My Fiance called the salon on 2/12/24 requesting to speak to someone about the “On site Bridal experience” listed in the brochure found here on the knot. Was told the person in charge was doing hair at the moment and a call back would be made after name na number was taken down. The brochure on the knot was the same as the one listed on the website for the salon. ($45/updo, $45/makeup, $0.74/mi for travel). Waited until Friday 2/16 with no call back whatsoever to go over and confirm information. Called the salon back on 2/16 just to be told that the document on the knot is up to date, but the website is not (still same brochure) but that they were charging $1.10/mi and $65 for updos and $60+ for makeup per person. False advertising and wasted a week of my time waiting for response

JJ's did an amazing job with our wedding hair and makeup! They were really easy to communicate with/work with despite me living out of town. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the woman they partner with for makeup was great too! All the girls are super nice, very personable and really did a great job! My hair was done in the morning and held up EXTREMELY well the entire day, despite taking outdoor photos on an very windy day! Definitely recommend them for wedding hair and makeup!
