Good price but disappointed with photos. A little difficult to work with someone who has never been to your venue. Photos had a lot of shadows, junk In background and random beams/windows in background which could have been avoided if the person with the camera paid attention to those details. A ton of photos are without people smiling and I wish they had reminded people to smile and have fun. Your contract will say photos will be returned 2-4 weeks post event. We got ours back eleven weeks after the event. Very disappointed with the lies about turn around time. I had wanted to gift family photos for Mother’s Day, contacted them for the photos but got no response. So don’t fall for lies. On the flip side the wedding video was perfect. Worth the extra money!! Hire a videographer even if it’s just for the ceremony because that video will be special to you for forever!!

We had very high expectations for our wedding memories that included pictures and video. We hired JKM Productions for our wedding that took place on 10/31/21, at Drumore Estate in Lancaster, PA. Before the wedding I researched poses that were essential to me and emailed them a few weeks before our wedding. A day or 2 before the wedding I had a discussion with JKM regarding those poses as well as the fact that I would also have 1 of my daughter's taking pics from my cell phone. After all, women have an image of our wedding, some of us, from age 4. It's the most important day of our lives and extremely important to be able to relive those moments. My daughter taking pics did add some complexity to the overall picture and video taking throughout the day. What's important to note is it didn't change the quality of the pics and video that JKM took which surprised me. They got every pose I requested weeks before, as well as had their own poses for us. The video I was even more concerned about because I made all 4 of my daughters a big part of the day, and they did a lot of arguing. Somehow the video that JKM did was absolutely stunning. They added some music but also all of our music was there. Our wedding was the most beautiful day of our lives and hiring JKM was the most important part because it allowed us to relive this day for the rest of our lives. We rate them 5 stars without hesitation and with great appreciation.

I highly recommend booking JKM productions for your wedding day or video needs. They were prompt, courteous, and Sandra was very accommodating to my wedding day vision. I decided on having a videographer very last minute, and JKM productions did a great job at fitting me in her schedule and making sure I got all the shots that I wanted! 100% recommend.

Very pleasant couple! This was a very interesting year to plan a wedding and through everything, Sandra and John were patient and accommodating. They were wonderful to work with. I can't wait to see our full video and pictures!

JKM Productions did an excellent job live streaming our ceremony This was so wonderful for our quests that were unable to attend due to Covid 19. Sandy and John arrived early before the ceremony to set up the equipment. They used wireless mics on the groom and officiant so that everyone could hear the service and they also used multiple cameras.

My husband and I just got married on 10/24/20 and we used JKM Productions for 10 hrs with two shooters. This actually consisted of the owner John, his wife Sandra, and they hired out a second shooter. We had to reschedule due to COVID and our original photographer was no longer available. We lost our deposit and had to scramble to find a new photographer. I was very upset we had lost the original photographer and they wouldn’t work with us to give some of the deposit back. Our venue had listed JKM Productions as a preferred vendor and we reached out to them. I dealt with Sandra and she got back to me within a half an hour of contacting her. I explained how we already lost a substantial deposit and the venue was making us have the wedding by the end of the year and she was was willing to put a clause into the contract that said if we had to reschedule again due to COVID and they we’re already booked, they would give us half our deposit back. Sandra is really the point person and who I dealt with. She was super responsive and worked with me tirelessly until we came up with the perfect timeline. We talked at least five or six times and countless emails back and forth and I felt she really wanted to make sure I got all the pictures and the flow worked and made sense for our day. We had a lot moving parts and even wanted some pictures with our dog and she made sure to get it all in. We both really enjoyed John. He was very quiet but he was definitely in charge and always thinking what would look best or what he could tweak whether that be lighting or positioning someone or something. They have standard try and true positions they do but then he would want to try something or if we would make a suggestion- he was very open to it. My husband and I are not picture people and neither are some of our friends/family so 10 hrs is a long day anyway but they did a great job of keeping us on track and dealing with people getting cranky. They knew when to push or when to let us go. They really listened to what we wanted for our big day and knew how to maximize our time. I would book these guys again in a heartbeat. I thought they were very reasonable and it was nice to have a primary shooter but then basically a coordinator for the price of one. Sandra did great and jumped in and helped out wherever. No task was too small. It was great to have another pair of hands that just got stuff done. We had our wedding on Saturday and by Wednesday they had sent me a link with 25 or so pics they had posted. I can’t wait to see the rest but I am so happy with what I saw so far. It was a stressful day/planning process and I know that is with any wedding but COVID definitely made it worse. JKM were so professional and I knew they were doing everything in their power to make sure they did their job and I was happy. I am so pleased we hired them and wish we had another big event because the pictures really came out wonderful. They were flexible, professional, and just plain good at their job. I think they really did capture the day wonderfully. I thought they were very reasonable in price as well. I always felt like a priority and I felt they always listened to my vision. So thank you guys! We will look back at these photos for years to come and remember all the great memories created! I highly recommend JKM. They have been doing weddings for over 20 years and there’s a reason they are still around.

Within seconds of meeting them we realized they are the most personable, easy-going, and talented duo that you can trust for your most memorable moments. We showed up nervous, but this subsided within seconds as their personality and professionalism blew us away. They would go to any lengths to make your photoshoot dreams come true. They never once felt like strangers as they make you feel comfortable like you knew them for years. Even though the weather was not the best, they went the extra mile to provide props. John and Sandy did an amazing job capturing our wedding! They were extremely flexible and went above and beyond to help coordinate the timeline of our wedding. You can tell they have a lot of experience and were great at guiding us through the hectic process of hosting a wedding. I was a bit nervous about taking photos, but they were fun and easy to work with. They were great at directing us for poses and know the best lighting and locations for backdrops. The photos they took were stunning and very creative. They got so many great shots throughout our big day we are still trying to decide which ones are our favorites. The video of our wedding captured our entire ceremony from multiple angles, and it was very high quality. They also helped us live stream our ceremony for guests who couldn’t attend the event.

I would recommend these videographers to any couple looking for a professional capture of their special day. They succeeded in not only capturing the serious moments but also the hilarity before and after the ceremony. The 15 minute preview video they provided with our package was also great to show people a quick snapshot of the wedding at family events.

Our wedding video is amazing! Sandra and John did an excellent job capturing our big day. I was nervous about being filmed but they did their job so well I barely knew they were there. JKM was exactly what we were looking for. They offer more elaborate packages, but my fiance and I really just wanted to be able to capture the most important parts of our day-ceremony, toasts, dances, etc. They were wonderful about working with us on timing and gave us lots of options so we could customize the package exactly the way we wanted. Sandra was great on the day of-there was so much going on, but she jumped right in, worked with our photographer, and kept it so natural you almost didn't know she was there. We're also really pleased with the video itself. It caught all the moments we really wanted, and they included a lovely 20 minute edited version that shows the highlights of the day. I was originally hesitant about getting a videographer-I really didn't want one of those overblown high production videos. I was worried I wouldn't find anyone that offered the simple package I was looking for, so I was so glad to find JKM. They were absolutely perfect, and in retrospect I'm so glad to be able to revisit some of our most important memories!

We are so glad we chose JKM Productions for our wedding! Sandra and John are so professional, kind, and easy to work with! They were great at working with and around our photographer, Kyle Keagy. The fact that you get 2 videographers is an amazing bargain for the price. It is perfect because while the groomsmen are dressing/taking photos, John can be filming them while Sandra films the bride/bridesmaids! Then for the ceremony you get at least 2 angles, which is perfect, and then post-ceremony when you take more photos, one videographer can stay with you while the other is filming your guests at cocktail hour, the decorations, and more! Nothing gets missed, no one gets shortchanged, and they are always running around to get more footage! Plus, time permitting, they can interview any guests you want for your final video! We haven't seen the final production yet, since we just got married last week, but we wanted to review them right away and rave about their performance. We were very at ease with them and never felt as though they were obvious or in the way at all! Such a pleasure to work with. Jkm productions were very professional and did a wonderful job photographing and videographing our wedding. We recieved the full rights to our pictures and were given a flash drive with over 800+ pictures containing pre-ceremony, ceremony, and all reception photos. When there was a mishap with one photo going missing they gave us a large photo for free. They gave us three professional-looking copies of our videography also. We are very pleased with their business !

We went with the economy package, which included video for the ceremony and entire reception. They captured the setup and decor, which was fantastic. They also got a lot of personal messages from family and friends, and a lot of dance floor moments. They are affordable and professional. It took about 5 months for us to get the video, which was a bummer but understandable.

The videographers are husband and wife and very sweet. They helped me feel very comfortable while being filmed the majority of the night. They really work with you to capture the most precious moments of your special day. I enjoyed meatting them and working with them very much!

My family loved them as they captured the true emotion and celebration of the day without being intrusive. They have great creative ideas and with multiple HD cameras and artistic editing the final movie is truly a way to watch our daughter's wedding and see all the things we missed during the fast paced celebration. We love that we got Grandpa putting the garter on grandma as he played it up during the 007 theme music. Let me save you a lot of research and time.. Go with JKM! While planning our wedding, the one thing I knew I was dead-set on was hiring a videographer. We looked at several companies within a large radius of the Reading/Lancaster/Baltimore area and fell in love with JKM. Out of all the videographers we researched, we felt as though they offered what we most wanted. After getting our video and watching it, we are beyond speechless. JKM captured every emotion, moment, and memory that we wanted to remember from our day. Throughout our whole wedding day, JKM was a step ahead of everything. From the church, pictures to cocktail hour and reception, they were all set up and filming as we arrived at each location. They are an extremely talented husband and wife team that add such amazing touches to the video.. and we will be forever grateful. Thank you so much JKM!! You are truly the BEST!

My mom recommended me to JKM, and as soon as I looked at some of their work, I knew they would be great. But they truly exceeded my expectations.
