During my appointment, I found my favorite dress but didn’t buy from them because I had a second appointment somewhere else and didn’t want to commit right then. Even though I didn’t buy from them that day they were so kind and helpful. I ended up coming back the next day to buy my dress from them because I not only loved the dress but their service was unbeatable. Other places made me feel pressured to buy from them and it felt like they cared more about making the sale versus actually helping me find I dress I loved. My bridal stylist at J. Lynn bridal genuinely cared about my wants and needs in a dress and what I wanted and how it made me feel to wear it. I never felt pressured to buy from them. The communication has been fantastic with them. I can’t recommend J. Lynn bridal enough!

I think I tried on 10 or more dresses throughout the fitting, and while I was exhausted afterwards, the whole process was incredibly smooth and so much fun. Every single dress was stunning, and even though I didn't end up getting my dress that day, the employees at J. Lynn were beyond professional and made sure everything was ready to go when I came back for my retry appointment. Overall, it was such a fantastic experience and I ended up with my dream dress. I really can't recommend this place enough!

—most of the dresses were available in multiple sizes, which is rare compared to other bridal salons I visited. It made the experience so much more welcoming and accommodating. Additionally, my sister and sister-in-law, who live far away, were able to Zoom and FaceTime into my appointment. J.Lynn Bridal made them feel involved every step of the way. It was clear that they had experience handling virtual sessions with other families, which made everything run so smoothly. Some other highlights of my experience: Text Communication: J.Lynn Bridal allows you to text their number for updates on your dress, payments, and more. This was incredibly helpful and convenient. Suit Services: My husband and his brother got their suits through J.Lynn as well! My husband, being very visual, needed to try on the suit in his size to make a decision. J.Lynn was so accommodating—they allowed us to order the suit months in advance for him to try on, then shipped it back until closer to the wedding. The process was seamless, and it gave him the confidence he needed. Alterations & Storage: They delivered my dress to the alterations shop, picked it up after alterations, steamed it, and stored it until the day of the wedding when our coordinator picked it up. This was such a thoughtful and stress-free service! Gown Preservation: After the wedding, J.Lynn Bridal partnered with a gown preservation company to handle my dress. All I had to do was drop it off when we returned my husband’s rental suit. They managed the shipping, preservation order, and return delivery to my home. The dress came back within two months, beautifully preserved. I also want to give a special shoutout to two amazing team members: Elle: Elle helped me find my wedding dress and was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel both comfortable and beautiful. After trying on a few dresses and still feeling unsure, Elle asked me to describe what I was envisioning. She then pulled a ball gown (which I would normally never consider) and explained how it could be transformed by removing the petticoats for an A-line look. She even got on the floor multiple times to hold the petticoat back so I could visualize it. Thanks to her creativity and expertise, I found my dream dress! Martha: Martha assisted me during my final fitting and styled my look with jewelry and a stunning pearl headband that perfectly reflected my style. I’m thrilled to have that headpiece as a keepsake to pass down someday. During this appointment, she also got on the floor several times to hold back the petticoats and ensure I could see exactly how the dress would look with the adjustments. Martha also managed all of the suit shopping for my husband and his brother, guiding them on styling details like pocket squares and shoes. Beyond her styling expertise, Martha was incredibly patient and kind when I needed help confirming payments or details during a busy and overwhelming time. J.Lynn Bridal made every step of the wedding planning process easier and more enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough!

great experience from start to finish. We had a little party with some bubbly and my favorite girls to pick out my dress with Martha and all the ladies in the salon were excited and involved as we made our decisions. It was always such a great mood and vibe every time I went in the shop. I went back a few months later when my dress came in and took the moms in to pick out their wedding outfits and show them MY dress! They held onto my dress for me, delivered it to Sew Forth alterations, picked it back up from alterations and steamed it for me so it was wedding day ready - all included in purchasing a dress from them. 10 stars. If you are in the market for a wedding dress in NE Kansas, don't go anywhere else!
