JLP Films LLC

choosing Jacob as our videographer was one of the very best. From our very first meeting, we knew he was the best of the best. Jacob is one of the most detail-oriented, organized, and thoughtful people we’ve ever worked with. During wedding planning, there were moments where Rob and I felt overwhelmed or like we didn’t have everything figured out, but Jacob always did. He had a vision from the beginning, asked questions we never would have thought of, and made us feel completely confident that every meaningful moment would be captured. Our wedding was spread over three days, and Jacob was there through it all. Not because he had to be, but because he genuinely cared about telling our story the right way. By the end of the weekend, our family and friends weren’t just talking about how talented he was, they were talking about what an incredible person he is. He has such a calming, genuine presence that everyone naturally gravitated toward, and somehow he managed to capture the most beautiful moments without ever making it feel like a camera was there. My husband and I aren’t people who are naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Jacob made us feel like ourselves. He knew exactly when to step in with direction and when to quietly let moments unfold. I trusted him completely!  Then came the video. I honestly don’t think either of us were prepared for what we watched. It wasn’t just a wedding film - it was our story. Somehow, Jacob captured the emotions, the little moments we missed, the laughter, the tears, and the feeling of the entire week in a way we didn’t think was possible. Watching it felt like we were living our wedding all over again, and we both cried from beginning to end. It’s something we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives, and I know we’ll be watching it for years to come with our kids one day. And somehow, he delivered it so quickly that we were genuinely shocked. The turnaround time was incredible, especially for something crafted with so much care and attention to detail. People always say your wedding day goes by in a blur. They’re right. But because of Jacob, we get to relive the best weekend of our lives whenever we want. If there’s one thing I’ve learned after planning a wedding, it’s that it will fly by, but your wedding film lasts forever. Invest in the person who’s responsible for preserving those videos (memories). Jacob wasn’t just the best videographer we could have hired, he genuinely was the best vendor we worked with!!  Thank you, Jacob, for giving us something that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives!!!!

ots in the best way! Our bridal party had nothing but amazing things to say about him throughout our wedding day, and our wedding guests continue to comment on how amazing our video is. We cannot thank him enough for capturing every single special moment. We love our video so much!!

nely tell he loves what he does. His passion shone through in every interaction. Working solo, he was a calm and timely presence on the day, capturing every moment beautifully without being intrusive. He blended seamlessly into the background, yet managed to capture all the significant details. The final video absolutely blew us away. Jacob didn't just record events; he crafted a timeless, emotional narrative that perfectly captured the joy if the day. Now, we can relive our special day whenever we watch it, feeling all those precious moments come back to life. We wholeheartedly recommend JLP Films and Jacob for anyone seeking a truly exceptional wedding video!

parties to get the perfect shot!

and Sydney did exactly what I could have dreamed of. She didn’t push our experience to please herself but what we felt comfortable doing. She was very flexible in our shots with what specifically we wanted captured. I full heartedly would have JLP Films capture our day again if we could do it again.

absolutely amazing! The amount of compliments we have received from our family and friends from our wedding video has been incredible. Tyler and I often find ourselves cooking dinner on random week nights and playing our wedding video as it was the perfect representation of our day. We will forever cherish the fact that we get to relive our wedding day, and will have the chance to share our special day to our future kids, because of JLP Films talents! 🤍

sive to emails. He captured the highlights of our full day and he added touched to our video that we requested. We highly recommend JLP Films and Jacob for your videography needs.

otography and videography myself, I knew that I wanted to hire someone who is knowledgable in what they do, would have fun with it, and would be able to show the importance of our day, and he was able to do that (& more)! He was lots of fun to work with, made us both feel comfortable, and also worked super well with our photographer. All of these things helped our day flow super smoothly and he's great at communicating things leading up to your day so that you won't have to stress out and takes into consideration what's important to you to get filmed the day of the wedding. His post production turn-around time is also incredibly impressive and we were able to watch our wedding video right before we left for our honeymoon! If you are looking to hire a photographer, hire JLP- you won't regret it!

recommend Jacob enough to every one!!

for years to come!

photos were sent to us Monday at 6:00pm. That was less than 48 hours to receive EVERYTHING. They are worth absolutely every penny and surpassed every potential expectation.

all the details and turns them into MAGIC 🤩

work shows throughout! The quick turnaround of our video and miscellaneous snip it’s of our day allowed us to relive our perfect day and soak in all the small moments that we naturally missed! Highly recommend JLP Films if you are looking to capture your day with a videographer!

bat he was so friendly and always answered my questions (and I had a lot of them) very quickly, even before I officially booked him. He let us pick the songs that he included in our video. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early to make sure he got shots of all of us getting ready. He worked so smoothly with our photographer that a couple people asked us if they were a team (they weren’t – we booked our photographer separately). He directed us well and had fun with it, so we were able to have fun too! The most impressive thing is that he got our entire video package to us in TWO DAYS!! And he kept us in the loop with fun previews as he was working on it too. But most importantly, the video was AMAZING!!! When my husband and I watched it together for the first time, we teared up. The picture quality was perfect, the shots he got were amazing, and he even dubbed in our vows over the music. He really captured our wedding day. It’s only been a week since our wedding, and I think we’ve watched the video about 50 times! One of the best pieces of advice I got when planning our wedding was to hire a videographer, and I’m so happy we chose JLP Films!
