I have ordered 2 formal gowns from JJ's for my daughter. They have a gigantic variety of styles and colors. Both dresses I received are absolutely stunning. I also appreciate that you can have dresses made to measure. The custom sized dress I ordered for her fit perfectly, and I didn't have to adjust it at all. I ordered the other dress for her from their "final sale" section, and got it at an amazing price. I could not customize that one, so make sure you measure your child and order the closest size to her measurements.

We did the try on dresse at home. We tried on 4 bridesmaids dresses and to order different colors than we wanted since the.color we needed wasn't available. However it was very helpful to be able to see the dresses on and how they fit. I really like this feature. I do wish the cost of trying them on would go towards the price of the dress when you decide to purchase. Overall good customer service.

There were so many different styles and colors of each style! The “try before you buy” option was very helpful. I loved the dress I tried but it was a little small. The return process was super easy!

I was skeptical about this website at first but it proved me wrong right off the bat. Beautiful selection and so much to choose from. I found the dress i had my bridesmaids wear at my wedding. They turned out Beautiful and looked so good on everyone. I have also bought dresses here for events and weddings and they came faster then expected and at a great price. 10/10 would recommend

I ordered a wedding dress to try on and it was beautiful. I love that you can find affordable wedding dresses in every style. I ultimately did not choose to keep it. Just because I have to much boob for the dress I ordered. But I will be ordering my bridesmaids dresses from here.

I have got a few try on dresses ans they are the only ones who allow a 7 day try on everyone else is 3-5 days. Yeah those 2 extra days are worth it. Also the quality of these dresses are amazing for the price.

JJs house has such affordable options I thought there must be a catch. But somehow there isn’t - the delivery times were faster than they’d estimated, the dresses are exactly as pictured and, they have so many options to choose from. It’s really nice to see real pictures of women of all shapes and sizes wearing these dresses, it really helps you to imagine it yourself. Even then you don’t have to imagine it, because they have a try on program. The only downside was the availability of try on dresses in my size and color - I started approaching it as choosing a try on dresses of any size just so I could see the dress in person. But again for the price, the customer service and the product are just outstanding.

The dresses I ordered were all beautiful. I loved the option for the try on program. It allowed me to find the desired fit, color and style of a dress I would like to purchase. Ordering was simple, but the returns were even more simple. Just repackage them, put the label on and drop it off at UPS. After I ordered, I did need to make an address change and they accommodated the change quickly and efficiently.

I have purchased from JJ’s House six times. Besides a rehearsal dinner dress, I have also purchased cocktail & evening dresses for company Xmas parties. EVERY dress was spot on for size! The fabric is very nice and the dresses are all lined. They hold their shape very well! I have my niece’s wedding coming up in December and I already have a few dresses that I’m considering. It’s actually hard to choose just one dress because there’s a large variety and sooooo many colors! I have recommended them to many folks!

Zero stars if I could. I ordered 4 try-on wedding dresses. They sent me 2 and now refuse to give me any customer service to fix the problem. I will end up paying full price for not returning the 2 dresses that they never sent me in the first place. Their customer support is beyond atrocious and I would NEVER recommend using this company to anyone as it is too much of a risk. For anyone that works at JJ's House and wants to review the dozens of emails and attempts I have made to contact someone.. my order is #6583602303. By not fixing this, this could cost me close to $1,000 for your mistake. This is just terrible.

I used JJ's House for my bridesmaid and Mother of the Groom dresses. I ordered some swatches to make sure I loved the colour and material, and then let them pick out whatever style dress they wanted. They have so many options so each person was able to pick something that they would feel comfortable in and spend a reasonable amount of money. The dresses are all made very well and ship very quickly - even the custom sized ones. Each dress seemed to be pretty true to size when following the size charts. I also ordered my veil through JJ's House and even though I had made a mistake with my postal code, the customer service team was amazing and fixed my postal code, and sent my package as soon as they could. Working with them was wonderful, and I couldn't recommend them enough!

0 stars wasn’t an option. Dress arrived torn and stained. Obviously worn to one or even multiple weddings. I submitted pictures to JJ the day I received and I was told nothing could be done. It was a final sale item, however the rips and stains were well beyond “minor” as stated in the contract. Do not recommend…

JJs House has a great Try-On-at-home program. You just pick 4 dresses for $10 each and they send them to you. Be flexible if you cannot find the color you want, you can still try on the style and fit which is so helpful. I had to ask for an extension on my 2nd set of dresses so my daughter could see them and the worked with me on an extension. These are beautiful dresses and I think they are well made. Give them a try!

I ordered four dresses to try on with their trial system and it was easy to work with from the start! I picked four dresses, paid $40, and received them within days. I will definitely be ordering my bridesmaid’s dress from them! The dresses were beautiful and very high quality. I love how many colors they come in!

JJ’s house has a huge selection of dresses for all occasions. Their try it before you buy it allows you to try different dresses and sizes to find what looks and fits the best. Their dresses are exactly as advertised and are well made. Definitely will use them for all of my formalwear needs in the future.

We used JJ's House for my Bridesmaids and also purchased a tie for my "Man of Honor." Ordering the swatches was very helpful in determining which colors we liked for our wedding day-- I would highly recommend doing this as I changed my mind on which color I wanted after seeing the swatches. We LOVED the fact that we could order both dresses and rompers in the same color, because some of my bridesmaids really didn't feel comfortable wearing a dress. There were so many different options so that everyone could feel like themselves while still following a theme! The dresses and rompers turned out so classy and elegant looking, and we were very impressed with how well they held up considering the cheap prices. Our only complaint was that they all ended up being pretty long despite some of my girls ordering the shortest sizes-- all of my bridesmaids had to get their outfits shortened and adjusted (even the tall ones). Overall, we were very happy with them and recommend them if you are looking for some diverse, yet classy options!

The try at home dresses is a terrific program. They arrived sooner then anticipated, now we had a scheduled date for bridesmaids to get together so we had the option available to extend the return date which worked out perfect. The burgundy is more of a red, the Cabernet is more of a burgundy. I love the try on program because not everyone is comfortable trying on dresses in a boutique plus you are not left feeling rushed to find and try on several dresses in a limited time frame. The try on program was extremely affordable, and easy.

I loved the 2 piece dress I bought for my brother’s wedding reception at Disney in Orlando! I felt so beautiful in it. It was perfect for an Indian fusion wedding and I got so many compliments and people asking where I got it. The design and quality was wayyy past what I expected and I got super lucky that the dress arrived on the earlier side of the arrival window. Honestly can’t wait to wear it again!

JJ House has been great to work with so far. They sent my order when expected and the sizing was accurate. I tried the dress on and, although it fit, it wasn't quit the dress for me. I pan on returning it so we'll see how the return goes. I have selected another dress from them and plan on ordering it soon.

We were overall very happy with our orders and service from JJ’s House. We ordered several grandmothers dresses in custom sizes and they fit perfectly. I tried on four gowns through their try-on program and found exactly what I was looking for. I liked the low-commitment of that option until I knew what I wanted. Quality of gowns is good and communication has been fine. The only complaint we had was with shipping. One of the grandmother’s dresses was shoved into a box instead of folded neatly, and now is so wrinkled as to be unwearable until she has it professionally steamed. We ordered six ties and they came shoved into a too-small box in a wad rather than folded or even coiled neatly. They have been hanging out in a closet since we got them and I suspect they’ll also need to be steamed to get the wrinkles out before wearing. These are decent quality items, but shipping leaves a bit to be desired. Otherwise, we’ve been very pleased with JJ’s house!

Their dresses are very close to the pictures online and are good quality -I liked all of the ones I tried on. They also have a nice points system that gives you rewards for purchases and also reviews. I would definitely reccomend them

Dress was terrible quality. Ordered with custom dimensions and it came 3" longer than specified...only in the front though, in the worst spot. The back was shorter. Fabric was cheap polyester, see through, full of static electricity. You could see the pockets right through the dress. The ivory color came a neon white. They don't use elastic threads or materials so fabric has no stretch or give to it and will bind and dig into your body when you move. Return policy is a joke. Won't return my dress even though THEY messed up the custom dimensions by 3". They blamed ME for ordering a light fabric dress with pockets, when I complained about seeing the pockets through the dress. They will do nothing to help. They also changed the ship date from the time frame specified at the time of order. AVOID.

I will be ordering my bridesmaid dress from JJ's House, and the process went very smoothly when I used their try-on deal to I could figure out which style of dress was best. The only issue is that there are only select colors available for trying on, and sometimes they are completely out of stock. So if you see a dress you like you better order it quickly to try on before it's gone for a while. The dresses arrived quickly, were of nice quality, and the return process was pretty easy. Pricing is reasonable. A good experience!

Top quality, stunning dresses! I took advantage of the "try-on for $10." What a wonderful way to find "the perfect" dress! I was so impressed with everything to the ease of ordering, shipping, returning, but most of all the quality and beauty of each dress I have ordered. The size was spot on with the size chart, another impressive quality. I haven't chosen "the perfect" dress yet for my son's wedding, but I know it will come from JJ's as I'm still taking advantage of the "try-on for $10."
