in the end because all the local bridal shops were easily 500-700 dollars . These dresses are more reasonably priced and offer a variety of styles . All the dresses I received were good quality , with nice detailing and soft /lightweight fabric for chiffon and not too heavy for other styles. I even tried the online chat service to get advice and that was helpful . The only drawback is waiting for dresses to become available ( depending on your size ) . If you start early enough - you won’t feel rushed - as I waited a bit too long .  Also -I am not sure all dresses are part of try on program . The return service was seamless - as I could drop off at my local Ulta - just 3 miles away with Happy Returns. I will try JJ’s again for any other functions I might have .

I have utilized their try-on program for a couple dresses and my bridesmaids have found some cute options on there as well as my fiancé’s mom. I struggled with taking my own measurements (that’s why I sent back my first two try-on dresses), so I would recommend getting someone to help you or getting multiple sizes.

very simple to use, try before you buy program. I did order about 6 dresses to "try before you buy". This is where I realized the quality of their dresses! I did end up ordering a different dress that was floor length. I was able to custom order by my measurements, which I appreciate because I am about 3 different sizes within one body. I was also able to have the dress made short! I am so excited to wear the dress on my 50th Anniversary the 28th of February!!

th JJSHOUSE did I find something was elegant and fit my body right. My mom even found her dress here too and said the quality was superb. Customer service is great too. Highly recommend.

nd style selection is amazing but what sets JJsHouse apart is the “try-on” option.  What looks good on their models and what looks good on me are very different things!  I am so grateful that I could try the dresses on and find a good look for me.  The limited sizes and color selection of the try-on dresses made it a bit hard not to judge on the color but it was so much better than just looking at the pictures on models shaped nothing like me.  I could also verify the excellent quality of the dresses before buying.  Highly recommend!!

ally chose an evening gown, not a “wedding dress”, but the selection of colors available allowed me to make it a perfect wedding dress. It was extremely well made, high quality and unique. I highly recommend JJ House. 

asy right? I measured the circumference of the bicep between armpit and shoulder at 12” and “hollow to floor” with an extra half Inch for my flat shoe as 54.5” for the floor length dress. They suggested 14.5 for the bicep, reasonable so my arms could move within the sleeves, and I approved it. I also added an instruction that sleeve needed to be cut larger than their standard 10 & 12 which were slightly tight on me. Due to their multiple errors in constructing the dress according to agreed measurements I could not wear the dress. My arms fit like sausages inside of casings (much tighter than even the 10 and the 12 I had tried) and the dress fell several inches above the floor. I submitted a picture of the dress showing the bicep was cut at 12” not 14.5 as agreed. They said I had used the “wrong method” to measure bicep! (How many methods are there?) They said that I should have provided the critical “hollow to hem” measurement when they asked for “hollow to floor” and then adjusted for my hight without my approval. After much correspondence back and forth they continued to refuse my request for refund until AFTER I opened a dispute with my credit card company. JJ’s told Citibank VISA that they had not issued the refund because I had not returned the dress. (True, since they were refusing to credit me). So then FINALLY they said they would be “happy to refund me once the dress was returned”. I immediately did so at my own expense. USPS tracking indicated the dress was delivered, but then came excuse after excuse from JJ’s house. First that Citibank would issue my refund. (No, they closed the case thinking it was resolved). Then they wanted me to provide proof it was closed by Citibank which I did. Then they said they could not credit my original payment method, I would need to set up PayPal, which I reluctantly did. Then they said they could not find my PayPal so I straightened that out! In the end, they claimed that the evidence provided by my USPS tracking number was incorrect and they had not received the dress back! So Citibank ate the cost of my dress and credited me, and the fraudulent JJ’s House got to keep the money for the botched job! I have read other reviews indicating similar issues. I spent literally hours trying to resolve this with JJ’s House. They make their money on the fact that most people would not!

r of the groom and now am mother of the bride (second wedding within 1 year's time) and I will 1000% be back. I have had no issues except for some delayed shipping, but that was NOT because of JJ's House but circumstances completely out of their control. Their products are top notch. They also offer ties, vests, bow ties, men's suits and under garments and the list could go on. Their try-on option is also incredible. I have used this a couple times to ensure proper fit and am so glad they make it so easy!

at you can have dresses made to measure. The custom sized dress I ordered for her fit perfectly, and I didn't have to adjust it at all. I ordered the other dress for her from their "final sale" section, and got it at an amazing price. I could not customize that one, so make sure you measure your child and order the closest size to her measurements.
