Jessica, the consultant was wonderful to work with and Jerry Lynn, our musician, was very nice and easy to work with. They packed up so quickly that we didn't get a change to tip them! The music was absolutely beautiful.

I used the harp/violin service (Gail Shanta) for my ceremony and DJ services (DJ Motheus) for cocktail hour and reception and I can say I am so pleased I went with JJ&T Entertainment! Each person (especially Jessica) was responsive and engaged and everyone at my wedding had a blast. I would definitely recommend.

Jessica with JJ&T Entertainment helped us find and secure Music By Anthem, a string quartet for our daughter’s wedding. Jessica sent us song clips we could listen to, to see if the group was what we were looking for. Chelle Fulk, the groups violinist, and the rest of the group, were perfect! They played for 2 hours, while guests were arriving, during the ceremony, and for cocktail hour. My daughter had picked out a few theme songs from Disney movies and Music By Anthem was able to play them. The ceremony and cocktail hour were outside under a covered pavilion at a vineyard. The scenery around us was gorgeous and the sound of their live music was amazing! Several guests complimented the music was a nice touch and some even videoed them playing. Thank you Jessica for matching us up. Great job!

DJ Dave was professional, courteous, and did an incredible job at our wedding. He attended our rehearsal to know the layout of the venue, came early the wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and was able to play music in three different locations throughout the night. All of our guests raved about what an incredible job he did! He walked us through the process leading up to the wedding and played all of the songs we requested. He was amazing - could not recommend him highly enough!!!! JJ Entertainment was also great to work with - and our photo booth we booked through them was also a huge hit!

We absolutely LOVED DJ Debbie! She was fantastic! She listened to everything we wanted and we actually had to have our shuttle service make an extra two trips because almost every stayed until the very end. Everyone said how much fun they had dancing and that she played great songs. We are also very happy with JJ&T Entertainment. They were so great to work with and made everything extremely easy for us. Booking the DJ was one of the easiest parts of our planning and they made it so stress-free.

JJ&T has a number of DJs that work in the DC-MD-VA area. We've worked with Nelson (DJ Xtreme Sound) who was absolutely amazing! Jessica coordinates the DJs and she scheduled our initial meeting with Nelson. She was very quick to respond to our questions, inquiries, and very accommodating to our requests. We've ended up working with Nelson, who has a perfect personality for a DJ - he is outgoing, but he doesn't overtake the event, and he doesn't "overtalk" the event. He is very attentive to requests, and has a good feel for the audience. He was super professional throughout the whole process, very clear about the information he needed from us (types of music, specific songs, plan of the event, announcements, etc.). The reception was paced perfectly, from him announcing us, through the first dances, speeches, cake-cutting, all the way to the last song. Of all the weddings I have been to, he was by far the best DJ I have ever seen.

We hired JJ&T Entertainment for our wedding in June, and we are very pleased with them! We had a violin and guitar duet from String of Pearls for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and DJ Terry Bulles for the reception. Everything went smoothly, and everyone was very responsive and professional. Our guests loved our music!

We had a great experience with JJ&T Entertainment for our wedding. Jessica was always readily available and very responsive any time I called. She was understanding of our needs and worked with us through all of my concerns. We used Debbie as our DJ and were a little anxious when she wasn't as responsive as we would have liked the week before our wedding. However, as soon as we told Jessica about this, we got an immediate response later that day. On the day of the wedding, Debbie was amazing. We had some very specific song choices that we had edited down and sent her the mp3's for. She worked with us on our requests and kept our timeline working well. Our wedding was both outside and inside at different parts, which made the music a little bit of a challenge. There were also some uncertainties when it came to weather. Debbie was very professional and brought all of her own equipment to accommodate our tenuous weather and multiple venue locations. On the day of, I don't think a single thing went wrong. She was very smooth and easy to work with. She even sent us a card after our wedding which was a really sweet touch. We loved working with her and would highly recommend both Debbie and Jessica in the future.

JJ&T Entertainment had pretty good DJ options and we phone interviewed a few different DJs. Jessica was very responsive and helpful setting everything up, but sometimes a little overly eager. I was a little overwhelmed with wedding planning and her several emails didn't help with my stress level at the time. We picked Debbie to be our DJ! I thought Debbie did great! I got several compliments on how great she was, especially the shoe game! It was one of the games she suggested and everyone raved about it! I thought she picked the perfect questions to ask! She has a great speaking voice and I was I really liked that she gave out glow sticks to the kids, which was a big hit! I usually think of everything and I didn't think of that. It definitely set the party atmosphere! We had a lot of fun! I know our event staff started changing around her time line so she probably didn't have the easiest time fielding their demands but I didn't notice if anything went wrong or if she was unhappy working with them. I think she did everything really well. The only suggestions would be that I should have payed more attention to her time line. I didn't notice the gap in the time between speeches and dancing. I think it was a little awkward for people but it did give us a chance to visit every table and thank people for coming so it worked out! I really appreciated their flexibility too! The weather caused us to move our cocktail hour inside and it was great that we could add more time to our contract right before the wedding!

I had the opportunity to work with a guitarist (Jerry Lynn)and a DJ (DJ Andres) for my Wedding in May in Alexandria, VA. Both DJ and the guitarist were amazing and provided the best service I have ever seen. I would highly recommend JJ&T Entertainment, from my initial conversation to the day of, best service overall!!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Jessica @ JJ&T Entertainment. She was very responsive and provided a variety of musicians/DJ's to choose from within your budget. Peter Fields was the live guitarist for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He was happy to play more classical music for the ceremony and then switch it up to more Americana for the cocktail hour. Many guests commented to me on how great he was. Highly recommended.

Great communication, Jessica and DJ Motheus answered all of my questions. DJ Motheus was awesome, we met before the big day and discussed the music I wanted. He was able to find all of the Nigerian songs I wanted to play for my new in-laws. He worked really well with my day-of coordinator and even pitched in with guests. He helped get guests from the cocktail hour space to the reception dinner space. He made all the necessary announcements, he even made sure to get the names of my wedding party right. Then as a special request for my sister he played a mash-up of some of her favorite dance songs. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

Nelson Vargas was our DJ for the evening. He was excellent! He provided music for the cocktail hour and fantastic , fun, danceable music for the reception. Most guests stayed on the dance floor until the end. He is a great DJ and talented entertainer.

JJ&T Entertainment is a great 1-stop-shop for all your wedding entertainment. We were able to select our ceremony guitarist and DJ through them and were very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We were able customize our playlist for the ceremony music and our DJ listened to our vision for the night and 100% delivered! We would highly recommend JJ&T Entertainment!

Jessica was responsive and easy to work with. She understood exactly what we needed for the ceremony and the reception at our special venue. Ten days before the wedding we decided that we needed a string quartet rather than the trio we had decided on for the ceremony. At the close of business that same day, she filled our request and sent us a new contract. The musicians she lined up for the ceremony and the reception were outstanding and couldn't have been better for our event. The Music by Anthem Quartet provided beautiful music by clearly accomplished musicians for the ceremony and cocktails that followed. Chelle was responsive to inquiries and available for suggestions and coaching. Their timing lined up perfectly with the order of events and Chelle's music recommendations and choices could not have been better. These are fine musicians. We couldn't have been happier. Ellington Carthan played the piano for the 2.5 hour dinner/reception. He played jazz, classical, show tunes and more. Five days before the wedding, the groom requested a specific song and wanted to surprise the bride with it. Ellington found the sheet music for this old French song, prepared it and played it beautifully just at the right time as the couple entered the reception. Ellington is a professional, versatile, quality pianist. So glad we had him there.

I wasn’t planning to write this review, but I would want to know about this experience while searching for a booking agent. My wedding planner suggested I speak with Jessica because she books a specific artist we were interested in. We also worked with her to look for a DJ. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping us search for a DJ that was somewhere near our budget. Once we selected a DJ we wanted to speak to, Jessica stated that she’d email the DJ and copy me on it. She then copied me on the below email. While she never asked me my plans for the layout of my event, I assume she asked my wedding planner who relayed my ideal setup. Jessica never spoke with me directly about the plans or voiced any concerns (if she had, I could have explained that this was my ideal setup, but I am aware that the weather in early November is unpredictable and I do have backup plans in place.) Instead, she criticized my plans to the DJ and copied me on the email. This was an incredibly awkward, unprofessional, and frankly catty situation. Once my wedding planner brought the fact that I was copied on her email to her attention, Jessica did send me an apology. With so many other professional booking companies in the DC area, I would not recommend working with her, especially now knowing the way she speaks about her potential clients. Email: “They say they want the ceremony outside (November -really), and there will be a heated tent for dancing and maybe dinner. There is a also a covered porch that is not heated that they may seat people (dumb). Power is about 100 feet from the ceremony site. Probably 2 systems, but extra speakers for porch area. Let me know when you initiate contact via phone and copy me on all correspondence.” PS. The covered porch she referenced has heaters.

We used JJ&T Entertainment to book a DJ for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! Jessica was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process and set us up with a great DJ, Debbie. DJ Debbie was a hit at our wedding, she played perfect music all night and was really accommodating to guests that made requests. I would highly recommend JJ&T for any event!

Our venue recommended JJ&T Entertainment and I'm glad we booked our DJ through them- Jessica was great to work with! She was very responsive and willing to help us find a DJ within our budget. When our down payment got lost in the mail, she was understanding and worked with us to get it straightened out. We booked DJ AP Andres, who was also a pleasure to work with. My husband and I struggled to find the right songs for our wedding so I was a little late getting our list together, but he was also very understanding. We even decided to change a few songs the day before our wedding, including our first dance song that isn't very well known, but Andres was able to find it. We could not have asked for a better DJ- everyone was on the dance floor all night! We were very pleased with both Jessica & DJ AP Andres and would highly recommend working with them!

Jessica and DJ Debbie were both wonderful to work with. They were so responsive and made the whole process easy. Jessica reached out and called me right after I put a request in on the knot. DJ Debbie was so sweet and spent almost 30 minutes on the phone a week before the wedding making sure she was correctly pronouncing everyone’s name in the bridal party. Numerous guests came up to us during the wedding and raved about her. Would recommend them over and over again!
