4628972556 Order number. I paid $371.35 total for my JJ’s House order. The two custom flower-girl dresses (#225309 and #288672) were $153 before tax, about $173.35 with tax.

ouse emailed me on 9/12/2026 confirming the custom measurements before making the dresses. I received them on 10/1/2026, and both were significantly different from the confirmed measurements. With one dress barely fitting my child and not even covering her entire midsection! More than a couple inches off!
Dress #225309 was ordered with a 22.5-inch bust, but the dress I received measures about 19 inches. The lengths were also substantially shorter than the measurements shown on my order. Dress #288672 was ordered with a 20-inch bust, but measures about 17 inches.
Both dresses also look very different from the highly polished advertising photos. #225309 was advertised with a long flowing/train-style back, and #288672 was advertised with a fuller floral appearance. Neither dress I received looks like what I believed I was purchasing. Did they use AI images to advertise?
These were custom-sized dresses, not standard sizes, and JJ’s House confirmed the measurements in writing before production. Their website labels custom dresses "non-returnable", even though the dresses I received do not match the measurements they confirmed and are defective.
As of 10/2/2026, JJ’s House has not resolved this issue. I also tried using the “Write a Review” option on their website and could not get it to work.
I have photographs of the dresses with a measuring tape, the custom-size tags, my original order, and JJ’s House’s written confirmation of the measurements.

I ordered 6 dresses in various color and in two different sizes. Not all of the try before you buy dresses were available in the size and colors I was looking for; however, you can order color samples as well. The dresses arrived earlier than the expected arrival date and were packaged very well. I was pleasantly surprised how well the dresses were made and the material was top quality. The details on each dress were very beautiful and made it hard to choose the dress for me. After trying on my top 4 dresses several times I did decide on one of dresses; however, the try before you buy dress was in a smaller size and I liked a different color better. So I will be ordering it in a different size and color. The return process was very easy. I put the dresses back in their original packages, used the return labels that came with the dresses and dropped the package at my nearest postal store. The whole process was very simple. They also offer custom alterations, which could be helpful for some. I loved 4 of the 6 dresses I recieved. The chiffon dresses were the best for me. My only negative is that they do not have alot of color options with the try before you buy option. You can try to set up an alert and hope someone returns a dress in a color you like or you can order a fabric swatch. Personally, I can't do swatches.
