Dear Jack and Lorraine, How my mom found you guys was pure genius. Ricardo and I got married at the Sonoma courthouse two years ago and have been trying to schedule a proper wedding but due to both of our work schedules it just seemed like an impossibility. My mom Jean who normally has loose lips about most family matters should have been awarded the gold star for silence. Funny enough both Ricardo and I went to different summer camps in Saranac! We both had fond memories of this area of upstate New York. The surprise wedding at Hotel Saranac was awesome. The menu consisted of foods that Ricardo and I loved growing up as well as lots of surprises. I’m a grilled cheese expert but wow those little grilled cheese and lobster bites were amazing. It all felt so easy and effortless! Thank You Thank You, Ricardo and Pierre

My fiancee and I just got engaged and we recently hired JK Wedding Collection to help us plan our wedding in the Hamptons! The entire collection team has been unbelievable in putting all of the pieces together for this 100 person event. The level of professionalism and follow through is world class. Our personal event planner has been holding our hand, guiding us on a daily basis for the last two months. Our event is planned, and we do not have to think about a thing until our wedding day. My husband and I are back from our honeymoon in the Maldives and all we spoke about was what an amazing wedding you and your spectacular team created for our family and dear friends. A four-day wedding with 200 guests mostly from out of town was an amazing exercise in logistics! Everything from the DJ and playlist you recommended to the incredible table setting. I was very specific about flower arrangements and you captured my vision completely. Chef David’s menu was sensational. The food was imaginative and delicious. Everyone loved the extended cocktail hour! I have never been to a wedding where everyone of all ages was on the dance floor non-stop. We wanted a spirited celebration and you executed a beautiful event. The muse in Southampton was ideal and my husband and I thank you for making this day one of the most memorable days of our lives! Thank you Jack, Hiren, and Jake – you are stars!
