We had DJ Tim and Jenny as our wedding DJs and couldn't recommend them enough. From the initial meeting to the final song, this duo exemplified professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise to make our music/emcee excellent. They work with an easy to use app where you can input any song preference's, and then they will work with you to curate playlists to your liking. Our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE NIGHT! I can truly say a huge reason why our guests had a blast was due to our DJ team. We were complimented the whole night on the song choices and variation. Many thanks to Tim and Jenny!

Can’t express enough appreciation for Tim and Jenny. Our Hilton Head destination wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them. They made planning from afar super easy, which meant a lot. When the day came, they were organized and ready to have a good time. Until then, we’d never met in person. But their professionalism was immediately apparent. They even a few tricks up their sleeves which we’d never seen done at a wedding — and none of those tricks were cheesy. Our dance floor was a busy place, and that’s largely a credit to them. Bravo!

My husband and I used JLK Events for our wedding on December 9, 2023. While the lightening provided by JLK was nothing short of stunning, the true icon of the night was DJ Tim and Jenny. They went above and beyond for my husband and I, from the first conversation to the actual wedding day! Our reception is one our friends and family can't stop talking about. The music was phenomenal, the interaction with guest was great. DJ Tim and Jenny even created a special track of "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey and a recording of us speaking our vows from our ceremony to create and play a special Vow mix to finish the night off dancing too. It is one of my favorite memories from our wedding day!! And he was even so kind to send us a copy of the mix so we can cherish it forever <3 You won't regret using JLK Events or DJ Tim and Jenny!

DJ Tim and the JLK events crew were the absolute best choice we could have made for our wedding day! From the ceremony sound system set up out on the beach to the reception they were totally flawless. I was so worried having our wedding out on the beach it would be difficult for guests to hear everything but they made sure everything came out perfectly. JLK is wonderful to work with! I recently used them for a clients wedding and they provided Cafe lighting, Cold Sparks and DJ services with DJ TIM! All teams were amazing and worked together wonderfully to make my clients wedding everything that they had imagined. DJ Tim is one of a kind. He is not a push play DJ. He made every moment of the wedding day special and even brought it all back with a sweet moment at the end of the night replaying the bride and grooms vows as they were surrounded by friends and family. DJ Gary was the best DJ we could have asked for! My husband and I are not typically out on the dance floor at parties or weddings but we did not take a seat the entire night because Gary knew how to keep the party going! DJ Henry Race and JLK were so easy to work with. We finally celebrated our wedding after two additional attempts in 2020 and 2021 at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn in April of 2022 (Covid couple). My husband has worked in food and beverage for several years on Hilton Head and didn’t have very many requests for our wedding, but he was very happy we were able to book DJ Henry. They were great to work with in regards to rebooking and scheduling. The day of was everything we hoped it would be, from the sound/ceremony music, the entrances and most importantly once the dance floor opened. Our party animal guests didn’t leave the dance floor, and as I hoped, age was nothing but a number. I hate when I go to weddings and only younger people are dancing. Dj Henry did a great job, and had everyone dancing with his lineup. We would definitely recommend DJ Henry and JLK events.

Not being familiar with the area had my now wife and I struggling a bit to find the right people to help our wedding go as perfect as we’d imagine. I cannot stress how amazing DJ Tim Allen was throughout the entire process. From having phone calls and emails prior to the wedding to set it all up and recommending other vendors. We did not have a wedding planner per say and Tim was more than willing to take control during the wedding to make sure we did not have any stress. He made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Tim and Jen are always ready to make you laugh but most importantly are ready to make the clients night one to remember. I run a tight timeline but there are always things that need to be fluid and Tim and Jen are always ready and willing to move when needed. They always make my life easier and keep me smiling while doing it. Gary was the absolute best! He did both the ceremony and reception music for us. He told us that he wanted to have a few meetings prior to the event so that we felt like he was a friend instead of a stranger and that could not have been anymore accurate! We cannot thank Gary and JLK events enough! We were limited on music ideas but he nailed it, and many of our guests complimented how amazing the music was. Guests were on the dance floor the entire night and Gary added a very special surprise at the end of the night which left both the groom and I in tears. Gary Lucca from JLK Events was incredible to work with! He was so flexible with meeting up in person and via zoom as this was a destination wedding for us. The process of choosing music was easy via an app called Vibo, which Gary used for our playlist and found clean/radio edits of certain songs. His attention to detail was amazing! Gary added on glow batons for the final hour of dancing, which was so cool when we made our grand exit. He added in parts from our vows during a song at the end of the night…such a special touch. He had clips of phone calls from family that couldn’t attend our wedding (I sobbed). He flawlessly helped us pull off an incredible event.
