Jeff and Jessica at JJ&T Entertainment really made our wedding day so special. The music was beautiful (felt like we were in an episode of Bridgerton) and Jeff had such an amazing catalog of songs to choose from for both our ceremony and cocktail hour. Scheduling was a breeze and Jessica even helped us with our rain day contingency plan. I recommend them highly for any events where you would like live music accompaniment. Just overall such a wonderful experience!

We had DJ Terry Bulles and violinist Jeff Issokson. Both were very communicative and open to any questions we had leading up to our wedding day. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and we were pleased with the services. Would definitely recommend!

As a “senior couple” planning a wedding and reception we wanted a pianist who could play tunes from our era during the luncheon as well as play and sing during the first dance. Jessica arranged for just the right person to meet our requirements, Dehrric Richburg.

We hired DJ Debbie Bulles through JJ&T Entertainment for our October 2023 wedding after speaking with a handful of other DJs. First: working with JJ&T Entertainment was incredibly smooth. Jessica handled all communication regarding booking and payment and was an open, regular communicator. JJ&T has several DJs and other talent available. After looking through the bios of the DJs and speaking with one other, we selected Debbie as our DJ. From the beginning, it was clear that Debbie was there to help us make our vision come true. She asked questions about what kind of "personality" we wanted our DJ to have, the music style, etc. She made it very easy to communicate what we envisioned, and we had multiple conversations with her. When it came to the day of the wedding, Debbie was flawless. She handled our more unconventional requests (including two accompanying tracks for guest performances and speeches that ran throughout the whole dinner) with ease and kept the dance floor going smoothly all night long. She played the songs we had listed as priorities, mixing the transitions well and choosing appropriate songs for different times of the night, but also put her own professional spin on additional songs. Even our older guests were on the dance floor, and several people commented how good our music was! We'd highly recommend both Debbie and JJ&T Entertainment.

Debbie was so great to talk to and really listened to us on the. She accommodated on-the-fly requests and dealt with odd guests requests with courtesy, without shifting the dancing mood too much. No audio issues that we were aware of. Her announcements throughout the night were clear, concise, and calm, exactly what we were hoping for. We sent a huge playlist of songs we wanted for dancing, plus a separate one for the dinner, she played pretty much all of them with a few additions of her own selection that matched the mood really well. Would absolutely work with her again.

The musicians exceeded expectations! Our guests are still talking about how incredible the ceremony and cocktail hour music was, I only wish I could have heard them!! We completely missed cocktail hour :( Having the harp and violin was simply enchanting and created the perfect ambiance for walking down the aisle and during cocktail hour. Their talent was evident in every note they played and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Eric was so easy to work with beforehand to match our vision for the day. From the moment we connected, he exhibited the utmost professionalism and worked closely with us to determine the perfect musical selections that reflected our personalities. He was creative in helping us find the perfect music for our "family promises" during the ceremony as we blended our two families into one. We highly recommend Eric and Jeff to any couples seeking a talented harpist and violinist who are looking to bring beauty and grace to their special day!

We had a fantastic time at our wedding, in big part thanks to DJ Mopheus. In particular, he worked with us on incorporating a Second Line that everyone loved, and appropriately managed when our toasts went (very!) long. We also appreciated that he was very communicative prior to our big day. Thank you to J&J Entertainment for helping our guests dance the night away!

We employed the String Duo from JJ&T for our ceremony and cocktail music. Jessica at JJ&T made sure that everything was set to go well before our wedding date. The music was everything we had hoped it would be. The musicians arrived on time and prepared. The music was fantastic, creating the ambience that we had envisioned. Jeff Issokson, the lead of the group, was incredibly accommodating to song requests and punctual on his replies. Our guests said nothing but positive praise about the entire performance. We cannot recommend them enough and wish them nothing but the best. We feel like we made a great decision hiring them for our special day and I know that others will feel the same as well.

Jessica the owner and DJ Terry were absolutely fantastic. Terry had a great personality and was EXTREMELY flexible. We were essentially able to create our own playlist and even had start and stop times in certain songs. That played during our ceremony and reception. DJ Terry played to the crowd and allowed for requests (we allowed that but he doesn't do it if you don't want him to). All of our guests commented on how great the night was and how DJ Terry easily kept the party going.

Could not have been happier in selecting DJ Ivan Cortez for our reception. We had very specific criteria for our DJ and wanted to avoid cheesy wedding music to make it more of club party vibe. Ivan had been one of the DJ's at a local spot in DC so we had a sense of who we were getting. Our wedding was also ethnically diverse, latino and white, and wanted a balance of music from across the spectrum. Ivan exceed our expectations in keeping the pace lively and and hyped.

DJ Terry was absolutely incredible! He helped make our wedding so much fun and made everything run smoothly!

We had Anthem Duo play during our ceremony and cocktail hour and they were amazing! We had specific requests (StarWars music) and they were able to play them all and more! Their music was beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed their playlist. They also have plenty of music ideas to play if you’re not sure what to play during your event. They were punctual and professional. We still talk about how memorable and beautiful the music was. I would 100% recommend!

I would like to update that that it was a tremendous experience from the start to finish. Working with JJ&T I had several options to choose from many DJ's that confirm your style and chemistry together! We went with DJ Nelson and he was SUPER accommodating and amazing!! He made sure that all of our needs were met and made sure EVERYONE HAD AN AWESOME time at our wedding. Our wedding was truly the best day ever and he was apart of that experience. Working with JJ&T Entertainment and Auro Duo was an absolute pleasure. Aura Duo was phenomenal! We had an absolute blast and everyone really enjoyed their performance. Everyone was dancing which was wonderful to see. Jessica from JJ&T Entertainment was very responsive, prompt, and she got us the perfect band! I'm already thinking of future parties we can plan so we can book Aura Duo again. I highly recommend using them for your entertainment needs.

The entire experience working with JJ&T Entertainment was wonderful!! Jessica’s flexibility, support, and communication throughout the entire process was tremendous. Then, working with DJ Rico on our celebration day was an absolute delight! DJ Rico knew when to dial it back and then turn it up to get everyone on the dance floor. DJ Rico was great. During the lead up to the wedding, we were very anxious about all our vendors, but our conversation with DJ Rico beforehand was very reassuring and a bright spot in an otherwise hectic time. He did a great job on the day of the wedding and was flexible in receiving our song list pretty late in the game. We recommend DJ Rico to your other clients.

DJ Debbie was fantastic. Her experience and professionalism were a great help guiding us through planning that part of our reception. When it was possible that our pianist might not be able to play our ceremony, DJ Debbie was flexible enough to potentially step in. During the reception she did a great job encouraging everyone on the dance floor and keeping energy high. There were a couple of mistakes that may have been due to miscommunication. Her song selection was great.

DJ Motheus did a fantastic job with our wedding! We appreciated his approach of providing us a way to provide song suggestions over time via google spreadsheet as thoughts occurred to us, and he handled last minute changes such as a change in processional song with ease. We had a party of mostly folks with young kids, and he did a great job reading the room and bringing great energy. Several of our guests told us how impressed they were with our DJ, and even my wife’s grandmother (who hasn’t danced in 20 years) was out on the dance floor. We highly recommend!

JJ&T and DJ Motheus were FANTASTIC!!!! The company itself was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. DJ Motheus was awesome. We wanted music to keep people dancing the entire reception and he delivered! we were able to speak with him a few times before the day, to discuss music preferences, order of songs, provide a song playlist we like, and any other special requests. Great music and a great set up with his additional lights and props. He also handled the ceremony beautifully with transitioning flawlessly from one groups entrance songs to the next. We had the lovely luck on our wedding to have sun, snow, rain, and hail and DJ Motheus was able to adjust to changed entrances without anyone noticing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Also, a big plus for us was the assurance that if our DJ were to get ill right before the wedding (a.k.a Covid or something), they would be able to send another. our experience was great. As an extra note we are a same sex couple and the company and DJ Motheus made us feel totally comfortable and rocked it!

Jessica helped us to find a perfect team of string players (violin and cello duo). It is a key element to add to our gorgeous wedding. The violinist perform such a great song fir our first dance as well. Truly thankful to find JJ&T and highly recommend it to others!

DJ AP Andres came highly recommended as The Osprey's in-house DJ and we couldn't have been happier. We had a lot of different music selections, events and people involved in our wedding and DJ AP Andres was very involved in making it successful. He seemed to have a plan for each of the rooms at the venue, setting up standalone setups so reach room had audio. Without DJ AP Andres, our wedding wouldn't have been a success. Thank you!

We could not have had a better experience with DJ Terry and the entire team at JJ & T! From the moment we booked, we knew we made a great call. DJ Terry and Jessica were courteous and BEYOND accommodating! Our venue was multiple rooms with an outdoor dance floor which proved to be sure the challenge in terms of set-up and DJ Terry made it a breeze! JJ&T Entertainment was wonderful! We had a harp and violin duo for our wedding and they were just amazing. I wanted a pretty random song for my procession, and they had absolutely no problem with that, and it sounded wonderful. Everything turned out perfectly with them!

We had an amazing experience with JJ&T Entertainment and DJ AP Andres specifically at our wedding. DJ AP Andres and team were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and were able to cut down our wedding songs to the length we wanted. DJ AP Andres was also extremely flexible and was able to make changes to our schedule and music preferences even on the day of our wedding. We had a wonderful time and received tons of compliments about how amazing our dj was. Thank you again!!

We hired DJ Nelson Vargas for our wedding and he was amazing!!! I genuinely believe he is the reason the wedding day was such a success. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was professional, brought great energy and played the perfect mix of music for our multi-cultural wedding. I would recommend DJ Nelson to anyone who is looking for a DJ for any event. Jessica was a tremendous help throughout the process. She listened to what we were looking for, provided several recommendations for DJs that met our needs, and supported the planning and coordination once we chose the DJ for the special Day. Tim, AKA DJ Motheus, was great to work with. He put together everything based on the bride and groom's desires, was energetic and very flexible / supportive throughout all parts of the day's events - from ceremony through last dance at the end of the reception.

We loved working with Jessica for our wedding on June 11-12. It is always a pleasure to work with her-very responsive and professional. We hired a DJ and a Percussionist and they were absolutely fabulous, they worked well together and kept everyone dancing all night. Thank you, Jessica! It wasn’t an easy road for us to wedding day with the initial pandemic cancellation, but Jessica Lynn made everything easy and kept in touch with us the whole way! We are very thankful for Jessica and DJ Debbie Bulles for coordinating the sound and music for our wedding! 2020 was not an easy year to plan a wedding, but Jessica and Debbie were very flexible and pleasant to work with. I do wish they could have offered live streaming, since we wanted to make arrangements for all of our original guest list to see us wed. We ended up outsourcing another company to handle that. However when it came to the music, DJ Debbie did a great job spinning tunes and making announcements at the reception, and she followed every request. Thank you, JJ&T Entertainment!

They were professional. However, the music could have been better.

Jessica Lynn at JJ&T Entertainment was an absolutely wonderful addition to our wedding planning process. She was very responsive and so pleasant to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process, which included delays due to Covid 19. Our venue manager, Meg Sharley, at the Dacor Bacon House in Washington, DC, recommended her highly and we were extremely happy we selected her. Initially, my daughter and her fiance weren't sure what kind of music they wanted at their wedding. Jessica helped them explore a number of options and made several recommendations to consider. Once they decided on live cello and violin for the ceremony and reception, they reached out to Jessica's recommended couples. Because she has such a vast network of musical talent in the DC/MD/VA metro area, she was able to immediately put them in touch with several excellent musicians. The bride and groom were able to view videos of the couples and their music and make a final selection. All of the musicians provided for consideration were so talented that it made the selection process a bit of a challenge! When the wedding needed to be delayed because of Covid 19 social distancing restrictions, Jessica worked with us to immediately reschedule the musicians for the new date. When one of the musicians experienced a medical issue that prevented them from performing, Jessica recommended musicians of equal caliber who were available for the new date. We were all thrilled with the gorgeous background music they provided before, during and after the wedding. It was the perfect backdrop for the bride and groom and their special day! Jessica was so helpful and easy going and worked with us throughout the unexpected ups and downs of having a wedding during the Covid 19 pandemic. Her calm, competent presence made everything as easy as possible during trying times. We highly recommend working with Jessica of JJ&T Entertainment for all your musical needs! She's absolutely wonderful.

DJ Debbie Bulles was excellent. She helped us figure out what music we really wanted to make our wedding great. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We were thankful for how she helped us to build out a great playlist that all of our guests really enjoyed. Debbie also made sure the ceremony went smoothly with sound support for the celebrant as well as a friend who played guitar for us. I can’t say enough how easy it was to work with Debbie and how much she added to our day.

JJ&T was a great addition to our day. We were in contact with them after our initial DJ dropped out of the wedding - one month before. We were frantic and scrambling, and Jessica helped us out in our moment of need. She was calm, pleasant, and helpful, and soothed the nerves of everyone on my side who was feeling overwhelmed. We contracted with DJ Debbie Bulles for the wedding and she was GREAT! So very friendly and sweet, and great at her job. She played just the right amount of slow and fast songs, and made sure to hit all our requested songs. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat should I ever need a DJ in the future.

We loved JJ & T Entertainment from the very start. Jessica was professional and calming in a crisis (the DJ had quit and we were a month out from the wedding) - and she found the perfect match for us with Lady D! (DJ Debbie Bulles) Debbie was on time, set up and smiling. She worked with our needs inside and outside and has a fantastic feel for the mood in the room. Couldn't have had a better experience!

We were married on September 21, 2019. We reached out to JJ&T for our music needs. Based on reviews we read on the Knot, DJ Debbie's name was mentioned often and for wonderful reasons, so we picked her as our DJ. Jessica was the agent we spoke with who represented the musicians. We were interested in live musicians for the ceremony, so she sent us links to see and hear the available musicians play. We chose the Jerry Lynn Duo after hearing him play, and we decided we wanted a guitar and cellist to perform. Jessica was very quick to respond, and CC'ed both the DJ and musicians in each e-mail for thorough communication. Jerry Lynn was quick to respond and flexible with all requests. DJ Debbie was slow to respond via e-mail but was willing to schedule phone calls. I never got the chance to speak with the Jerry Lynn Duo, unfortunately, but the music I was able to hear was beautiful. I heard all wonderful things in regards to their professionalism and flexibility.  We did have some concerns with DJ Debbie. I completed her DJ Coordination sheet but that needs to be transferred to a word document where it can be easily edited to better fit each wedding's needs. The lines were tiny and I had to draw a lot of arrows in order to fit names and songs in certain spaces. I think the organization of this sheet caused confusion on both ends. Although I mentioned a step-father/daughter dance many times via e-mail and phone, there was no room on the coordination sheet so I forgot to add it. Debbie had this dance nowhere on her itinerary the day of. Thankfully I had a bridesmaid check-in, and we were able to catch this slip up before it caused any issues. We started later than planned, and for some reason Debbie seemed more stressed by this (if anything, I would have thought this would have given her more time to prepare). She also mispronounced names after asking the wedding party how to pronounce their names. Lots of little things. However, we also threw a lot of new and unplanned things at her, like asking her to announce the WVU game's score throughout the night, as well as getting rid of a lot of the activities on our itinerary and pushing things to be sooner. The DJ tends to be the glue of the reception, bringing everything together, but that didn't quite happen. We are still satisfied with her services, but we felt it was important for bride's and groom's to have as much information as possible to be able to make the best decision for themselves and their wedding day.

I worked with Jessica for our ceremony music and her husband Jerry was one of the musicians for the wedding. They were extremely congenial and easy to work with. I wanted as many Beatles songs as possible during the ceremony and cocktail hour and Jerry made it come true! We feel so lucky to have found Jessica and Jerry. Highly recommended!

We would like to thank Jessica and her crew at JJ&T Entertainment for making our wedding day a huge success. They get loads of credit for working on the hottest day in July and the hottest day this year. Everyone was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The ladies with Music by Anthem, had a huge selection of classical pieces for the ceremony and played beautifully as all our guests arrived. DJ Debbie Bulles kept us dancing the night away as we gathered around the pool to keep cool. She even played every song on our playlist. DJ Motheus (Tim) was a fantastic DJ for our wedding! He did the music for our ceremony and reception and it all went flawlessly. We communicated to him exactly what music we wanted and he delivered. All my friends loved the dancing!

My husband and I could not have found a better DJ. Tim (DJ Motheus) was wonderful, kind, professional, and flexible. He easily accommodated some special set-up requests, read the crowd well, and rolled with the punches (amid lots of last minute timeline changes!).
