The dress was very nice quality and the fit was accurate. It was a bit pricier, but the materials were nice. Coupons and deals are very quick to be over though! If they send you one use it right away.

JJ's House is wonderful to deal with for bridesmaid dresses. Having a try on option with B3G1 was super helpful for picking out the perfect dress. Their dresses are very close to the pictures online and are good quality -I liked all of the ones I tried on. They also have a nice points system that gives you rewards for purchases and also reviews. I would definitely reccomend them

I loved the "try before you buy" option. They were very quick yo respond to emails even with the time difference. I will be ordering my wedding dress from them and getting it custom sized so stay tuned+

Dress was terrible quality. Ordered with custom dimensions and it came 3" longer than specified...only in the front though, in the worst spot. The back was shorter. Fabric was cheap polyester, see through, full of static electricity. You could see the pockets right through the dress. The ivory color came a neon white. They don't use elastic threads or materials so fabric has no stretch or give to it and will bind and dig into your body when you move. Return policy is a joke. Won't return my dress even though THEY messed up the custom dimensions by 3". They blamed ME for ordering a light fabric dress with pockets, when I complained about seeing the pockets through the dress. They will do nothing to help. They also changed the ship date from the time frame specified at the time of order. AVOID.

The dresses were great. I got 4 try on ones and returns were easy. i will be ordering my dress from there.

I have used JJ's House try before you buy option and it went extremely smoothly from delivery to return. I will be ordering my bridesmaid dress from JJ's House, and the process went very smoothly when I used their try-on deal to I could figure out which style of dress was best. The only issue is that there are only select colors available for trying on, and sometimes they are completely out of stock. So if you see a dress you like you better order it quickly to try on before it's gone for a while. The dresses arrived quickly, were of nice quality, and the return process was pretty easy. Pricing is reasonable. A good experience!

Top quality, stunning dresses! I took advantage of the "try-on for $10." What a wonderful way to find "the perfect" dress! I was so impressed with everything to the ease of ordering, shipping, returning, but most of all the quality and beauty of each dress I have ordered. The size was spot on with the size chart, another impressive quality. I haven't chosen "the perfect" dress yet for my son's wedding, but I know it will come from JJ's as I'm still taking advantage of the "try-on for $10."

Very easy process. I chose the dress Iwanted. Excellent communication with my order status. Received my dress in 2 weeks from my order date. The dress is beautiful. Well made. Completely lined. No raw seams on the entire dress. Color is as I expected, DARK navy. Form fitting. I chose a short dress. I'm 5'3" the dress falls about 2 inches below my knees. The lace overlay is very nice. I would definitely order from JJ's House again.

SCAMMERS, Do not buy from them is you need the dress to be in the color you requested. I ordered a plum one tone (dark color) dress, instead I got a lilac two tones color. They won't exchange it, if I want to return it is with a restocking fee. Had the audacity of gaslighting me and blame it on the lighting. First picture is what I ordered, second one what I got

I'd 💯 recommend the try on at home program and JJs House. Dresses are great quality and arrived quickly. The return process is easy and stress free. My only negative is that my size wasnt always available for the try on at home dresses. Regardless I'm thrilled to have found my dress! Thank you JJs House!

We chose JJs for bridesmaids dresses for the wide colour selection as we are doing six different colours together. The try before you buy option has been great and the quality and fit of the dresses has been true to the size chart and photos. Shipping has been quick and we are very happy with our choice of company for such an important part of our day!

I am beyond upset for not only receiving an incorrectly made dress that I paid extra money to customize but also for being told that I inputted the measurements wrong and that the dress was made correctly. I customized a floor-length dress to fit my body proportions, but the system would not allow me to input a measurement of more than 50 inches for the hollow-to-floor measurement because the length of the dress was 61 inches. So I added that 5 extra inches of length to the measurements. However, I received a dress that only reached up to my ankles. Initially, I was told that I did not order a floor-length dress, and then I was told that the height "is not the dress length of customization." The dress that I received was 57 inches from the top of the dress to the bottom of the dress when I specified that I wanted an extra 5 inches added to the length of the dress. I was given a "gesture of goodwill" with a 10% discount applied to my next order....which I will not be using because I will never be buying anything from this company ever again. I have never been more disappointed in an online order purchase order before and I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know who needs a dress in the future. Instead, I will refer anyone I know to Azazie, where the height of the dress you see online is the height of the dress that you will receive.

I started out looking for a dress to wear for a wedding and found it to be an exhausting experience. I was on my computer when I found this website. The prices seemed so reasonable I thought I would give them a try. I found three dresses that I fell in love with that looked great on the model so took a chance and ordered one of the dresses in the color smoky and used their measuring guide. To be honest I was a little nervous about what the quality of the dress would be like because of the price I paid. The dress arrived in 7 days. Holding my breath as I opened the bag it came in to my surprise the fit is perfect and the quality of the dress is wonderful. I love love love it. I tried it on and honestly still cannot believe how reasonably priced the dress is. I couldn't wait to show my friends. I ended up showing them the actual price I paid because no one would have believed it otherwise. I ended up ordering two more dresses from them and then decided to place an order for earrings and shoes. I haven't received the earings and shoes yet but when I do I will let you know about my experience. I am a person that never writes a review and a big skeptic at heart but realize there are many people like I am that is wondering about price and quality. There will be pictures taken and will be sure to upload a couple for you to see. Yes JJ'sHouse is in my computer as the only place I will be shopping for dresses. One thing I would like to express is making sure you use their measuring guide. I did and it's accurate.

It is so nice to have a bridal wear company online that has a system that allows people to try on dresses and return them without shelling out exorbitant amounts of money. I'm not sure what style dress I want, but as some getting remarried I know I don't want another dress I'll only wear once, so the try on and return policy let's me try beautiful dresses that are not your average wedding gown. That is something I wouldn't be able to do in my local bridal shop. How great is that?

I have purchased several formal dresses for various occassions online from JJ's House. I have been extremely satisfied with the process, the timely receipt and the quality for the value of each item. The dresses are comfortable and makde of nice quality fabric. The sizing guide feature makes it simple to measure one's body and confidently make a size selection for each garment. I highly recommend you trying this vendor to select your next special occassion dress. I also really like the 'try before you buy' option. On several occassions, we have just kept the dress and it it was a simple process. Returns have never been an issue as we've kept every dress! Compliments are always guaranteed when wearing a dress from JJ's House. Love it I really love this dress, it's incredibly beautiful and the pearls really make you feel like a princess! It is perceived as perfecta in size. The color matches the picture perfectly. It is nicely sewn and is well made. Really recommend it

I purchased my MOB dress on this site. Dresses were gorgeous, well made, and reasonably priced. The Try-On option was crucial to my success as I tried on multiple options to see how they fit my body. I recommend the custom sizing option when you do find the right one. The price to add on custom sizing will save hundreds on alteration costs!!

I must admit that I began developing anxiety every time I thought about shopping for a dress for my son's wedding this Fall. I am unable to buy a dress off the rack due to my unique body shape. I am a Pear shape, narrow shoulders, smaller bustline and broader hips. Add to the mix, a short waist and scoliosis...separates are my only hope. Then I found JJ's House website. I was impressed by the expansive amount of styles, the color choices, the excellent reviews as well as the available options to help the consumer make their best choices. I had the time to do it right. I started by ordering some fabric swatches, which are generous in size, simplifying the color selection. Everyone knows, or should know, just because a color is your favorite, it doesn't necessarily mean it will make you look beautiful. I ordered 3 swatches and eliminated 2 right away. My next step was to utilize their "Try before you Buy" program which allows you to select up to 3 trial dresses at a time to be sent to you to try on in the comfort of your own home. This is a HUGE perk! I ordered my 3 favorites but realized after trying them on, "Nope, not in this lifetime." This did help me identify the absolute necessities I needed and wanted in my Dream Dress, an A-line style, to help conceal the hips; sleeves that at least reach the elbow, to hide old crepey upper arms; Tea Length, to avoid tripping on a full length skirt all night. The next 3 trial dresses order had my perfect dress in it. Now that I have selected my PERFECT dress in the right color, I am ready to order using their Custom Fit option. I think this is the best option of all. For $20, they will make a custom dress to fit my custom body! All of my anxiety is fading away. Their site also has shoes, bags, lingerie, wraps, everything a Bride, Bridesmaid, Flower Girl, Mother of the Bride or Groom could possibly need for the Big Day. Check it out. You won't regret it.

I had some issues with communication regarding customization of a gown. They originally said they could alter the sleeves but then the dress came not as expected so that was a bit disappointing.

VERY VERY BAD return policy. I am out money due to restocking fees and return shipping fees. The dresses didn't fit right.

I was asked to order a bridesmaids dress from JJ’s House. I opted to try at home 3 of the dresses before I bought them. I was able to return the try on dresses with ease. I ended up loving one of the styles and getting it custom made for only an extra $20. It came yesterday and looks and fits perfectly.

Beautiful dress and sewn well! I chose several dresses. I used the "Try-On" program. I needed to understand if this style would suit me and if the color was mine. The dress was sewn elegantly, and the quality of the material and tailoring were excellent. I liked the feeling of how the fabric adhered to the skin. I have very sensitive skin and not all fabrics are suitable. I can assure you that for such a price this is an excellent fabric and the tailoring is impeccable. I still don't quite understand if this is my size or if I need one size smaller. I will order a size smaller under the "Try-on" program to make sure which size is best for my figure. I also want to say that the customer service works great, they answered all my questions ( Thank you!) and they advised me to make a custom tailoring based on my parameters. But I don't know yet, since I'm in the process of losing weight and I think that my figure will change a little anyway.

I am very impressed by the quality of dresses by this company. The prices are the best I have seen way below any stores. They have a try before you buy program which allows you to try different dresses for a $10 fee which includes the shipping to and from them. I found a beautiful mother of the bride dress that I feel great in. I highly recommend buying from this company.

Pros: The try before you buy dress option was game changing for our girls. We did the everyone order one color but pick your own top style idea so that everyone could feel the most comfortable with their choice. The try before you buy was easy and quick and helped save a few oh, that really doesn’t fit me like I thought it would haha. Tons of dresses available. They offered a great selection of colors (and the swatches you buy were actually big enough to get a real idea)and rhe fabric they use is nice enough and heavy enough for a bridesmaid dress. They did wrinkle relatively easily but that’s typical of chiffon. This was exceptionally easy to coordinate for bridesmaids located in different cities. Cons: the sizing was a little weird so definitely read the sizing chart when ordering. None of us ended up in our “typical” sizes. Also the size and way the ruffle was constructed of the try on dress I ordered was not identical to the one I received, though it was close. If you are indecisive or have a difficult time finding the right dress, the $10/try on can add up. Also I found a lot of their bands around the waist sat differently than they looked in the pictures and gave my body type a pouch under them so I did have a difficult time finding the right fit. So many of them have a big band. Being spot clean only sort of makes them one time only dresses, but that’s probably pretty common with bridesmaid dresses I did not use the custom alterations so I don’t know anything about that. I had limited need for customer service so no real experience with that, though they were very quick to respond when I asked if one dress also came in a different length. Overall for the ease I would use them again especially if I had people in different cities trying to get similar or the same dresses.

Love that you can try on up to 3 dresses for $30 and if you don’t like them you just return them. If you like one of them you keep that and they will charge you for that dress. Each dress I’ve tried have been very well made.

I ordered my bridesmaid from here and they do custom sizes which is great to get a perfect fit without alterations. Even with the custom order it arrived in 3 weeks. Nice quality fabric.
